It should be the first time to book a free upgrade room, breakfast coupons and late check-out. This price is very suitable. But there are some problems behind the right price. First of all, there are water stains in the cup. Many facilities are covered with dust. The second is not soundproof. The voice next door is very clear. Someone is scared when passing by at the door. Third, the hot water is very difficult to adjust. The small shower cannot be fixed. It is very biased. The big shower water is too big. The fourth breakfast is difficult to say. The soy milk is not hot enough. Many snacks are cold. The variety is very small. The service attitude is very good. The response is very good. Overall it is quite satisfactory.

There are too many cars and it is difficult to park at the May Day attractions. The subway is much more convenient. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the subway station Line 3, which is a great starting point for taking children to visit Tianjin. The family connecting room I booked has a great space. The two bedrooms are cleverly connected and maintain privacy. The oversized bathtub makes the children play so much that they don’t want to come out and take the initiative to ”go back to the hotel to take a bath.” Special praise for Xiao Gao and Dapeng from the front office! On the day of check-in, they helped us introduce the attractions and the route to visit the Haihe River. The route of the attractions was described very clearly. This meticulous service made us feel warm. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, a combination of location + caring service + perfect room types. It is definitely the first choice for accommodation with children to visit Tianjin. I will stay here again next time!

The hotel is right next to the Wangdingdi subway station. It takes two steps to get there. The location is not to be picked. It is really suitable for people who don't want to drag the box too far. There is a small shop selling pancake fruit across the road. I heard that it has been open for many years. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic ❤️ Now there is a coffee delivery activity haha, get up in the morning and have a cup of old spirit!

I was on a business trip in Beijing last year and stayed at James Coffetel for the first time. I felt it was very good, with complete facilities and cleanliness. Before coming to Tianjin this time, I saw this hotel on Ctrip and booked it immediately. The hotel I stayed in was just opened. The whole stay experience was very good. My children also liked it very much. I said that I would stay at James Coffetel next time I come to Tianjin.

A relatively new hotel with a nice environment and convenient transportation. It is a quarter of an hour's walk from the subway station. The cleaning lady on the third floor is very nice, enthusiastic and proactive, loves to laugh, is very responsible and diligent. The only drawback is that the sound insulation of the room door is not very good.

After checking in, the room was clean and comfortable. There were oil stains on the clothes, and the room manager, Ms. Zhang, helped to wash them. She was very professional. Thanks to the waitress for her help. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

Unfortunately, the daily cleaning service afterward fell short of expectations. The room tidying felt rushed, and certain areas—most notably the toilet—were not properly cleaned or sanitized. 2. Room Size & Layout: We booked a Deluxe King Room expecting spacious comfort. However, the actual room felt quite cramped and did not match the description or the standard of a ”deluxe” category. The layout made movement inconvenient, and overall it lacked the sense of space we anticipated. 3. Breakfast Variety & Quality: We tried the hotel breakfast on the first morning but decided not to include it for the rest of our stay. The selection was very limited, and both the quality and variety of food were disappointing. It did not provide good value, especially for the price charged. Overall, while the initial impression was acceptable, the consistency in service and amenities did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this rating. I hope this feedback helps the management make improvements for future guests.

This hotel is super convenient, right near the subway station. Plus, across the street in Aocheng, there are tons of great little shops to discover. The hotel itself is incredibly new and spotless, with smart controls everywhere. The lights even turn on automatically if you get up in the middle of the night, which is a lifesaver for anyone afraid of the dark! The cleaning staff does an amazing job daily, and the front desk ladies are incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions or issues. All in all, a fantastic stay!
