Highly recommend for families with young children!!!
We were a family of three with a child under two years old. When I booked, I didn't specify that I needed a bed rail. However, during check-in, the front desk staff noticed my child and proactively offered a bed rail. After they arranged for an attendant, she not only brought the bed rail but also moved and combined the beds for us – truly fantastic! I will definitely stay here again!!
There was some construction outside, so I asked the front desk to arrange a higher floor, and the noise wasn't noticeable at all. The view from the window was also pleasant during our downtime.
There are plenty of dining options nearby. If you're looking for convenience and a relaxed stay, this place is perfect. However, if it's your first time in Macau and your main goal is shopping and visiting landmark attractions, it might be more suitable to stay near the Ruins of St. Paul's.

I had such a wonderful stay at Studio City Macau and it became one of the most memorable parts of my trip. I was so happy and touched that the hotel prepared a room with an Eiffel Tower view exactly as I requested. They also surprised us with a birthday cake and beautiful balloon decorations because I mentioned that I would be celebrating an early birthday with my mother. It made the experience feel extra special and thoughtful.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I loved that the air conditioning could be adjusted easily to the perfect temperature. The bathroom amenities were excellent quality, and the minibar was refilled daily. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. When I asked about where to find good egg tarts inside the building, the staff gave great recommendations and directions.
One small downside was that the hotel shuttle bus stop was quite far from the main lobby — around a 300-meter walk toward the back of the building. However, everything else about the stay was amazing, so it still felt like a perfect and relaxing getaway. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Facilities: Fully equipped.
Hygiene: Spotlessly clean, the cleaning staff (Auntie) was very friendly and did a great job.
Service: The front desk lady was very unpleasant, making faces and looking like she didn't want to be there.
Overall satisfied. It's a five-minute walk from Grand Lisboa Palace, and there are many free shuttle buses available. There's a coffee shop, a breakfast place, and a McDonald's right downstairs from the hotel.

Booked the fairly affordable Grand Hyatt during the May Day holiday. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bed could be moved, which was convenient when traveling with two kids. The hotel offers shuttle buses to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port and the airport, though the schedule is quite limited. Compared to the newer, larger hotels, this one offers great value for money and is definitely recommended.

The front desk staff member was very efficient and patient. He helped me with my luggage, and the gentleman who stored it was also very friendly and gentle 😹. I stayed in a new room, a spacious twin room with complete facilities and a beautiful design. A huge thanks to the housekeeping staff for keeping the room so clean. I'm so satisfied that I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again when I visit Macau next time. Honestly, it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, and the garden view room was a definite highlight! The service staff were all very polite, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of dishes, with a great dining atmosphere to boot. It's also super photogenic! The location is really convenient, close to all the attractions, and the hotel even provides complimentary shuttle service. I'll definitely choose Shangpu Hotel again for my next trip!

Very good! The location is right next to Altira Macau, and transportation nearby is super convenient. There's a 7-Eleven about 200 meters away. Plus, there's a popular dessert shop about 300 meters away, so dining options are plentiful. The hotel smells lovely and is quite spacious. With four elevators, you don't have to wait long. The rooms are also very large and come with a hairdryer and disposable toiletries. Overall, it's great and highly recommended.

