Folks, I absolutely have to share my amazing hotel stay experience! I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and the service was simply incredible. As soon as I arrived, the staff warmly greeted me, helped with my luggage, and processed my check-in super quickly. They even thoughtfully recommended some fun places to visit nearby. The room I booked was clean and spacious, and the bed was so soft, like sinking into a cloud – I slept wonderfully. The bathroom was also spotless, and the toiletries were all high-quality. The hotel's dining was even better! The breakfast had a rich variety of options, with both Western and Chinese dishes, and everything tasted fantastic. The location is also excellent, with convenient transportation, and it's close to shopping malls and attractions. I was going to attend an event and booked a hotel near Dalian North Station.
The hotel was very easy to find. It was right opposite the North Square of Dalian North Station. There was another Hanting nearby that was a little further away, but it was basically unrecognizable.
It was very cost-effective. The hardware facilities were much better than Beijing Hanting, and the service was also great. They gave us two cups of milk tea~ It was delicious.
The previous room had a bad drainage and a peculiar smell. I applied to the customer service for a room change and they immediately agreed. I changed to a room with very good conditions. The little robot service was also very considerate throughout the whole process. The hotel service staff was very enthusiastic and helped to wash clothes and watch them dry. I will come again next time~

Very close to the train station with a dedicated parking lot. The rooms are standard, but overall, it was a very satisfying stay. The front desk staff were great, and check-in was quick. The room facilities were complete, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent. The shower had great water pressure, quick drainage, and comfortable water temperature, making for a pleasant shower experience.

The TV cannot be projected, it seems that the engineering is deliberately turned off, and the hotel version of Tencent Video cannot be projected. The hotel is clean and the service is quite good. It is near the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient to get off the train in the morning. It is not recommended for those who want to watch TV series in the hotel.

The hotel service was fantastic; they promptly addressed all my needs. They even offered a complimentary late check-out, which was a nice touch. The location is superb, right next to the train station, making transportation super convenient. Plus, it's close to Dalian Shopping Mall, Zhongyuan Snack Street, Intime City, and very near the subway station. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance!

GGuest UserI arrived at approximately 2:00 PM, and although my room was not yet cleaned due to the holiday period, I understood the situation. I checked into Room 232, the 270-degree sea view room, which was the highest available category at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our stay. The condition of the room facilities was disappointing. In the first bathroom, the flush button was loose and partially detached, and there were visible cracks on the wall. In the second bathroom inside the sea-view bedroom, the door stopper was detached and the drainage system did not function properly.
Additionally, the glass panel near the wardrobe had a long crack, which made us uncomfortable using the area as we were concerned about causing further damage. Most importantly, the refrigerator was not functioning. Although a technician came on the first day and informed us that there was no power supply, no proper resolution was provided. On the second day, another technician was arranged, but we had to wait for a long time, which disrupted our travel plans. Eventually, we were informed that the refrigerator could not be used temporarily. As my family stayed for three nights, this meant we were unable to use the refrigerator for the entire stay and had to leave items with the reception, which was very inconvenient and did not reflect the value of the room.
Regarding cleanliness, the first day was satisfactory. However, on the second day, the housekeeping service appeared rushed. There were hair strands left in the room, and the bed was not properly made — the bed cover was simply pulled over without proper arrangement, and the bedding looked untidy and wrinkled. I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness standards.
Furthermore, the booking was made for three guests, yet only two glasses were provided in the room. There was no tea available, only bottled water. Communication via WeChat was also quite slow when requesting assistance.
On a positive note, the room view was beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff who assisted us before check-in were helpful. The room design and view are truly impressive. However, after check-in, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Additionally, the mirrors in the room had noticeable stains.
I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for service improvement. Thank you for your attention.

I stayed at 3 different hotels, and I honestly think the Hard Rock Hotel deserves a great review. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and very meticulous, and check-in was exceptionally fast. Then, a staff member named 'Yi Yang Qian Xi' (a playful reference to a celebrity, likely implying excellent service) helped carry my luggage to the room, which I found very thoughtful and considerate. Both the hotel's hardware and software aspects left me very satisfied! The key thing is, during the May Day holiday, among hotels in the average price range of 800-1000, the Hard Rock Hotel truly stands out in all aspects. Whether it's the location, the hotel facilities, or the staff's service attitude and professionalism, everything was excellent. This is my genuine review, not a insincere one written to get discounts or gifts, but a true reflection of my stay!

GGuest UserMy friend and I were traveling during a holiday, laden with bags, and I was worried about long queues for check-in. Lisa, knowing we were on vacation, was incredibly thoughtful. She specifically arranged a non-smoking floor room for us and proactively told us where to find popular local snacks, bubble tea shops, and shopping areas near the hotel. She clearly explained taxi routes and walking directions and even reminded us to be careful when going out at night. She was truly as considerate as a friend.
Walking into the room, I was immediately impressed. The cleanliness was impeccable, the room was spacious, and the layout was cozy and comfortable, creating a great vibe for photos, perfect for a girls' trip. Throughout our stay, whenever we saw Lisa entering or exiting the hotel, she would always greet us with a smile. When we needed disposable items or extra bottles of water on short notice, we just mentioned it to the front desk, and Lisa would immediately help us out. Her attitude was consistently excellent – patient and thorough, never perfunctory. The hotel's cleaning staff were also very diligent, tidying the room on time every day, making the beds, replenishing supplies, and keeping everything spotless.
Lisa is such a gentle, warm, and detail-oriented person who always puts guests first. Her service was exceptionally thoughtful and down-to-earth, making our stay incredibly comfortable and reassuring. The Shangri-La's location is also very convenient, whether you're going to the airport or attractions. My bestie and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit this area!

WWdayanjingI came to Dalian alone for the 2026 Dalian Marathon and booked this hotel on Trip.com. I couldn't have been luckier! The marathon's start and finish lines are right downstairs, and my room number even coincidentally matched the last digits of my phone number, which made me really happy. The room was super clean, and all the toiletries were excellent, single-use items 👍👍. Plus, it was a proper sea-view room. I could see the starting arch where I'd begin my race and the Donggang seaside attractions from upstairs. If I ever come back to Dalian, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Hhongyanliu56Participated in the Dalian Marathon. This was my second time visiting Dalian, and just like my previous trip during the 2019 Qingming holiday, I stayed at the InterContinental. The location is super convenient, with a subway station right outside. I usually head towards Zhongshan Square Station, but on checkout day, the doorman, the guy with the long hair in a ponytail, recommended Friendly Square Station and even walked me to the intersection. I really appreciated that! The hotel breakfast was fantastic and had a great variety, including Dalian specialties like sea cucumber porridge with rice and kidney bean clam noodles, plus roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), wraps, and fried dough sticks. I got to try them all! Housekeeping was very prompt; every day I'd leave in the morning and come back in the afternoon to a clean room. The bathroom was spacious and well-lit. The only minor downside was that the room didn't have a main overhead light, making it a bit dim.

Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. GGuest UserI originally booked a king-size bed room without windows, but when I checked in, the front desk lady upgraded me to a family room for free. It has an extra-large double bed and a single bed. The room is large and well decorated. It is very close to Xi'an Road subway station. The price/performance ratio is great. AAnonymous UserThe hotel accepts foreigners. Great location, a walking distance from Dalian Station, essentially on Zhongshan Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was good, there's even a washing machine (didn't use it though). The staff was kind and helpful. Perhaps the only problem was that the room card didn't work, so I had to get a password, which also expired daily at midnight, and I had to contact the reception to get a new one. But that's not how it's supposed to be, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Overall, a great option.
