Extremely satisfied! The hotel's location is super convenient, within walking distance to attractions and the subway. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. The facilities were complete and smart. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The room I booked this time is large and clean. The front desk service is very good, parking is very convenient, and the breakfast is also quite complete and delicious. Children are provided with special toothbrushes and slippers. It is a very good stay.

The hotel is great as the other from its chain. The rooms are big, entrance hall and breakfast area also big. It's located between two metro stations, a little bit of walk if you don't mind, no problem. By one of the stations there is a big mall, underground is packed with food stalls and vegetable vendors. By the other, there's a beautiful park, Sakura park. You can access 02 different metro lines, which is convenient to move around the city (Ningbo museum, for example).

The room was an absolute dream spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. But the real highlight was the staff. They were exceptionally attentive and genuinely kind, making us feel so welcome from check-in to check-out.

The hotel has been open for many years and the facilities are a bit old. The carpet in the room has obvious spots. When the door of room 2915 closes automatically, it makes a sound like a slamming door. It is recommended to put some buffer stickers on the door frame. The doors of other rooms also have similar problems. There are large pieces of long hair in front of the bathtub in the room that have not been cleaned up. The hotel has been holding various activities these days, and the service at the front desk is still very thoughtful. I booked a standard room and upgraded it to a high-rise king-size bed room for free. I am very satisfied! The fruits given every day are also very fresh. 👍

The price was cheap, but the environment was really nice. The delivery was done by a robot, so there was privacy. There's a public bathhouse right next door, which is worth checking out. It's great value for money. The robot responded very quickly. I didn't get to try the breakfast, so I don't know how it was, but after the delay, no one bothered me, which was great.

The Portman is my favourite hotel in Ningbo. It’s very conveniently located, close to the city centre, subway station, shops, and restaurants. It’s always quiet inside the hotel, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room had an iron, a washing machine, and a bath, and the bed was comfortable. I look forward to staying at the Portman again.

Let's start with the positives: the service was quite good, with all staff members being polite and friendly. Although the location seemed a bit out of the way, it's very close to the subway, making it convenient to visit Dongqian Lake or take a taxi to several attractions. The bed was also quite comfortable. However, what was unbearable was the soundproofing. During the May Day holiday, Ningbo's municipal construction was non-stop. Cement trucks started operating at 6 AM, and we could hear the construction noise crystal clear. The 'smart' Xiao Du speaker was overly sensitive, lighting up the screen and turning on the bathroom light at the slightest movement. We didn't dare ask it to turn off the lights or screen for fear of disturbing our family's sleep. The most unbearable thing was that the shower room was directly connected to the outside. Our junior high school-aged child found it incredibly inconvenient to change clothes due to the lack of a partition. What a 'genius' designer! The toilet and shower room were also transparent. The bathroom door was broken and took forever to open. Switching between hot and cold water was impossible; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The facilities simply don't match the service quality. The staff, however, were all great 👍
