XXingyuefengshaOur stay was fantastic! The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near Wanda Plaza and the museum. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was ample, and overall, it offered great value for money. It even started snowing, and the front desk thoughtfully brought us warm mineral water, which was a very nice touch.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a semi-buffet with staple options like shaomai and plain noodles, and the savory milk tea was delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of major attractions. To the north are Dazhao Temple, Xilitu Zhao Temple, and Saishang Old Street. To the south are Guanyin Temple and Baoerhan Pagoda. Next door is the yet-to-be-opened Labuqi Zhao Temple. The silver Buddha and dragon carvings inside Dazhao Temple, along with the dragon carvings in the ancient Buddha hall of Xilitu Zhao Temple, are well-preserved and exquisitely crafted – truly stunning to see. Also, the ice-boiled lamb at Zecheng is incredibly tasty; the Dazhao Siheyuan branch is the closest to the hotel, just a few minutes' walk according to navigation.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, not far from Jokhang Temple. The decor and facilities are very new and highly intelligent. What surprised me was the heated towel rack – so thoughtful! They have their own underground parking, but spaces are limited. It's very convenient for dining and shopping, with a small supermarket downstairs and an incredibly delicious 'wild wonton' at the BBQ place across the street. All in all, everything is great except for the slight difficulty with parking, and the value for money is exceptional. I forgot to take photos of the room, so here are a few of the lobby instead.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Baochen Express Hotel was absolutely fantastic! ✅Hygiene: The room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding was spotless and odor-free, the bathroom was clean and dry, and the public areas were immaculate. ✅Service: The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and all the employees were attentive and polite. Requests were handled promptly. ✅Facilities: The in-room equipment was in perfect working order, the bathroom had excellent water pressure, and all amenities were comprehensive and functional. ✅Environment: The hotel itself was quiet and elegant, situated in a prime location that made getting around and finding food incredibly convenient. A truly comfortable and pleasant environment. Great value for money, definitely my first choice for future trips!

TTeck ChuanLocated in the central commercial district, within a short walk to MixC shopping mall. Nice entrance and lobby befitting of a 5-star Shangrila property, with a free Mongolian photo corner with costumes. However, the check-in staff didn't seem too familiar with her work - I booked 2 suites of inter-connecting rooms (total of 4 rooms) for my party of 10, but she almost completed the check-in process and gave us just 2 connecting rooms (1 king bed & 2 single beds in total). How is that logically possible, and why would the hotel have allowed that kind of booking? Rectified her mistake, after she took quite awhile to process her thoughts and come to realisation, of course without any form of acknowledgement for her oversight or apology. Rooms are pretty dated with just a small 32 or 37inch TV, and probably not worth the price for this stay.
