Really good hotel. Located in Mall building, occupied only some floors. Localisation is really great, very close to the Western Lake. Next to a lot of shops and restaurants, they are even in the same building (for example Haidilao on the same floor). Rooms - I have a bigger one with the city view, so it was very comfortable. There is a laundry room, mini gym and big patio with nice view (so no need to go downstairs to smoke). Breakfest - acceptable. The only one bad thing is terrible coffee on the breakfest.

It was quite late, and I just wanted to find the closest hotel to crash for the night. I picked this place randomly, and to my surprise, the hotel facilities were really good. For its location, it's excellent value for money. The common areas were also very inviting.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a seven or eight-minute walk from Hubin Yintai. Since I arrived quite late, the front desk staff was very kind and upgraded my room. It originally didn't have a window, but now it does! That was really great, the view is nice, and the room is very clean with complete facilities. The lighting controls are well-designed and user-friendly. I slept very soundly, and the toiletries were also good. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

Fantastic location indeed.....walk 15mins to the right and you'll arrive at Hubin & Westlake. Come out from entrance to the right then right again and you'll reach Wulin market in less than 3 mins. Hotel's breakfast is excellent with a very good mixture of eastern and western food in abundance.....fresh fruit juices with an assortment of desserts are readily available too. Special shoutout to 'Sister Hua' for her very attentive detail inl housekeeping, keep up the good work. Would love to stay here for my next trip, highly recommended!

The check-in staff were truly excellent, making a warm and efficient first impression. The location could not be more convenient—just two minutes from the subway, with easy access to a shopping centre and West Lake. Inside, the room is impressively large and modern in style. The only minor drawback is that it tends to be a bit dark, which at times makes it hard to see clearly. Amenities are adequate without being exceptional—functional and in good order. The lobby, however, stands out as particularly artistic and visually appealing, adding a unique character to the property. Overall, this hotel comes highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel for family trips to Hangzhou with kids! The location is a huge plus – it's super close to West Lake, just a leisurely stroll away. No need for long commutes, which makes traveling with children incredibly convenient. Public transportation nearby is excellent, with metro and bus stops very close, so you don't need a taxi to get anywhere. Getting around is completely hassle-free. The hotel is situated right in the Southern Song Imperial Street scenic area. Stepping out, you're immediately immersed in the charm of an ancient street, perfect for a relaxed walk with the little ones. Right next door is Damalong, offering a wide array of local specialty snacks, so you can enjoy both sightseeing and delicious food. We even tried West Lake Fish in Vinegar Gravy, and both my child and I found it quite palatable, not as exaggeratedly unappealing as some online reviews suggest [😂][😂][😂]. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the room is cozy and comfortable, making for a very reassuring stay. The biggest surprise was the hotel's smart robot, which can deliver items and food. My child was super fascinated, chasing it around and absolutely loving it, adding a lot of fun to our trip. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The breakfast selection was also rich, with mild porridges, pastries, and fruits suitable for children. Overall, our family trip experience was perfect: convenient transportation, close proximity to West Lake, hassle-free outings with the kids, and interactive robots. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip to Hangzhou!

The service was excellent, and check-in at the front desk was very quick. The staff were all very nice. The room offered a beautiful distant view of West Lake. It's about a 10-yuan taxi ride to the West Lake scenic area. Breakfast was very rich, with both Chinese and Western options. They even offer breakfast bags if you're in a rush, which is a thoughtful touch! The manager I met during check-out was also great. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time.

The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. There are only four or five rooms on each floor, so it's relatively quiet. There's a curfew at night, which made me feel safe. In terms of location, it's very close to the attractions, perfect for those who want to get an early start to sightseeing. It's about a 20-minute bus ride to Lingyin Temple and a 10-15 minute walk to West Lake. There's even a path to climb Baoshi Mountain right in the neighborhood. It's a bit further from the city center, about a kilometer from Huanglong Cave subway station. As for service, any issues I had were promptly resolved by the front desk. They also prepared many small gifts; each room could receive a can of special small tea. The front desk staff even let me sample this year's newly picked Longjing tea, which tasted excellent!

The service was excellent the day before yesterday, I was very satisfied. There are many shared bikes in front of the hotel, and you can ride them to West Lake, which isn't far even on foot, about a 10-minute walk. Wushan Subway Station on Line 7 is just a 5-minute walk away. Hefang Street is also nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel even provides free umbrellas on rainy days. Taxis are also very easy to catch. Subway Line 7 goes directly to Xiaoshan International Airport, and a taxi ride only takes about 30 minutes. The hotel is also not far from attractions like Longjing Village, West Lake, Wushan Scenic Area, and so on. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Hotel well positioned with easy access to cabs/booked Didi rides. Room spacious enough, bedding and pillows are OK. Smart toilet. However, noise level from corridor and vehicle and human traffic below noisy. Our room facing road, so it was quite noisy indeed. Hotel only has 3 floors. Good amenities and good supply of mineral water and 3 other can drinks (2 teas and 1 sugar-free coke). We had Chinese tea pot with 2 dainty cups for brewing our Chinese tea as well. Hotel also serve simple porridge to guests 9.30pm-11pm daily! All staff helpful, polite and giving you cheerful smiles always. That felt so warm and wonderful! Thanks to everyone there at Atour WLR hotel! Plenty of eateries and shopping even after checking in after 9pm. Walking distance to West Lake Broken Bridge. Use short cut from Atour WLR Hotel, main door turn left. See Wyndham hotel, turn left on small road before Wynham. Walk all the way down the road then turn right. Pass some shops then cross over main road and walk a bit from there, that's all. Shen Yu, Manager at Atour WLR hotel give good advice and recommendations to various tours and eateries. We paid for West Lake tour RMB150 for a car with accompanying driver. 6 locations and at our own pace and time. Parking fees we absorb which is a small amount. Also to big malls at In77 and City Mall. Plenty of good restaurants, bakeries, gelatos... Electronic goods, boutiques as well! Something like our Orchard Road area. Their underground shopping is really something you must not miss! Can go by cab or walking there. Approx 1.5km fm hotel.
