So happy with the steam bath! That was such a bonus after a full day of walking around the city. I'd take a steam bath over a swimming pool any day. Everything felt new and clean in the hotel. The breakfast spread was good enough, nothing remarkable but nothing to complain about. The staff were very helpful when we checked in, and checkout didn't take a minute. Did I mention the steam bath? Now that'll be a requirement for our future hotel bookings 😄

The room was spacious enough and quiet with the window closed. The breakfast area was well-stocked with everything from refreshing seasonal vegetables and fresh fruits to piping hot local staple foods and soft baked goods. Everything was fresh, allowing me to put together a satisfying meal to my liking. The staff were thoughtful and attentive when I had questions. On the night of my check-in, the hotel even thoughtfully offered a complimentary buffet, so I didn't need to plan an extra outing and could enjoy a leisurely and abundant dinner. It was a great stay!

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location is superb, very convenient with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and professional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made me feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light. The bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a nice separate wet and dry area, and the attention to detail was impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The location is very convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from Hsinchu Station, and within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The room was clean and had a hairdryer, a large refrigerator, and two bottles of water. Some rooms don't have windows, so I requested a different room at check-in, and they kindly changed my room as one was available. The large bathtub was also a plus. The front desk staff were very kind and answered all my questions thoroughly, making for a very pleasant experience. I personally recommend this hotel.

The room felt clean. It was big for suitcases as well. The reception is open 24h I think. Or was open 4am at least. They say check in is open until 00:00 though. They were nice. They didn’t have water bottles, but they have water dispenser at the room, which was very nice. They don’t clean the room during the day, but once I asked if they could change my bed sheets, and it was no problem. They even cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels as well. I would say the only downside was that the curtain in the bathroom was too short, so the floor got a bit wet after every shower. They didn’t have hand soap or conditioner (they had shampoo and body soap). You couldn’t flush toilet paper in the toilet. Otherwise I’ll would say out was a nice stay. The location is close to big city.

For the price, this place was very disappointing. First surprise was when checking in, you're told that you have to hand your keys in whenever you leave. I asked why, and they said they don't want people copying the keys, but it certainly doesn't make me feel my stuff is safe when I don't have the key. Why they couldn't use a key card system like every other hotel, I don't know, but they wouldn't have that problem if they did. In any case, the locks are terrible. Like the kind for locking a bathroom door, it'd probably open if you rattled hard enough! The room itself clearly hasn't been redecorated in years, and looks tatty and everything is old and outdated. Worryingly, clearly there's a water leak from the bathroom and the corner of the wall on the bedroom side showed obvious water damage and looked damp. I think the room had been cleaned well enough but everything was so old, I didn't really want to touch anything. There was no quilt cover, just a sheet under it, so who knows how dirty that might have been. Likewise, there was a water cooler in the room rather than supplying bottled water, but I didn't feel confident trying it and bought bottled water from the shop instead. I think they'd tried to make an effort to make the rooms colourful. That was a focus of the room pictures and also they have photos of different room styles downstairs in the breakfast room too, but it just looks a bit weird. In my room, it looks like they found a random outdoors picture on the internet and copy pasted some random English text over the top. So, there's a full wall sized advert for a foreign internet company. It just looks tacky on a bedroom wall! The shower is over a bath, which is pointless as the bath is about 1m long and so nobody would fit in it comfortably anyway. Of course, there's no shower curtain so everything in the wet room gets soaked when you have a shower. Also, there's a sign by the toilet paper dispenser telling you not to put paper in the toilet, so I put my dirty paper in the bin provided. Was quite shocked that they don't clean the room daily as it wasn't a pleasant smell a day later. The breakfast was very basic Chinese style. I've enjoyed the Chinese breakfast in every other hotel I've stayed here, but here it's basically only rice, tofu and pickled vegetables. The location is good though. Close to the train station, and so near to all the sights as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They also have self-service laundry and motorcycle rental available.

The room is simple and clean, but the tables and chairs in the room are old and the bathroom is small. The breakfast has fewer types and is replenished quickly. Parking is inconvenient. The parking lot downstairs is a bit scary. It is more convenient to cooperate with the market parking lot.
