On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were attentive and polite, and the entire room was decorated to be cozy and comfortable. The view from the window was spectacular; whether it was the blue skies and white clouds during the day or the city lights at night, it was absolutely charming. My stay was perfect.

The breakfast was also good; the highland barley noodles were delicious, and the small cakes all had nuts, showing real care in preparation. It's close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xiannanguan Food Street, with so many delicious options. I went back and forth three times to pack all the food I wanted back to the hotel, haha.

The price is very reasonable, offering good value for money compared to other places in the same area and category. It's ideal for short stays or business trips.

All sorts of facilities are available, including a weighing scale, safe, and bathrobes. The disposable toiletries are very convenient, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hotel reception is upstairs, and you can store luggage on the first floor, even for free before and after check-in. There are also public seats and restrooms on the first floor, which is very handy.
