"An unexpectedly amazing stay! The hotel is very spacious, and I loved the minimalist industrial design. My friend and I arrived quite late, and since it was raining, we didn't want to go out for dinner. Ordering takeout to the hotel was super convenient. The breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise; everything was freshly made. Definitely a recommended hotel! 👍👍🫶🏻🫶🏻 The room size was quite generous for Hong Kong, and we had a very comfortable stay. You can spot the Camel brand cup motif everywhere in the hotel, from the room lamps to the indicator lights by the elevators – it felt a bit like a treasure hunt finding them. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very satisfying! 🤩🤩🥰🥰"

"Arrived in Hong Kong late at night, and the hotel upgraded me to a high-floor sea view king room. The room was quite spacious, and although the facilities were a bit old, everything was clean and tidy. For Hong Kong, at a price of just over 600 HKD, you can't ask for more. Plus, when I opened the curtains in the morning to see that sea view, it was a wonderful surprise. There's also a great restaurant on the corner downstairs from the hotel that serves late-night snacks and breakfast, which was very convenient. All in all, I'm satisfied."

"It was refreshing to get more space and a large enough bed! In the end I came to enjoy my week and would have extended my stay if it hadn’t been booked up. Pros: spacious for Hong Kong. Good for walks by the water - it’s possible and enjoyable just to walk all the way to either of the two nearby MRT stations. There is one restaurant in the children’s area of the cruise terminal on the 4th floor (the roof garden). Everything else was by vending machine. Deliveries can be received in an office. There’s a half hourly free bus to Kai Tak. Cons: only inadequate disposable towels provided. Even a small windowless room in Jordan does better. No shops nearby at all, although a sign shows one will come. All rooms are overlooked by the walkway which is bad feng shui. Adding net curtains would help. There’re are a variety of room shapes - mine has the wardrobe above the bed which requires you to get on the bed to use the hanging rails (I’m 1.95m tall). They should have been in the lounge area for that room type. Some complained about not enough hot water. It’s actually fine, but we need to know how the heater works. First, turn on the heater by the door! Medium heat for a short shower was fine for me. If you need longer, use one of the two higher heat settings and add more cold water. ‘Problem’ solved. User error! There is one lift/elevator in the far corner of each block. Go find it if you have heavy luggage. Summary: It’s hard to get a good reliable experience in Hong Kong at this price point. The advantage is that you can be sure the rooms are ok - windows, space, good shelving, and a basic shower. The location is manageable using the free bus, enjoyable if you like waterside walks and a nighttime view of the island. There are also plenty of other buses to and from the cruise terminal, if needed."

"This place offers incredible value for money. It's a lodging community that's been converted from a temporary hospital, so all the facilities are brand new and spotless. Getting around is super convenient, with a direct bus from the Avenue of Stars. Staying here gave me a unique perspective on the city. Just a heads-up: there's a slight electrical leakage when using an adapter with the outlets. It's safer to plug in your device first, then turn on the power. Overall, a really good stay!"

"Hygiene: The hygiene was quite good; I didn't notice any obvious neglected spots, and the room linens were very clean. The hotel's public areas were also very tidy. Environment: It's located next to the subway station, about a 5-minute walk, so transportation is quite convenient. Service: The room amenities were limited, only providing toothbrushes, a care kit, and sanitary bags. There was no comb or razor. Guests needing these should bring their own. Overall, the service was acceptable, but the handling of a guest's scalding incident was quite lacking. Facilities: The facilities are generally new with no obvious signs of wear. However, the showerhead's water temperature was unstable, which resulted in me getting a first-degree burn on my back. Also, some of the LED strip lighting under the bathroom counter had come loose."

Operated by Bosheng Culture & Tourism under China Travel Group, it will begin trial operations on July 13, 2025, with its official opening in September. The name comes from the iconic 13/31 runway numbers of the old Kai Tak Airport – a runway once famous for its challenging nature, symbolizing ”taking off from the past and embarking on a journey to the future.”"

"Shower and shower gel/shampoo are quite weak. Got toothbrush and toothpaste. Decently clean. Rather weak thin walls/doors, can hear noises outside. Okay location for its price. Not much places to eat nearby, nearest convenience store is like 5-10min walk away."

"Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and have to give this hotel a big thumbs-up! What surprised me most was its fantastic location – the subway station is less than a 2-minute walk away. This made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing or catching high-speed trains, which is a huge plus for travelers with luggage. The cleanliness was impeccable. As soon as I entered, there was a faint, pleasant scent, not that harsh disinfectant smell. The bedsheets and duvet covers were neatly arranged and spotless, with no dust in the corners or crevices. The bathroom floor and mirror were sparkling clean, and even the towels were folded perfectly, making me feel very comfortable and at ease. The service was also a big plus. The front desk staff checked me in quickly and proactively informed me of the breakfast times and Wi-Fi password. Seeing me with quite a few bags, she thoughtfully directed me to the elevator. Check-out was also very polite, leaving me with a pleasant feeling. The only minor drawback is that the room size was indeed a bit small. After opening my suitcase, there wasn't much space to move around. It's perfect for one person, but it might feel a little cramped for two people with large luggage. However, considering the location and value for money, this minor flaw is completely acceptable. I will definitely prioritize staying here again for my next business trip or vacation in this area!"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. This time, I booked a king-sized bed room, which is comparable to a standard room in a mainland hotel – quite good for this price range in Hong Kong. Compared to two years ago, I feel that with the opening of Kai Tak Sports Park and Airside mall, the hotel's prime location is even more apparent. Transportation is also very convenient; it's close to the MTR station, making it easy to get to Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbour. Dining and shopping options nearby are excellent, and the hotel offers a dedicated shuttle bus to West Kowloon Station. I hope the hotel's service continues to improve."
