"- The room is spacious and bright, the decoration is exquisite, the equipment and facilities are new enough, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water in the bath is very hot, the water pressure is large and comfortable. A well-regulated hotel.
- There are a few parking spaces in front of the hotel. The staff responsible for managing the parking space is very responsible and always helps the guests who drive to park the car! like!
- There is breakfast, the variety is not too much, not bad. The food is not enough, the meal time is 7 am-10 am, but we have no dishes and food less than 9 o'clock twice. Not anymore! In addition, the little brother in charge of breakfast should be atmospheric. Since the hotel is operated by a star hotel, it should have such a temperament, not too small.
- The only street in front of the hotel is too narrow and crowded. People and cars are mixed, especially electric bicycles, motorcycles, too many, people are not safe to walk, and guests who drive by themselves should be especially careful when they come to the store."
"The room was clean, and there was free parking, making it suitable for business trips… There are also convenient restaurants nearby… It was very quiet, but the bottled water supply was limited, so we had to use a robot to bring it from the front desk… I would stay here again…"
"We brought the kids to Ocean Park for Dragon Boat Festival and stayed at this hotel overnight. It was pretty great! The room was clean and odorless, spacious and very comfortable. The smart home system was super convenient; we could control the TV and AC just by talking. There was a faint, pleasant lemon scent in the room, which was really nice. The shower stall was quite large with a good wet/dry separation, and the smart toilet was a real bonus – no need to touch anything, it was more convenient than I ever imagined!"
"Facilities: The facilities are very new. The hotel's facilities and equipment far exceeded expectations. The hotel is on the street but not noisy at all, and the sound insulation is great! Very good stay experience
Service: The front desk is very friendly and will ask about your experience and shortcomings, and will also introduce surrounding hotels."
"Stayed at this hotel during our transit. Location is superb, just above the chocolate shop at the old street. Super convenient to walk around. But need to walk up stairs especially with luggage so need to take note. Room was spacious but we saw flies and got bitten by mosquitoes inside the room and the aircon was terrible. We were sweating during our sleep despite the aircon was 17degree. It was an unfortunate experience because the weather was very hot and the aircon spoilt our sleeping experience."
"The hotel environment is clean and tidy, with a great location and convenient transportation. The room is clean and neat, and the area is good. They even helped me upgrade my room. The facilities are also complete, and it's very convenient to shop nearby. This price is great value for money, and there's a laundry room. I'm satisfied. Chen"
"Staying at this hotel in Haikou was definitely the right choice! First off, a huge shout-out to the front desk staff – both the young men and women. Check-in was quick and incredibly thoughtful. Seeing us with our luggage, they even offered to help us to the elevator, which instantly gave them major brownie points! The room's cleanliness was impeccable too. The sheets and bedding were spotless, the bathroom had no odor whatsoever, and even the corners were tidied up perfectly, making our stay super comfortable. The biggest surprise was the location. Turn left out the door and you're right at Qilou Old Street. You can buy seafood at Dongmen Market and have it cooked, getting a real taste of the island. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside, making it convenient to go anywhere. Next time I'm in Haikou, I'll definitely stay here again, and I absolutely have to recommend it to my friends!"
"Very good value for money, good, the lobby is very beautiful, there is an astronaut template and it is suitable for taking pictures, the interior of the room is also very clean and clean, and the lighting is warm and gentle, I like the small bay window on the window sill, the curtain screen shading effect is good, the room has a smart small degree is very suitable for very good, It was a part of what surprised me."
"The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Qilou Old Street, and there are plenty of dining options downstairs. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. My only issue was that the shower pressure was a bit weak, which made showering a bit inconvenient. The hotel breakfast was decent, with a good variety of choices. Overall, it offered pretty good value for money."
"A huge thumbs up to the hotel staff! It was our first time visiting Haikou with friends, and we were unfamiliar with the area and worried about making a bad choice. When we checked in, we casually asked the front desk lady for any recommendations for places to visit. She was incredibly helpful! She recommended local shopping spots and even taught us how to bargain. She was incredibly thoughtful and was able to find the clothes we wanted and enjoy some local specialties. The room was also very clean and spacious. We were on a road trip, and when we returned home that night, there was no parking available. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful in finding a spot and even moved our car. The service was incredible!"

