This location is heaven on earth. Surrounded by mountains that take on the form of Buddha. You sit right in the palm of a blessed spot. It is family owned and they treat you like family while you are there. By far some of the kindest people you will meet on your trip. Food is fantastic and homemade. There is a rooftop spot you can relax at, have tea, and even enjoy your meal there. The Shaolin temple is just a short walk from the hotel, and the owners will offer to drive you every time. Make sure to stay here if you are in the area. You will not regret it.

This was my first time in Zhengzhou, specifically to see Zhou Shen's concert. I only stayed one night, but the Jajin Hotel left a deep impression on me. Every staff member was incredibly friendly during check-in, and they even upgraded my room and gave us a complimentary afternoon tea. They promptly provided information about the shuttle bus times and locations, and added us to a WeChat group. They flawlessly organized seven shuttle buses to and from the Olympic Sports Center for hundreds of 'Shengmi' (Zhou Shen's fans) – not a single person was left behind! A big thank you to the entire concert service team: Wang Youxing, Fu Wei, Yin Junpeng, Shang Jianghao, Lü Keying, Liu Jian, Liu Chengyu, and Wang Huibin! And of course, all the staff who assisted me during my stay. My first trip to Henan was absolutely perfect!

The hotel is located in the core area of Beilonghu Financial Center, with convenient transportation, complete facilities, and very convenient travel. The lobby is designed with a simple atmosphere, the log color is matched with soft lighting, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and you can feel the full oriental aesthetics and relaxation as soon as you enter the door. The rooms are clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the quality of sleep is greatly improved. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are exclusive white tea fragrance type for the whole season, fresh and elegant. The front desk service is warm and efficient, check-in and check-out are fast, responsive, and the details are intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, balanced nutrition and timely supply. Overall, my stay was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with great soundproofing. The service was thoughtful and attentive. Plus, there were plenty of dining options nearby. The hygiene standards were top-notch. Definitely my first choice for accommodation when traveling.

The location is fantastic, right by the lake, which is the most beautiful spot in Zhengzhou. It's lively at night with stunning views. I loved the lobby; it's stylish and cozy. The JW Marriott brand really delivers. The room was spacious with a great view, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including delicious Hu La Tang (spicy soup) and Rou Jia Mo (meat burger), as well as various noodles. You can even take coffee to go – Marriott is quite generous. The Executive Lounge food was also very good, and the staff were well-trained; we ended up not going out for dinner. Xiao Luo from housekeeping left a handwritten welcome card and folded a heart, which was a lovely touch, thank you. The express service was very prompt, and I appreciated the weather forecast displayed inside the elevator – a thoughtful detail. Lucky at the front desk checked us in quickly; she was efficient and her warm smile was truly welcoming. Ms. Men Jingxue was also very enthusiastic, proactively greeting guests, guiding them to the front desk, and providing information about the hotel facilities and surrounding area. Thank you!

There are several restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a small park next to it. Service: The room aunt was very enthusiastic. From patient guidance during check-in to the attentive service of the room attendants, the most thoughtful touch was the airport pick-up and drop-off service – the driver was quick and his service was impeccable.
