Pros: Breakfast is perfect, very good combination of western and *********. Location is perfect if you are visiting Jiao Tong University and Tsinghua University. Only a couple of bus stops. Very authentic local restaurants around. Employees are willing to help. Free soda in the fridge, decent gym. Good balcony view in certain rooms. Cons: My room was clean but shower head was loose, although I was able to fix it myself, it made the bathroom a chaos. Shampoo and bodywash are not good considering it's a 4-star. Electronic bidet that cleans you but doesn't dry you out... public baths could be a good place to relax, but it only open 4-10pm, which is not friendly to travellers who only stay for the night.

While the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, there are public parking options nearby, like the 'Tu Ji Cheng' parking and the Hsinchu City Public Parking, both just a 3-minute walk away, making transportation quite convenient. The hotel also provides breakfast vouchers for two nearby breakfast shops, which offer good quality and delicious food. In terms of location, it's very well-situated with amenities close by. It's only about 3 minutes from MacKay Memorial Hospital, and near Tsing Hua University, Kuang Fu High School, McDonald's, and New Park. This makes it incredibly convenient for both business trips and short stays. Overall, it's a practical and value-for-money accommodation choice.

Hotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

The room is simple and clean, but the tables and chairs in the room are old and the bathroom is small. The breakfast has fewer types and is replenished quickly. Parking is inconvenient. The parking lot downstairs is a bit scary. It is more convenient to cooperate with the market parking lot.

The location is excellent, right in the bustling area, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. While the breakfast options are simple, they're perfectly adequate to start the day. However, there's room for improvement in the stay experience. The air conditioning in the room couldn't be manually adjusted; it was either cold or even colder all night, affecting my sleep quality. Additionally, the toilet was leaking, and the constant sound of running water was quite annoying. If the facilities could be improved, this would be a much more ideal place to stay.

Clean room. They got machine to do self check in and check out. Parking space was available in the basement level. Location wise is not too far from central area if you drive, but have to walk very far. Breakfast was nice. They will also give you voucher to redeem cake or drink. Recommended.

The hotel is very clean and has a convenient location, making it easy to get around. We would especially like to commend Cathy Lin for her excellent service. We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is fantastic! 👍🏻 Although the facilities aren't new, the room was clean and comfortable. 👍🏻 Even the doorknobs were sparkling clean! ✨ I only realized in the morning how beautiful the entire building is!

I loved my room - very spacious and it came with a balcony with a cycling padding machine. There are a few things which I dislike are 1.lack of socket outlet - this is very obvious at the work desk area. if I need to work, I need to remove the lights socket and replaced with my laptop plug. So I have to work in very dim condition or to work on bed. 2. height of the socket outlet at work desk area is a bit out - I had to adjust the desk in another direction in order to work. 3. the height of the seat at the work desk area is not ideal - way too low 4. hair dryer is driving me crazy - other than mini size, it stopped every other min. N it would start again after a few mins rest. Other than the above mentioned, I am still happy with the hotel. When I mentioned about the hair dryer issue, the attendants at the reception were very helpful - they passed me another normal size hair dryer. I would come back again.
