This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. It's probably the best value for money I've ever experienced. First off, the front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly helpful. They not only upgraded my room for free but also accommodated all my check-in requests. Secondly, the hotel facilities are top-notch and the most comprehensive I've encountered. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plus, the hotel is right by Kuan Alley and Zhai Alley food street. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Secondly, the cleanliness is top-notch; the room was spotless and bright, with not a speck of dust even in the corners, which made me feel very comfortable staying there. The service is simply outstanding, attentive and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. The staff were gentle and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room facilities are new and complete, with perfect air conditioning and water temperature, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a great night's sleep. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, offering superb value for money. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommend, you definitely won't be disappointed!

Traveling to Inner Mongolia for the May Day holiday, I stayed in Hohhot for the first two nights. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was quiet and clean. Since I rented a car, I could park it in the multi-story parking lot right outside the entrance. I chose a lake view room, and the scenery outside the window was quite nice. I especially loved the fragrance in the hotel lobby. The only downside was that there were too few laundry rooms; I had to queue all evening just to wash one item, ugh.

The overall environment is pretty good and clean. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great; I could hear conversations from the next room. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, including local Inner Mongolian specialties like lamb offal soup, Mongolian milk tea, beef noodles, and shaomai. The service was also good; they proactively asked about my stay.

Business Trip: Fantastic location, within walking distance to the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing exceeded my expectations. The front desk service was efficient and welcoming, and the executive lounge offered a wide variety of breakfast options. Overall, it's excellent value for money. My top choice for business travel, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room's decor and materials were very satisfying. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the sophisticated design made everything feel new, yet without any strange odors. At check-in, the front desk gave us tangerines and tangerine candy, and upon departure, we received a cup – excellent service overall. However, the towel bar by the sink was a bit inconvenient; I bumped my leg 2-3 times while brushing my teeth, washing my face, and hands, which was a bit painful. Also, room 739 had over a dozen air conditioning units right outside the window – and that doesn't even include the four above the window that aren't in the photos. The noise at night was significant, affecting my sleep; I didn't fall asleep until after 3 AM. If you need absolute quiet to sleep, you might want to avoid this particular room.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and simple, with friendly and attentive staff, which made our stay comfortable overall. However, one key issue significantly impacted our experience. The hotel advertises that it has a gym, which was the primary reason we booked our stay, as we wanted to maintain our fitness routine while away from home and unable to use our usual gym membership. Upon arrival, we discovered that the ”gym” consisted of only two treadmills and no other equipment. This was extremely disappointing, as a gym should provide a variety of fitness equipment to accommodate different workout needs. Advertising a facility as a gym when it is essentially just a room with treadmills feels misleading. If your facility only has treadmills, it would be more accurate to advertise it as such, rather than labeling it a gym. A proper gym typically requires a minimum set of equipment, including: 1. Cardio Machines: At least treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. 2. Strength Equipment: Free weights (dumbbells, barbells) and resistance machines. 3. Functional Training Tools: Items such as yoga mats, kettlebells, or medicine balls. This would ensure clarity for guests who choose hotels based on their fitness facilities. While we appreciated the cleanliness and service, the lack of transparency regarding the gym was a major letdown.

The hotel service was excellent, especially Mulan who was very enthusiastic and had a superb service attitude. The hygiene was top-notch, and its proximity to the scenic spot made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, spacious, and bright, with convenient facilities. The service was impeccable – warm, efficient, and pretty much met all our requests. The room rate was affordable, and parking was free, so we were very satisfied! The hotel also offers a travel photography experience, which we tried and loved the photos we got! 💕

First of all, the check-in staff were very nice, professional, and attentive. I give them five stars; they were very professional, unlike the Hanting Hotel in Baotou, where they didn't even know anything about Huazhu Gold Membership. However, this Hanting Hotel is the most outdated I've ever stayed at, even worse than the ones in Dalian Xiangluqiao and Baotou Baogang. First, they have very few twin rooms, and none of them are on the edges. They're either on the first or third floor near the elevator. Soundproofing is a given, but for a little over 100 yuan, it's not like it's Atour, so there's not much to complain about. Second, the door to my room swayed when the doors of the surrounding rooms closed. Third, the heating was extremely hot. That's not a big deal; some people say it's too hot, others say it's too cold—it's a personal issue. But when it got too hot and I wanted to turn on the air conditioner, it had a sour smell and was very dirty. Fourth, the toiletries were only half-empty. I thought the previous two Hanting hotels would refill them regularly, but maybe this one just replaced them when they were empty. Fifth, the facilities are too outdated. Other hotels have centralized switches that control the room from the bedside, but this one not only uses the old-fashioned system where you open the switch in each room, but there are also no electric curtains; you have to pull them manually. The location, however, is extremely convenient, no doubt about it. The room linens are clean, and the hotel lobby smells wonderful. Aside from a few minor drawbacks compared to other Hanting hotels, it's a very good value for the price.

As someone who frequently travels to Hohhot for business, the facilities and environment at the Jin Yi You Xuan Xinhua West Street store are the most thoughtfully designed among hotels I've stayed at in the same price range! The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant. The hallways are carpeted thickly, so there's no noise when walking. Complimentary mineral water and snacks in the rooms are unlimited, and the USB charging port and nightlight by the bed are very thoughtfully designed. The water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, making showers very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers family-themed rooms with a full range of playful amenities and children's supplies, so you don't have to worry at all when traveling with kids. The business and lounge areas in the common spaces are also perfect, whether you're working or relaxing with children.
