This hotel is located opposite Grand Lisboa. Downstairs, there's a cinema, a supermarket, and several restaurants. The room is really spacious, especially compared to Hong Kong hotels. The environment is great, and the facilities are very new. It's only a five-minute walk to the bus terminal, and a short taxi ride to the ferry terminal. I think this hotel offers better value for money than choosing The Venetian Macao.

This is *the* hotel to choose when visiting Macau, no question! A bit pricey, but absolutely flawless otherwise! I've stayed here for three consecutive years now, and it's consistently excellent! The service attitude is fantastic, the hygiene is top-notch, and the decor is beautiful and elegant. It's super conveniently located right near Senado Square! You get complimentary mini-bar access (once per stay), including snacks, red wine, and drinks. You can even try your hand at pour-over coffee, which is a really cool experience! We booked a twin room, and the window offered a view of the famous Ruins of St. Paul's, which was absolutely brilliant! They also noted that it was a birthday celebration, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and even sent a small cake! I was so delighted!

The hotel's location is superb, offering excellent transport links with shuttle buses available in all directions. It's just a stone's throw from the Ruins of St. Paul's and right in front of Yaohan Department Store. Famous entertainment complexes like Grand Lisboa, Wynn, and MGM are easily reachable within 10 minutes. For trips to Taipa's Parisian Macao, Venetian Macao, Rua do Cunha, or Hac Sa Beach, bus number 25 will get you there for just six MOP. The guest rooms boast an elegant and opulent European style. Although the hotel is older, the facilities are well-maintained and fully functional. While not overly spacious, the rooms are thoughtfully designed and comfortable, maintaining a respectable standard. The linens are like new, reflecting the hotel's high management standards, which truly deserves praise. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the service is quite satisfactory, especially their excellent luggage storage service. What's particularly impressive is the complete absence of noise despite being in such a bustling area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep – truly satisfying! The value for money is outstanding! Around the hotel, the nearby streets and alleys offer a wide array of dining options, with various Chinese and Western restaurants to choose from. A dim sum restaurant is right around the corner, so you can fill up on breakfast before heading out to explore. Due to other commitments, I only stayed for one night in a rush. This will definitely be my go-to hotel on my next visit!

Facilities: It's an older hotel, and while some of the furnishings are a bit dated, everything is very well-maintained. Cleanliness: Very good. Location: Excellent! It's very close to Senado Square and Grand Lisboa, making it convenient to get anywhere. Service: Excellent! The front desk even offered a complimentary executive lounge pass for our child.

Right next to the old town, it's less than a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The old town is literally just a stone's throw away, with plenty of dining options. The staff are all very professional. The young man who helps guests hail taxis at the entrance, despite not speaking much Chinese, was excellent. It was hard to get a cab during the holidays, so he'd be genuinely happy whenever he managed to flag one down. He'd even proactively ask taxi drivers dropping off guests if they could take new passengers, which was incredibly thoughtful!

Facilities: Very complete, with a microwave and oven, which was super convenient for heating up food I bought outside! Environment: The terrace is beautiful! They also have fans up there so it's not too hot. The sea view and the Macau Tower view are excellent. Cleanliness: The room was generally clean, though there was a bit of dust on the hinge connection of my bedside lamp 🤣. But I understand, it's not a very noticeable spot after all. 😂 Service: I realized I lost my necklace when I checked out. It might have been in the elevator or the room. A few hours later, I was contacted via WeChat to say they found it! Anyway, thank you to the staff who helped me search – the front desk lady and the housekeeping staff. I had already given up hope 😿, but they found it for me. I'm really happy, such warm and caring service!! Hope to see you again.

The breakfast was very mediocre and didn't match the hotel's class. The environment was nice with great views, but the king-size bed room we got had a poor view, located in a corner. Also, the service attitude was just okay. Getting up and down floors was inconvenient as you had to walk around a lot. The front desk only allowed check-ins at 3 PM, and having a group of people waiting in the lobby wasn't ideal.

I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel has a great location, very convenient for transport, and there are many restaurants nearby. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is good. Although the hotel's facilities are a bit old, it's very clean. I recommend staying here.

I'm quite satisfied with this guesthouse; it offers excellent value for money! First off, the location is great—less than a ten-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and the bus stop isn't far either. Plus, the room was exceptionally clean and newly renovated. Since I was traveling with my parents, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a larger room when they saw we had more people, which was incredibly thoughtful. The lobby is also spacious and has free travel guides you can take as souvenirs. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience! In a place like Hong Kong and Macau, where space is at a premium, this kind of value is definitely a win.

The hotel is located near Fisherman's Wharf, right opposite Sands Macao. If you're like me and prefer to stay on the Macau Peninsula side, this location is quite convenient. It's about two or three stops from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, and very close to the sea, making for a pleasant stroll after dinner with a nice sea breeze. The hotel's overall design is European classical, with a touch of vintage palace-like decor. The high ceilings make the rooms feel more grand and spacious. Although you can tell the hotel has been open for some years, and the facilities aren't brand new, they are well-maintained with no obvious signs of age. The room size was a pleasant surprise this time; it's quite spacious for Macau, with plenty of room between the two beds and ample space to open suitcases. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, and overall cleanliness was good. The window area gets a lot of natural light, making for a comfortable stay. When the room was cleaned on the second day, the staff even folded the clothes I'd left out and neatly placed them on the bed, a thoughtful detail. The check-out process was smooth, with a convenient express check-out option. The luggage storage service was also very helpful for tourists who want to explore Macau further before leaving. Overall, while the hotel's facilities aren't the newest, it excels in spacious rooms, a convenient location, and attentive service, while also offering views of both the Macau Peninsula and the sea. Given that hotels in Macau are generally not inexpensive, I believe the overall value for money here is quite good.
