The hotel has service robots for food delivery, a laundry room, and a gym, so the facilities are excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great, perfect for a quick energy boost to start the workday. The checkout and invoicing process was also very smooth and didn't waste any time. The overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, making it ideal for business travel. Highly recommend!

There's a washing machine and dryer on the first floor, and they did a really good job cleaning my clothes. They even gave me a free room upgrade when I checked in. When I ordered takeout, a robot delivered it to my room. Oh, and the roasted sweet potatoes from a place called 'Old Beijing Tanghulu' were absolutely delicious – so sweet and soft. I ordered them multiple times!
