Anonymous UserThis was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and as soon as I walked in, the front desk proactively offered me hot tea and provided service with a smile throughout my stay. They have a lobby library, a self-service laundry room (with the room TV showing its availability), a gym, and even offer warm congee late at night. The only minor drawback was the showerhead; even on the 5th floor, the water pressure was low, and it felt like the holes were clogged. Also, the air conditioning, even on the lowest setting, was a bit noisy. The most pleasant surprise was the wireless charger on the bedside table. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a great experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Zhongshan.

Guest UserThe towels were not so clean, one day there's little hair falling out from the towel, very short, like dried shaved mustache which won't appear from my side as I'm female and traveled alone. Another day after the room is cleaned, the new door mat towel on the shower room bar was contaminated with at least three dark scratches, I tried to turn over to use another side and discovered both sides had black traces on it.
The gym room only has two running machines. I saw staff trying to transport some other rack to the room, but they took them away eventually, it would be good if they can put more amenities there.
Overall the room is very spacious and good, but the tv's wifi broken down twice on 2 days during my stay, and I couldn't use the project screen function to enjoy movie watching for a while.
The washing machine and dryers are quite good. It's good for long time travelers, they even have steam ironing machine.
Overall, the design of the rooms, entrance lobby, reception lobby, Landry room, breakfast lounge and gym room in the hotel are quite nice.
There's robot to deliver take away to the room, and I tried using this service to see the robot, on my last day of staying, unluckily, a staff knocked on my door and said the other staff entered the wrong room number and the robot went to the wrong room, so he delivered the take away to me. It's disappointing because I was excited to see how this robotic technology works. Anyway, it's not a big deal.

卡特爱旅行I stayed here for two nights on a business trip, and it was an absolute highlight!
First, the view from my room (I got a free suite upgrade—such a pleasant surprise!) was stunning—cityscapes and skyline visible through the large windows.
The service was top - notch; staff were friendly and always ready to help.
The gym was well - equipped with modern machines (I worked out both days).
And the buffet, so much variety—fresh sushi, salads, hot dishes… really impressed.
My room was cozy, clean, and the bathroom (with a nice tub) felt luxurious.
For business travel, it’s perfect: comfortable, convenient, and great value. I’d definitely come back for work or leisure!

On a business trip to Zhongshan, I stayed at the Hilton, which is in an excellent location. It's connected to the Lihe Plaza shopping center, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk service was professional and efficient; check-in was quick, and the staff were very polite. The room was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views, perfect for overlooking the city lights in the evening. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with stable shower water pressure. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as Cantonese dim sum, all delicious. The high-altitude pool and gym were well-equipped, perfect for relaxing and exercising in my free time. Housekeeping was thorough, and requests were handled promptly. Both the facilities and service met Hilton's high standards. This will be my top choice for business trips to Zhongshan.

The reception was attentive. Cris gave me a room upgrade. The room is spacious and nice. But the aircon of the room kept shutting down by itself every few minutes. I called for service. They were very attentive and service was fast, didnt wait too long for them to arrive. After fixing it, a few minutes later, it shut down again. So I called service again but eventually they had me transfered to another room. They were very attentive, they immediately prepared another room, it didn't take long. Though it was troublesome to pack and unpacked again. Breakfast was above decent. But again, I had to go back to reception and verify my breakfast. At first, they gave me a coupon saying breakfast was not included. But I paid for the room with breakfast. So they rechecked their system and change the coupon to with breakfast. Location is near a lot of restaurants. At the back of the hotel, just a few minutes walk, there are a lot of chinese restaurants, KFC, subway, pizza hut, Starbucks, etc... Hilton had my favorite brand of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and lotion...PeterThomasRoth!!! Though i experience a bit of a flaw, their service was impeccable. They would be heedful to your needs.

SissyCCCyuThree-day holiday weekend including Children's Day, an hour's drive from Guangzhou.
Decided to find a hotel to just relax, and chose this one.
Came to Zhongshan for the crispy grass carp and squab.
Stayed for multiple nights and received complimentary breakfast: They gave us two, but we only ate one day. It was pretty good actually, food quality was standard, not a huge variety but more than enough.
The pool was heated, a bit heavy on the chlorine smell, but still quite fun.
The room's cleanliness could use improvement.
Visible dust on many surfaces was quite noticeable.
Saved by the excellent service attitude though.
Definitely a plus.

Guest UserCame to Guangdong with my child during the winter break. A big thank you to Ms. Yin at the Crowne Plaza for her warm hospitality; she specifically asked about our needs during check-in. The hotel's location is great, with traditional dim sum restaurants and an amazing roasted goose nearby – that roasted goose was truly superb! I'll definitely be back next time.

A Cinematic Experience: The Zhongshan O Hotel's 4K Cinema Room
From the moment I stepped into the Zhongshan Hotel's 4K Cinema Room, I knew I was in for a unique and immersive experience. The room was designed with comfort and luxury in mind, featuring plush seating, state-of-the-art sound systems, and a massive 4K screen that made every movie feel like an event.
The attention to detail in the room was evident from the moment I walked in. The lighting was dimmed just right to create a cinematic atmosphere, and the seats were perfectly positioned to ensure that every angle of the screen was visible. The sound system was top-notch, providing a surround sound experience that made every explosion and whisper feel like they were happening right in front of me.
But what really set this cinema room apart was the 4K screen. The clarity and detail of the images were breathtaking, making every scene pop with vibrant colors and sharp details. Whether it was a sweeping landscape or a close-up of an actor's face, every frame was a work of art.
The Zhongshan Hotel's 4K Cinema Room is not just a place to watch movies; it's an experience that transports you into the heart of the story. Whether you're a movie buff or just looking for a unique way to spend an evening, this cinema room is a must-visit for anyone staying at the Zhongshan Hotel.
