"People always compare Macau to Las Vegas, but let me tell you right now: Macau and the hotels on the Cotai Strip are in a league of their own. Having been to Vegas a few dozen times, I’m used to hotels feeling smoky and chaotic. This was the exact opposite. We took the free, direct Parisian shuttle bus straight from the Macau Port, and from the moment we arrived to the time we checked in, everything was incredibly smooth and organized. I can't even imagine what a seamless experience like this would cost in Vegas. To top it off, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Eiffel Tower view room absolutely stunning! We were already loving the service. Plus, as a fantastic perk, hotel guests get free access to the Eiffel Tower deck, which was an awesome bonus. The room was immaculate; my wife immediately noticed how spotless the all-Italian marble bathroom was. From the registration hall to the lobby, the fine paintings and decor feel ultra-premium. The main reason I picked this hotel was for the kids' pool and water slides. Vegas isn't exactly built for kids, but The Parisian makes families feel so welcome. The pool area was amazingly fun, and with lifeguards stationed everywhere, it was clear that safety is their number one priority. Another huge perk is that it's connected to the other Sands hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner. You can walk from hotel to hotel without ever stepping outside, giving you access to endless high-end luxury shops and incredible restaurants. On top of that, the hotel offers free shuttle services to all the popular tourist destinations around the city, like Senado Square, making sightseeing incredibly easy and budget-friendly. Given how amazing the experience was, you'd think it would cost an arm and a leg. But visiting in July, it was incredibly affordable roughly the same price as staying at a decent hotel off the strip in Vegas. We will definitely be coming back!"

"I booked this hotel last minute and was honestly blown away by the value. Even at a reasonable price, the room and bathroom are incredibly spacious, clean, and stylish. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, stocked with all the necessary amenities. We were celebrating a birthday and asked about decorations during check-in. Although they don't offer that service, they surprised us by sending a complimentary cake to the room free of charge. Such a thoughtful gesture! The location is also a major plus, situated just a few minutes' walk from the Grand Lisboa hotel, and you can also catch shuttle buses. I cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent stay!"

"Facilities: The hotel lobby and elevators all have a pleasant, high-end fragrance. The hotel's transportation is convenient with a shuttle bus service, and it's about a 15-minute ride from the airport. Cleanliness: Meets the standards for the hotel's price; it is indeed very clean. Environment: The Broadway style is noticeable as soon as you enter the hotel. StarWorld and Broadway Macau are connected, making the hotel a one-stop destination for shopping, a water park, a Ferris wheel, dining, and even a concert venue. It's perfect for families with children who want to stay and play within the hotel for a few days. Service: Housekeeping is prompt every day, and the service is very timely and enthusiastic."

"My stay at The Parisian Macao L'Occitane themed hotel was fantastic! The vintage Portuguese ambiance was captivating, and the public areas were exquisitely designed, perfect for photos at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel has an integrated shopping street and multiple restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only a few minutes by taxi to The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Its proximity to the Hengqin Port makes it super convenient for returning after a concert. The only minor drawback is that the shops in the mall close quite early. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and it's a great choice for catching a show in Macau. I'd definitely consider staying here again."

"Got my forgotten charger back last month, thank you! It's good to know that lost and found items are handled, and it would have been even better if I had received a call. Even though it's not valuable, it reflects a hotel's management level, and I definitely give it a thumbs up! 👍🏿 This time, I came with my family again and overall, we were quite satisfied. Just a suggestion: please check the air conditioner in room 17948. There's a resonant echo that you can only feel when you lie in bed, so I didn't sleep that well. But my family was happy, so it doesn't really matter."

"Had an incredibly rejuvenating trip to Macau staying at The Londoner Macao. The hotel's design is exquisite and grand, with complete facilities, and it's located right above a shopping complex – the location is simply unbeatable. I have to give a special shout-out to Hayley and Michelle who assisted us. Hayley was incredibly attentive and thorough during check-in, and her gentle demeanor and beauty left a strong impression. She proactively shared local tips for exploring. Michelle was attentive throughout our stay, responding to our needs promptly and gently. The genuine and caring service from both staff members truly eased our travel fatigue and gave us a strong sense of belonging, making me feel so good about Macau 🇲🇴. Overall, everything was impeccable. It's definitely worth returning to and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a nice view. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities, like the pool, were well-maintained and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is a bit quieter and a little further from the busiest tourist areas, but the main attractions are easily accessible by taxi or public transport. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Walking into the room, I was pleasantly surprised! It was so tidy, clean, and bright. I honestly didn't expect much from a hotel so close to the airport, but everything I saw was lovely. The view from the window was also refreshing. Even though it's practically next door to the airport, it wasn't noisy at all; it was very quiet at night. Getting around was super convenient too. "This was my first time in Macau, and among the many popular hotels, The St. Regis is relatively understated. The stay experience was unexpectedly excellent. The handsome gentleman at the front desk enthusiastically recommended local eateries, introduced the hotel's facilities and butler service, and even upgraded us to a tower view room, which offered fantastic scenery! The hotel breakfast was of high quality, without noisy crowds, and the dining environment was comfortable. The room facilities were well-maintained, and there were two housekeeping services a day, so it felt like a fresh start every time we returned. The hotel pool is beautiful, directly facing the Clock Tower, perfect for a leisurely vacation. Thanks again to all the customer service staff at the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located between MGM and The Venetian, making it easy to access both. It balances a great shopping experience while avoiding large crowds. Personally, I would recommend The St. Regis over larger hotels."

