"The location is quite convenient, close to Luzhou MRT station, about a 5-10 minute walk, and shopping is easy! The staff are beautiful and attentive, and the room is very clean, comfortable, and odor-free! They provide a coin-operated washing machine for guests to use. Breakfast service can be a bit slow (when there are too many guests, the wait time is longer)."

"Initially, there was a slight hiccup with check-in because the reference number wasn't working, so the front desk staff had to help me out in the end. Overall, the room was really comfortable. Maybe because I booked early, they were able to meet all my requests. I really have to praise the air conditioning – it was super cold! And the hot water system was good too; there was plenty of hot water for showers. Since it's a three-star hotel, we didn't expect too much, but the cleaning staff did a pretty good job, and most importantly, nothing went missing. As for the facilities, although I didn't use them much, I did take a look. They do have a gym, but it seemed like one of the treadmills wasn't working. The space isn't huge, but it's enough to get a workout in. They also have a public area where you can sit and eat. Regarding service, the front desk staff were generally polite, but sometimes they weren't around. I tried calling the front desk from my room once, and no one answered. Honestly, for this price, being able to rent this hotel is already great. However, it's not in the city center, so it does take a bit more time to get to downtown or other places."

"🎉I booked a double room at this hotel and was very satisfied with my stay. 1. The environment was pleasant, the room was very quiet, and the space was large—I even felt it was more spacious than the balcony room. 2. The elevators are equipped with access control and do not display floor numbers, which provides a sense of privacy. 3. The location is convenient, with both a metro station and bus stops nearby. 4. The front desk service is excellent—staff are proactive and patient. 💡That said, there are a few details I hope the hotel can improve: 1. One of the elevators does not require access control and allows entry to any floor. 2. Housekeeping is generally good, but sometimes snacks and tea bag are not replenished. I really enjoy the hotel’s snacks and the green tea they provide. 3. Breakfast offers four set menus, which are quite refined, but a self-service option might be even better. 🧳Overall, my journey was very smooth, and staying at this hotel made my time in Taiwan even more enjoyable."

"We checked in at 6 PM, and I thought that would be enough time for the B&B to clean the room. However, as soon as we entered, we were hit with an intense bleach smell – so strong it made us feel nauseous. We reported it to the front desk, and they immediately moved us to a different room. But after changing rooms, I'm not sure if the blankets were dirty, but my boyfriend and I both started itching all over while we were trying to sleep. We barely got any sleep all night. On the plus side, it's very close to the MRT station. I really think they need to improve their hygiene; otherwise, the location is quite convenient."

"The cleanliness of the room needs improvement. Upon checking in, there was a sticky, unknown substance on the table. The toilet seat had small, unidentifiable stains that couldn't be cleaned, and there was hair in the bathtub. Other than these issues, everything else was great! The location is excellent, there's a car park, the air conditioning works well, and there's plenty of hot water."

"The receptionist can understand English. Thats good. The bed and bathroom quite clean, the curtain is electronic curtain, quite modern. They gave 4 bottles of water, that’s great. They provide hair dryer, soap and shampoo. The closet also automatic. Worth for money. Sleep well. The hotel quite and no traffic sound through the room eventhough the hotel is near the main road. Love to stay here."

"Highly recommended! The location is super strategic. It’s just a short walk from Sanchong MRT Station, which is directly connected to the Taoyuan Airport MRT—making airport transfers completely hassle-free. Plus, it’s located right in front of the New Taipei Metropolitan Park, which is great for a relaxing stroll. The room design is really nice, modern, and comfy. I got a room with a balcony, and the New Taipei City view was absolutely stunning, especially at night! The only downside is that the amenities are quite limited. Make sure to bring some of your own toiletries. Other than that, everything was perfect!"

"This hostel is by far the worst I've ever stayed at, with the most complaints and negative feelings. Firstly, it's located on the 10th floor of a building with multiple KTVs and nightlife venues downstairs. The people coming and going are quite shady, and there's no security personnel to monitor or control them, making personal safety a real concern. Secondly, the building's entrance and central plaza are very messy and run-down. The elevator is old, smells terrible, and I was genuinely worried about its safety. Thirdly, the room type I booked online didn't match the one I was given (the actual room had an awkward, irregular shape). Fourthly, there's no phone in the room. If you have a question or need help, you always have to leave your room and go to the front desk to ask the staff, which is very inconvenient for guests. Fifthly, when something accidentally fell under the bed, I discovered how incredibly dirty it was, with lots of dust and uncleaned empty drink bottles. It made sleeping on the bed feel very uncomfortable. Sixthly, the bed in the room was the smallest double bed, and I found the pillows to be unsuitable. After sleeping there for two consecutive nights, I woke up with a headache that lasted all day, which was very unpleasant. Seventhly, the TV and remote control weren't linked. Every time I wanted to turn the TV on or off, I had to get out of bed and manually operate it, which was quite inconvenient. (Plus, there were no good channels available, only boring programs I didn't want to watch, which was very disappointing.) Eighthly, the hostel doesn't provide breakfast, and check-out is at 11 AM. Given the environment and price, the value for money is definitely not high."

"I stayed at this hotel because of a concert at the New Taipei City Exhibition Hall. You can drop off your luggage before checking in, and there are self-service kiosks for both check-in and check-out. The room is very spacious! It comes with a hairdryer, 5 hangers, bath towels, hand towels, disposable slippers, shampoo and body wash, and a bidet. However, the water pressure in the shower is really low. I stayed for 3 nights this time and you can request housekeeping (but I just took out my own trash for the staff, as I didn't feel the need for a full cleaning)."

"A very good hotel and staff is very welcoming. Many advantages : Very close to exit 2 of mrt station Bus station next to it Many convenience store nearby 7/11 and family mart Afternoon snacks and drink and evening porridge Room is spacious and clean Water available on every floor For a small fee of 10ntd for charity you can buy detergent But really what i love was how the staff was really nice, i was there for celebrating my mom birthday. This trip was her gift and they even gave some snack and dessert in our room. So very good memory and we will definitely come back in this hotel if i am in taipei again !"
