Hotels near Eryan Ping Trail, Chiayi County

Extremely satisfied with both the dining and service. The accommodation was very comfortable, and I could even watch the sunrise from the hotel's platform in the morning! After breakfast, I followed the owner's advice and walked from the 'Tea Mist Trail' to the Er Yen Ping Trail. The entire 1.5-hour journey featured beautiful tea plantations, bamboo forests, and a sea of clouds. I'll definitely stay longer next time I visit.

The hotel is located near the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum. Some rooms offer views of the Southern Branch. The staff are friendly and courteous, enthusiastically recommending nearby restaurants. The hotel has complete facilities, a variety of affordable dining options, and an exceptionally clean outdoor swimming pool with views of the Southern Branch. Today, March 17th, the lifeguards were very friendly and chatted with guests, making us feel right at home. This stay was truly memorable and will be our only choice for accommodation when visiting Chiayi...

The B&B is located on the way up Alishan Highway. The owner was very helpful, providing detailed instructions on how to get to the B&B and Alishan by bus. The place smells wonderfully of tea, and the room was simple and clean. Following the owner's advice, I walked 5 minutes to a small tea plantation on a hillside near the B&B. It fulfilled my wish to stargaze at night and watch the sunrise in the morning. The tea plantation scenery was beautiful, and I even got a discount when buying some tea leaves. However, it might be flower season, so be aware that the uphill buses might be full!

The hotel's location is a bit of a drive from Alishan National Scenic Area, but the accommodation itself is quite nice. You can see tea plantations from here, and the air is really fresh. There's also the Fushan Ancient Trail nearby, perfect for a leisurely walk.

This was really the best home stay experience we ever had! The owners are super kind. Upon arrival, they warmly welcomed us in and gave us delicious tea, apple, snacks, and their good company. The room itself had amazing views over the mountains, tea plants, and sakura. The room was really big, equipped with a good shower and comfortable beds. We even got a free room upgrade and tasty breakfast with fresh fruits. Next morning we were taken on a tour over the Tea Plantation and the owner told us not only about the process but could give us information on all the other plants like coffee plants, flowers, etc. We really hope we can stay here in the future again.

Although it's an old house converted into a guesthouse, it's very clean and has a unique charm. The courtyard design is quite thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very generous. Looking down from the guesthouse, the location is excellent; you can admire the mountain views and watch the sunrise right from the courtyard.

We drove here. The proprietress was very friendly and gave us advice on which route to take to Alishan that would be easier, as we hadn't really done our homework 😂. The B&B also includes breakfast and has many adorable cats! 😍 We stayed in a double room. Since it's a wooden cabin, you can somewhat hear sounds from the next room, but everyone seemed to go to bed around 10:30-11:30 PM (I assume, because it suddenly became quiet). That's probably because everyone was planning to watch the sunrise the next day. Oh, and if you want to watch the sunrise, the proprietress will tell you where the good spots are, and they're not far at all.

The lady owner was super lovely and accommodating. She was very welcoming and let us drop our luggage before check-in and gave us lots of good suggestions on where to go, what to do in Fenqihu and Alishan areas. She also gave some advices on the sunrise and sunset spots. We stayed in 4-people family room which as perfect and comfortable. There are all the facilities we needed and the breakfast was also very healthy and delicious. Highly recommended if you are making a trip to Alishan!

The hotel is located about an hour's drive up the mountain. On clear days, it's incredibly convenient to watch the sunrise directly from your room. While it may not be the iconic sunrise near Yushan Main Peak (often referred to as the Alishan sunrise), the viewing experience here is still wonderful. The other hotel facilities were standard.

The name is very grand. From the appearance, you can see how the original owner put a lot of effort into building it. It is beautiful and some of the saunas in the facilities are great! The temperature is sufficient and the water is clean. It's a pity that the steam room is not open, but overall I am very satisfied. There is an outdoor swimming pool for swimming, an indoor gym, a children's playroom, several game consoles, etc. for use. Great! Have breakfast at Galileo Western Restaurant, the beef soup is super recommended! Others are ordinary but reasonably varied. Afternoon tea is great! It is recommended that everyone try their afternoon tea if you have the opportunity! If you want to take a vacation, you can come here~ It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Renyitan near the hotel. The lake and mountains are beautiful, especially the sunset, which is very beautiful!