XxfmhThe room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

FfishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

AAnonymous UserThis time, I chose the Andaz, part of the Galaxy Macau series, for my birthday trip to Macau. I picked it because it's a new opening and not an old hotel. I remembered passing by before and thinking the air conditioning was very strong and comfortable. I also wanted to visit the Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy, and happily, all guests staying at Galaxy series hotels get free access to the facilities, which is truly great value for money. My flight was delayed, so I arrived quite late. The check-in lobby is on the sixth floor. A few days prior, the hotel had sent an email asking for my estimated arrival time and preferred time for the birthday cake. Ms. Ophelia and Ms. Sophia at the front desk warmly greeted us. They were very sweet and detailed in explaining the check-in process, asked about our needs, offered itinerary suggestions, and even wrote down the facility operating hours for us. They also thoughtfully gave my child a gift of juice and biscuits, fearing they might be hungry, and gave us each a waterproof phone pouch to use while swimming. If you're traveling with children, you can request a kids' tent. Upon entering the room, there really was a kids' tent with pillows and blankets featuring the Galaxy mascot peacock. However, I didn't see the stuffed animals that some netizens shared in their reviews; I'm not sure if they were out of stock. The room felt a bit small compared to other hotels, but the children's amenities were very complete: a bottle warmer, a bathtub, and cute, high-quality cups and toiletries. Every evening, during turndown service, the housekeeping staff left small gifts like eye cream and lip balm, and on the last night, they gave steam eye masks, which was a special touch. There's a one-time mini-bar refill, which is a bit hard to understand for a four-night stay – regardless of the number of nights, it's only once. They provided two pairs of slippers and a gift box from Yeng Kee Bakery. Access to the Galaxy Kids Club and the Marriott Kids' Zone is free for two hours daily. The Grand Resort Deck is also free, but entering from the Marriott or walking there, or taking a shuttle to the 2nd floor of Galaxy, is a bit inconvenient. There are also too few changing rooms and no spin dryers, so it's a hassle to have to put on your swimsuit in the room before going. There's a welcome drink at noon, and from 5:00-7:00 PM, there's an alcoholic afternoon tea, but there are too few seats and too many people, with limited food choices. We opted to pay for breakfast at the Andaz Kitchen one day; you can just queue up to buy and enter. It was quite exquisite and delicious, but the dining tables were a bit small, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff, making table clearing slower. You can order coffee, tea, or juice at the table... Overall, the experience was good.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel nearby for my sister's TF Sports Meet! Everything exceeded our expectations in the best way possible! From check-in, we were already so impressed with the hotel's service. The bed was incredibly comfortable – a real lifesaver for someone like me who struggles with severe insomnia! I was drifting off to sleep within half an hour. Housekeeping was also impeccable, and breakfast was delicious! It was an amazing experience, and this will definitely be our top choice for our next trip to Macau!

AAnonymous UserThe environment is decent, but the soundproofing in the room isn't great. You don't need to bring a travel adapter as there are plenty of USB ports. Be careful in the bathroom – the shower area gets very slippery, and I almost fell several times. Breakfast is a set menu, not a buffet, and only one portion is provided per room. If two people are staying, the second person won't get breakfast. Also, you have to hand over the room key for breakfast, even though they only provide one key. The elevator requires a key card to operate. The value for money is average, but the location and public transport links are excellent.