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and tidy, with a great view of the old town in the distance and the park nearby. They arranged a quiet floor and location for me as requested. The front desk ladies were warm and friendly. It would be even better if the breakfast spread were more extensive.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior is modern and grand, with a striking entrance that immediately makes a great first impression. The guest rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and gentle lighting, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The lobby is expansive, featuring marble floors and exquisite chandeliers, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with delicious hot soups and plump shrimp—every bite is satisfying. The open kitchen prepares dishes on the spot with fresh ingredients, and the staff are professional and attentive. The coffee area is well-equipped, offering panoramic city views from the window, perfect for a delightful morning ritual. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations, with quality evident in every detail. Highly recommended!
QQingqingaichibingjilingThe concierge was very attentive and helpful. He proactively helped me call a taxi when I was leaving, and even provided a specially prepared guide with recommendations for dining, activities, sightseeing, and shopping. The hotel's views are absolutely stunning, offering a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The Zizaiwan promenade is right opposite the hotel. Walking along the coast there offers a unique experience, different from a typical beach walk. Overall, a great stay.
GGuest UserThe owner is very welcoming, the room is clean and tidy, and the pillows are super comfortable for sleeping. What's even better is the price is really good value! It's also super convenient to get to attractions like Qilou Old Street, the Bell Tower, and Haida South Gate Night Market. Highly recommend~

MM254153****Facilities: The hotel is very new and has all the necessary amenities. There's a washing machine, gym, and restaurant. The environment is excellent, tastefully decorated in a vintage and Nanyang style. The bedding is very comfortable; the mattress is just right, not too soft or too hard. Each bed comes with two types of pillows, so guests who prefer either soft or firm pillows will find one that suits them – that's a huge plus! The 4th-floor restaurant also serves great food, making it possible to spend the entire day at the hotel without needing to go out.
Cleanliness: All tables in the room, including those in the bathroom, were very clean.
Service: The front desk staff wasn't overly enthusiastic, but they did handle everything I needed them to, so it was fine. The airport transfer driver was nice and quite chatty.
Airport pick-up/drop-off service: Having the airport transfer service was truly hassle-free, and the vehicles provided were new and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe facilities are decent, but I'm deducting points for two things. First, as shown in picture 1, a staff member told me I needed a swimming cap after I got into the pool, which I completely understand. I immediately left the main pool and played with my child in the kiddie pool. However, half an hour later, a group of people arrived, and two men among them were happily playing in the pool without swimming caps. The staff member was right there but didn't say anything. What's the deal? Double standards? Second, after checking out and about to get into my booked Didi, the front desk stopped me, saying my room payment had been mysteriously refunded and I needed to pay again. Although their attitude was good, why did it take three days, and they only noticed it when I was checking out? Luckily, my Didi driver was very nice and patiently waited a few minutes.

YYouyouyouyouThis hotel is one of the few with hot springs in the city center. It's an older property, which is why it has the hot springs, so some facilities are a bit dated, but it's very well-managed. The air conditioning was on in the room constantly, so there was no musty smell.
The bedding was good and clean. The mattress was comfortable, just the right firmness.
I have to commend the front desk staff during check-in. They lent me an umbrella even before I had completed my booking, which really touched me with their trust. During check-out, a young lady told me to buy my airport shuttle ticket from a machine (later, an older staff member saw my booking and gave me a shuttle ticket). It seems their training could be improved in this area.
GGuest User✨ Haikou Parent-Child Hotel | Top of the List, and Deservedly So!
This was our first time in Haikou, and we decided to check out this Sheraton because it was ranked number one. The experience far exceeded our expectations, and the value for money was truly outstanding! 👍
Our family room was thoughtfully decorated. It happened to be our child's birthday, and they even kindly prepared a birthday cake – so many thoughtful details!
The kids' pool was huge, and our little one had a blast splashing around, giving us parents some much-needed relaxation.
The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a rich variety of options and were incredibly popular. With kids, having so many choices made meal times easy and convenient.
The hotel also provides a travel photography service. Of course, you want to capture those precious family moments during your trip! 📸
⚠️ A small tip: Outfits for the photoshoot require an additional fee, but the photographer was excellent at engaging our child, and the candid shots turned out lively and natural.
This trip put a perfect end to our summer vacation. If you're coming to Haikou with kids, you can confidently choose this hotel. We'll definitely pick this place again next time!

GGuomiziOur stay at the Hilton Haikou was fantastic, especially thanks to the excellent butler service. Our butler was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire visit. Before we even arrived, they proactively informed us about the local weather in Haikou and kindly reminded us to bring an umbrella to avoid getting wet – it was such a thoughtful detail. The hotel also has EV charging stations in the parking area, which was very convenient for us traveling by car. The only slight inconvenience was that food deliveries couldn't be brought up to the room, so we had to go downstairs to pick them up, which took a little extra time. Despite that, our overall experience was still very good.
MM24287****I chose to stay here for the Haikou Marathon because it's only 3km from the starting line, a quick bike ride away. It's also just 2km from Qilou Old Street, which is super convenient for cycling and city walks. There are plenty of great food options nearby too, definitely worth another visit! The hotel front desk knew I was running the marathon and kindly arranged for a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Thumbs up!
