"We chose this hotel as a stopover during a long road trip, initially just for a temporary stay, but to our surprise, the experience was absolutely fantastic, especially the incredibly comforting service from the staff. As soon as we drove up, someone was there to guide us. The free parking lot had plenty of space, so there was no hassle finding a spot, and the directions were clear – completely stress-free for road trippers. When checking in, the lobby was quite busy, but the staff were patient and meticulous throughout, making the process smooth and efficient. Besides explaining the room amenities and breakfast times, they also thoughtfully recommended local eateries and travel routes frequented by locals, packed with useful tips. During our stay, we needed an item temporarily, and the front desk responded quickly; when it rained while we were heading out, they proactively offered us an umbrella. These many small details were incredibly heartwarming. The room was spotless, with no dirt even in the corners and crevices. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after our journey. The buffet breakfast offered a rich selection, including fresh fruits and vegetables, hot congee, and pastries, all with a light and palatable taste. When checking out, the staff even proactively helped us carry our luggage to the car. The service was genuinely sincere and thorough. With convenient transportation, excellent facilities, and exceptional service as a bonus, it offers great value for money. We'll definitely stay here again on our next road trip and highly recommend it to other self-driving travelers."

"The receptionist wasn't being honest. I was in a hurry to check in, so I registered at the self-service machine. The system skipped room selection and directly assigned a room type. The receptionist immediately explained that there was only one room left, next to the laundry room. I didn't ask any further questions and went upstairs to finish my urgent work. Then I checked the app and found that there were still rooms available of the same type (screenshot taken around 10 PM)! I called the front desk to ask if I could change rooms. The receptionist said the remaining rooms were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. I asked if they could have someone clean them, and he said the cleaning lady wasn't there. I said, ”Are you kidding me? They're selling rooms that aren't cleaned!” He then explained that he had originally intended to upgrade me, but since I didn't say anything, he didn't mention it. I said, ”Could you please upgrade me? I've been busy and haven't moved the room,” and only then did I agree to change. The security guard came up and checked everything, then moved me to a room closer to the middle, the same type of room, no upgrade (I even checked the Huazhu Club website to see what type of room was being offered for extended stays). So, the dirty room excuse was just a way to fool me. But I just wanted a good night's sleep and didn't want to go through any more trouble. I didn't intend to take advantage, but the young man's blatant lies made me feel cheated. He talked about no rooms, dirty rooms, and upgrades—if the system hadn't been so transparent, I would have been completely fooled. It's best to be clear with the customer directly; risking getting away with it would damage my reputation."