Four Seasons maintained its usual high standards. The environment was comfortable. We were celebrating our child's travel anniversary, and I had noted this when booking the hotel on Ctrip, but the hotel didn't respond. However, upon arrival, the front desk carefully recorded our request and sent over fruit and cake. The service attitude was excellent, and any issues were resolved promptly. The hotel also arranged a room with a fantastic view, which we really appreciated. This is truly the service standard you'd expect from a five-star hotel. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to The Londoner Macao's Arena was incredibly convenient – no need to go outside! You just cross a skybridge directly from the Four Seasons DFS mall. It was perfect for catching a concert and also allowed for some shopping. The hotel itself was very quiet. I highly recommend this Four Seasons hotel; my child even loved the little kangaroo gift they sent. I forgot to take a video of the hotel, so I just put up a video of the Hacken Lee concert at The Londoner, haha. I hope Four Seasons Hotel has a prosperous business all year round!
Located at the hottest travel trend area of Macau with convenient traffic network. Entertaining and shopping centers are just around the corner – your first choice for business or leisure trip to Macau. I chose this hotel for my trip to Macau during peak season to watch a table tennis match, and overall I was quite satisfied. It offered good value for money.
**Environment:** The hotel environment is pretty good. Downstairs there's a convenience store where you can buy water, snacks, instant noodles, etc. Nearby is Broadway Food Street with popular eateries like Zexianji Egg Waffles and Tsui Wah Restaurant. Across the street is Galaxy Macau, and it's about a 10 to 15-minute walk to the Galaxy Arena, which was very convenient for watching the matches. You can reach Rua do Cunha in about five minutes to enjoy all sorts of food, and it's also very close to The Venetian.
**Cleanliness:** It was very clean. Despite having many facilities, the room was kept very tidy, and every item was spotless.
**Service:** The service was decent. I needed to pay a 500 MOP deposit upon check-in, and the process was quick.
**Facilities:** The facilities were generally good. The pillows were a bit high and firm, making them not very comfortable to sleep on, but everything else was excellent. There were even cooking utensils and an induction cooker, so you could prepare your own meals. The room was quite spacious. The only issue was an intermittent noise at night, either from the air conditioner or an exhaust fan, which was a bit loud and affected my sleep. Other than that, there were no problems.