PPacolongshaoI booked the Grand Coloane Resort for my parents in Macau, and it completely showed me a different side of Macau, distinct from the bustling Cotai and Macau Peninsula. This area isn't close to busy commercial districts, but it boasts exclusive panoramic views of Hac Sa Beach in Coloane. Our room had an open-air balcony where we could directly enjoy the beach. The hotel itself features a classic Portuguese resort style, with spacious and grand architecture, lush gardens, and a strong tropical ambiance. While the hotel has been around for a while, the room's cleanliness was just so-so. There was actually a bunch of hair on the bed, making me question the thoroughness of the cleaning and even whether the bedding was changed after the last guest. The hotel's biggest highlight is its unique location. It's right next to Hac Sa Beach, just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Watching the sea in the morning and enjoying a stroll in the evening breeze were both very pleasant. Compared to the hustle and bustle of downtown Macau, this place is less crowded, quiet, and very private, making it ideal for family trips, relaxation, and a slow-paced vacation. The hotel's service was pretty good. There's a shuttle bus to the city, and the facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, including garden relaxation areas, leisure trails, and sports fields, suitable for adults to relax and children to play. Overall, the Grand Coloane Resort is one of the most suitable hotels in Macau for a relaxing getaway. There are no crowds or commercial noise, just the sea, evening breezes, greenery, and a peaceful living environment. If I'm looking for a pure relaxation trip, despite the distance, I would consider staying here again, but only if the room's cleanliness is guaranteed!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very clean, especially the bathroom facilities. I recommend choosing a room on the 10th floor or higher for an even better night view. The hotel's toiletries smelled lovely and were a thoughtful touch, even including complimentary disposable razors. There were four bottles of water provided; two were free, and the other two required a fee if consumed. The hotel itself is large, and there's a supermarket downstairs where you can browse and buy things. We picked up some Macau pork and beef jerky to take home. Dining downstairs is also very convenient, and the portion sizes in Macau are quite generous. It was a fantastic trip to Macau. From the Treasure Hotel, you can walk a short distance to catch a bus to Rua do Cunha to explore and sample local specialty internet-famous foods, making getting around super easy. Five-star rating for the hotel – an absolutely wonderful stay with an excellent experience.

Jjwmisc## Location: Absolutely a fantastic 5-star location! The hotel is directly opposite Sands, and Fisherman's Wharf is right next to Sands. March is the off-peak season in Macau, so there's no direct bus from Hengqin Port to Sands. You need to transfer at The Venetian, but it's still quite convenient. From Sands to the hotel, you have to cross a pedestrian bridge, but there's a 24-hour elevator. Once you exit the elevator, it's not a long walk in either direction, which is very helpful for travelers with luggage. ## Surroundings: To the right of the hotel, there's a small alley that leads directly to Macao Polytechnic University, less than 100 meters away, making it super convenient for students taking exams there. A 5-minute walk to the left will take you to the Lotus Square, and you can also see the Golden Lotus from the pathway behind the hotel. If you head right out of the hotel and walk straight down the main road for 15-20 minutes, you can reach the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower. There are plenty of dining options nearby, probably due to its proximity to the university, with choices for all budgets. ## Facilities: The hotel reception is on the second floor. The interior facilities are complete, and the bedding and amenities are good. The room also has a refrigerator. The room isn't huge but doesn't feel cramped. ## Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well and felt comfortable. However, the windows are sealed, so upon first entering, there was a slight musty smell due to lack of ventilation. Thankfully, it dissipated after turning on the air conditioning and ventilation system. ## Environment: The hallway soundproofing isn't great; you can hear people walking and talking outside the room. Traffic noise from the street outside also comes through at night. However, this seems to be a common issue with hotels and can't be avoided. ## Service: The front desk staff are busy but very responsible, and they can switch between Mandarin and Cantonese freely for guests. A deposit is required for check-in, and Alipay is accepted.

KkevinzcwThis hotel definitely has a retro vibe, like something from the 90s. You get what you pay for, after all; the opulent Galaxy is right across the street, but it's double the price. It's about a six-stop light rail ride from the airport to Pai Kok station. From there, you enter Galaxy Entertainment, walk through the lobby, cross the road, and you're there. Getting to the East Asian Games Dome is super convenient, just four stops away! The room is fully carpeted, but thankfully there's no weird smell – it's very clean. The bathroom has a tub, but the showerhead is built into the wall, which is a bit awkward. However, the water pressure is excellent, more than making up for that minor flaw. It's a shame the gym hours are only 10 AM to 6 PM, which isn't ideal for early birds. I ended up going for a morning run instead. To my surprise, a quick left turn led me to the Taipa waterfront, where I could enjoy the scenery while breaking a sweat. My biggest complaint is the breakfast; I honestly don't recommend it. There's hardly anything to eat, but maybe my expectations are just too high. You're better off going to Tsui Wah at Galaxy across the street for their breakfast set, which costs 60 MOP. The cleaning staff were excellent; they brought me bottled water several times without any fuss. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money!
