GGuest UserThe hotel is really easy to find, super close to the subway station which makes getting to the airport a breeze. The area is great too, with tons of restaurants nearby and a lively street with a few big shopping malls. We visited Coastal City, Talent Park, and Shenzhen Bay Park, all very convenient from here. The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! The staff were so warm and friendly, always ready to help and understand our needs. The room they assigned us was perfect and we loved it. It was spotlessly clean and very quiet, with excellent soundproofing, even with many people around. My friends really liked it too, and every single staff member at the hotel was so enthusiastic. The restaurant was also very clean and the food was good.

The guest services team was, once again, professional and attentive, providing thoughtful care from check-in to check-out. They even helped arrange a room upgrade. The hotel's overall environment is comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. Both the quality of service and the overall experience consistently remain at a high standard. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen and will recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserThe Ritz-Carlton's locations are always spot-on, and this one, being near the convention center, is incredibly convenient for exhibitors or conference attendees. The pool and gym are well-maintained, perfectly meeting the need for relaxation during business trips. The breakfast offers a rich variety and consistent quality, and the cleanliness details stand up to scrutiny. A special shout-out to Eva, who was prompt and meticulous with her arrangements from check-in to check-out, significantly enhancing efficiency. The overall experience was practical and efficient, with no unnecessary frills, making it a reliable choice for repeated business travel stays.

The room upstairs is cramped with no window.
The room downstairs is better.
They have a fridge and provide bottled drinking water.
Also I'd great they have a washing machine
Buy there isn't a kitchen for cooking. Though you can use the space available.

GGuest UserI originally booked a standard room, but since it was my first time visiting, they kindly upgraded me to a larger one. The hotel room was quite smart, and the hotel itself was clean and hygienic. The service was very responsive to all requests, especially the facilities on the 14th floor – though small, they had everything. One side was the dining area with a nice view, and the other was a multi-functional area with self-service manicures 💅, an arcade, a fitness area, and an office area. Overall, it felt very cozy. The buffet breakfast didn't have many options, especially the fruit, which was just so-so. Overall, it was good, and my child wants to stay here again next time.

Environment: The location is also great; it's convenient to get to Dameisha Beach by subway.
Service: Very good, they upgraded our room for free.
Breakfast: They have everything you'd expect. The freshly made egg and rice noodle rolls are recommended. There aren't many drink options, but coffee is available.
Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene was OK, but this time I found a stain on the duvet cover. However, the staff quickly responded and changed it.

GGuest UserHad a fantastic weekend stay at the InterContinental Dameisha with the kids! The ocean view room offered expansive views, and my child absolutely loved being able to see the sea from the balcony. The kids' club had a wide range of activities, and the pool had slides and a shallow area. The private beach was clean and uncrowded. The service was thoughtful; they proactively provided children's amenities, and the breakfast was plentiful. The butler even added me on WeChat before check-in, making communication timely and efficient, which was super convenient. Two days were spent relaxing and enjoying ourselves – definitely a top choice for a family getaway!

The view from the window is great, with a clear sight of the Ping An Finance Center. It's also close to Lianhua Mountain and Bijiashan Park. UpperHills has plenty of dining options, which is very convenient.

The Golden Key concierge team provided attentive service throughout my stay, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a lovely smile. I made a few casual suggestions during my stay, and the staff not only carefully noted them down and listened to my feedback, but also quickly provided an optimized solution, showing their practical and dedicated approach. The room was clean and dry, with comfortable furnishings, and any requests were handled promptly. Whether it was luggage storage or directions to nearby shopping areas, everything was handled efficiently. The entire service team was professional and discreet; they were never intrusive but always there to help when needed. As a business traveler, I felt completely at ease and comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Shenzhen, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