I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!
GGuest UserThe Londoner Grand Macau – Suite Experience Review
Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good night’s rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, we’ve experienced excellent service before—but what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level.
During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard service—it felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means.
The suite itself was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family.
We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests.
The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviar—something that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.
WWandekaixin~~The facilities here are incredibly comprehensive, and the concierge service is top-notch. From the moment we stepped out of the car, everyone was so welcoming and guided us every step of the way. They even have a fun check-in game, though our time was a bit too short to complete all the tasks – we'll definitely have to come back for that! The hygiene was impeccable, and the ambiance can only be described as opulent and very British. We ordered breakfast in the hotel, and the service was outstanding; the service fee was absolutely worth it. The breakfast portions were huge; my child and I couldn't even finish it all. The family room was incredibly comfortable, and my child was thrilled with the complimentary small toys. I spent ages choosing a hotel and saw a lot of negative reviews, but after actually staying here, I honestly have no idea where those bad reviews came from. Shopping is super convenient, and there's a free hotel shuttle to other places. They even thoughtfully tell you the shuttle times. The lady who checked us in was exceptionally beautiful and gentle. After we finished the check-in process, she even walked us to the elevator, afraid we might get lost, and introduced us to all the hotel's offerings: where to eat, where to shop, and where to catch the bus for excursions, including the bus schedule. All in all, it was a truly delightful trip. Macau gave us so many surprises, and my only regret is not staying longer. Next time, I'll definitely allocate more time to Macau. It's so clean everywhere and perfect for quietly appreciating your surroundings and unwinding. I've already shared my itinerary with my colleagues at work, and they've decided to follow my route! The hotel environment is excellent, and the bathtub was very clean. After a quick rinse, my child played in it for two hours and had a blast. Both the children's bed and the adult bed were very comfortable, and the soft pillows were great – they even have specific ones for sleeping and for leaning against. As for power outlets, they were all standard mainland China plugs, which was great. I had even bought an adapter, but didn't need it in either Hong Kong or Macau; Hong Kong hotels provide them, but in Macau, you can plug directly in. My stay at The Parisian this time was fantastic, looking forward to the next visit! Because I had to take a ferry back to Shenzhen and wasn't sure how to get there on my first visit, I called the front desk. They transferred me to the concierge, and everyone was incredibly enthusiastic and detailed, better than many apps. All my questions were answered. I called the front desk several times, and they were always so detailed and resolved all my issues. Loved it! Thank you!
AAnonymous UserFirst off, the room was absolutely massive! In Macau, where space is a premium, the W really isn't shy about giving you room to breathe. We could spread out our suitcases without them getting in the way, and there was a separate lounge area with a super comfy beanbag chair. The bathroom had dual sinks, and the shower was incredibly spacious too. But what really blew me away was the night view from the window! We were on a higher floor, right opposite the bustling Taipa district. When the lights came on at night, it was like the whole city transformed into a dazzling galaxy – the '8' Ferris wheel at Studio City, the Parisian Eiffel Tower... it was all there. Turning off the room lights and sitting by the window, watching the trails of car lights, felt truly magical and made for some amazing photos! And I have to rave about the breakfast! I honestly didn't have high expectations for hotel breakfast, but I was completely won over by the seafood congee. The congee base was incredibly smooth, and they were incredibly generous with the fresh prawns and scallops – I had three bowls! There was also freshly made wonton noodles with perfectly springy bamboo noodles. They even had Portuguese egg tarts and Serradura (sawdust pudding), so breakfast felt as satisfying as an afternoon tea.
SShiny 831I chose to stay here specifically for the full L'Occitane amenities. The deluxe twin room was incredibly spacious, almost like a small apartment. It's a shame that for two people, we only received one complimentary set of amenities. The room decor had warm tones, making the overall atmosphere very cozy, and the bed was comfortable. One minor flaw I noticed was that the curtains felt a bit coarse and dated. After experiencing the incredibly thoughtful service of five-star hotels, the service here felt noticeably less impressive.
There are some complementary shops downstairs in the hotel, which are good for a quick browse and bite. The lack of entertainment facilities might be the hotel's biggest 'feature.' If you're looking for good value for money, this place is definitely a solid choice. It's right next to Grand Lisboa Palace, and you can easily take a car there. I didn't find it inconvenient at all. The area isn't that big. To get to central areas like The Venetian, a taxi ride would just be slightly more than the starting fare.
GGuest UserFirst off, the lobby was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent—the staff spoke standard Mandarin and were very patient. The room layout was spacious, clean, and tidy. I stayed for three days, and they cleaned the room and provided complimentary water every day! The hotel's location is also superb, with a bus stop right downstairs, making travel very convenient! There are also many great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Yang Zhi Jin Lao, which is just downstairs from the hotel. Overall, my Macau trip experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose ECARD Hotels again on my next visit to Macau!
MMelanyyyy04Genuinely, I stayed at quite a number of hotels in Macau but this one was my favorite 🤩, the location is perfect, taxis pass by almost every 10 mins, they have a free shuttle bus, the pool area is beautiful, the gym is 24/7, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the service was good but only for some staff members, some staff members seemed a bit arrogant, I remember I called in to ask for some medicine, I know the hotel doesn’t have medicine but little help would have mattered such as helping the guest purchase and I can Pay for the extra help but the only thing they told me was to go to the pharmacy and I didn’t have strength to even walk, I felt like I was going to faint and I didn’t know anyone within Macau, it was only one of the staff members, that over heard my conversation with the other staff and offered me some medicine and even gave me water and kept checking up on me, I really appreciated that so much because I don’t know how I would have left the place without his help, I wish i remembered his name but the medicine was from Philippines so I assume he is from the Philippines. Away from that I remember Charles too, who also had good customer service, overall the hotel is good but other staff members need to pay more attention to service.
TTuotuoN+1The environment is fantastic, and the rooms are incredibly spacious! It seems like every room has a sea view, including the black sand beach in the distance. The service attitude is excellent too, with friendly, smiling staff. It's a much better experience than hotels of the same price point in Hong Kong. The transportation is also very convenient. Unfortunately, my trip was a bit rushed this time, so I didn't get to try the outdoor pool. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Macau!
GGuest UserI brought my child to Macau for a competition and only stayed one night. This room type has one large bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was clean and quite spacious. It's very close to the Border Gate and Qingmao Port, just a 13-minute walk away. Across the road downstairs is the Lai Lai Supermarket, and on the second floor of the hotel, there's a Chinese restaurant with reasonable prices, making it very convenient. Both the front desk and room service staff spoke Mandarin and were very friendly.
Ppeggy7758Our room was on a higher floor, so it was pretty quiet with minimal noise. Overall, the room was clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. The main drawback was the air conditioning at night; it was very loud and constantly rattling. Everything else was generally acceptable.
When calling a taxi from the front desk, there were often issues with the line being busy. If you urgently need a car, it's best to check if someone is getting out of a taxi at the entrance, or head over to the taxi stand at Galaxy, or use their dedicated ride service.
The location isn't right next to Galaxy, but it's still quite close. We were able to walk to Rua da Cunha (Taipa Village) in the evening and back from there without any trouble. The Grand Hyatt Residences are right next door, as is the Inn Hotel Yacht.
Some top places to stay in Macau are near popular attractions like Ruins of Saint Paul's, Macau Tower and The Londoner—so you can quickly get to top landmarks and amenities you need.
