The room is clean and spacious, facilities are great, and the staff are super friendly. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station though. Since it’s converted from an old commercial building, you have to climb about 10 steps through the mall to get up to the hotel, not the most convenient if you’ve got big luggage. Also, at night some of the mall doors get locked, so you might need to ask security how to get in, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall, it’s more suitable for business travelers than leisure ones.

Very happy with my stay here! Great location, the hotel is super clean and staff were friendly. The bed is super comfortable! Free coffee and water and a few snacks at the reception. The only downside was the cleaning staff making lots of noise at 8am on a Saturday morning but I had to get up anyway. I’d come back for sure.

I stayed there for 3 nights during Twice’s concert. They gave us some snack and refreshments on the concert night🥰 What they can improve is sanity issue. It would be better if the trash can next to the toilet has a lit to keep the gerns inside since there is no handheld bidet. Also the entrance is not noticeable at night. The hotel’s sight is noticeable at day time, but at night there is no light shined on the sign. It’s better if guests arrive at day time. The room size is big. There are snacks, coffee and tea at the common area for free. Free drinking water, hot water, towels, every necessity for a night stay.

The room was very humid and it had a weird smell. There’s a bright red light shining when closing the light, illuminating the whole room. The mattress was really soft and not to my liking. It felt like I was sleeping on a balloon. The place is also pretty run down, especially the bathrooms. The common area is nice.

We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a fantastic experience overall. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and processed our check-in with impressive efficiency. Our room was remarkably spacious and spotless, featuring a modern aesthetic and a bed that offered excellent sleep quality. One of the major highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh local and international options. The location is perfect for exploring the city center on foot, with several great cafes nearby. My only minor complaint was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in the evenings, but it didn’t detract from our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

My go-to guest house whenever I visit Kaohsiung. The staff are friendly and the guest house is clean. Also convenient location and free breakfast. The beds are a little bit hard, but not that bad.

The location is great, about a 7-minute walk from Cianjin MRT station. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. The first room we were assigned was quite noisy, and we had to contact the front desk twice to change rooms before we found one we were happy with. The staff were very accommodating and helped us change rooms each time. Having a coin-operated laundry room was also very convenient!

Pros: The hotel is incredibly close to Kaohsiung Station, just a four or five-minute walk away. This is super convenient for anyone traveling without a car and relying primarily on public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, always enthusiastic to assist with any issues. Their service definitely enhanced the overall experience. Cons: The soundproofing is really poor. You can hear almost everything happening on the entire floor, whether it's from nearby rooms or further down the hall. It seemed like the guests at this hotel were quite late-nighters; people were still moving around, showering, and using the restroom well past midnight. This would be a problem for light sleepers. Also, there are quite a few rooms on each floor, but only one elevator. During peak hours, you might have to wait a little while. Overall Impression: Overall, my rating is still on the positive side. If I'm ever in Kaohsiung alone again and prioritize convenient transportation, I would definitely consider staying here again. Hotel brief: The ground floor has the reception area and a few sofas for lounging; the second floor houses the restaurant and hot spring area; and all floors from the third upwards are guest rooms, with bathroom facilities on each floor.

4-ppl family room only provides 2 door-key-cards. Talked to the manager so each of us could have door-key-card. The answer: it is a 2-door-key-card policy for all room types & advised to drop the door-key-card at the receptionist when family members in-out the hotel. Wow 4-ppl room contributes higher revenue than 2-ppl room to the hotel but receive LESS convenience, instead also put the responsibility to customers using the receptionist so to shuffle the door-key-cards among us?! The hotel replied my Google Map review comment saying 2-door-key policy is to protect customer safety. We provided all names in booking and the hotel copied my passport at the check in. Having these personal information isn't SAFE enough to the hotel? This is not a friendly service policy to bigger group of customers.

Pet-friendly, and the setting was decent. It was quite unique being tucked away in an old building. However, the amenities weren't fully stocked. Given it's pet-friendly and we booked last-minute, I couldn't really complain about that. But the lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly!
