One of the first things we noticed was the beautiful, refreshing scent in the lobby and all through the hallways—it made coming back to our room feel so relaxing. The breakfast buffet was superb with a fantastic variety of food. Plus, the location is unbeatable; it's highly accessible to transportation and very close to all the top tourist spots. Extremely disappointed 😞. The family room I saw in the pictures wasn't the one I stayed in, and there were no photos of my actual room type available on Trip.com. The room I got didn't match the price I paid. I booked specifically for the room design, so I was really upset when I arrived. When I asked at the front desk, they told me, 'Because you didn't request it? So it's just a standard room?' I had no idea there were other room types. I came during a public holiday (and my price was more than double the usual rate), but I didn't get the room I wanted. I really can't accept this! The most unreasonable thing, in my opinion, was the security deposit. I'm okay with paying a deposit, but why wasn't it refunded immediately? Who traveling for a vacation in Taiwan wants to wait over two weeks for a refund? I've already waited fourteen days, and they're saying it's Trip.com's problem and not theirs??? The staff just shifted all the blame and didn't help resolve the issue at all! It's already 2/28 to 3/14 and I still haven't received my money? What happened to the promised 7 to 14 days? And I can't find anyone who can help resolve this problem! I hope the hotel can help deal with this instead of just saying it's not their problem. The hotel partners with Trip.com; they help you get guests, so why are you so indifferent to your customers' issues??? Who would dare to book with you again after this??? (RM591.92) Is the deposit for one night the same as the holiday room price??? Maybe you didn't collect it directly, but since you let Trip.com collect it, you should be responsible for helping to inquire and assist customers in getting their money back. Just because it's not 'your' money, you don't care? Is this a customer service issue? Five hundred TWD 4,600?? Is that a service fee? Is this a joke? No problem resolution? The breakfast was indeed good! I'll give them that. But who knows how much Oden 🍢 there was? They advertised it as a late-night snack, but it was all gone by 9 PM? When I asked, they just said, 'It's gone, it's gone?' In that case, why even offer it?

This was my 3rd time staying here. Very near to railway station & foodcourt nearby. Room is clean but quite small & limited space if you have larger luggage. However, the breakfast is delicious & it's healthier choice during our stay this round. The service staff is very polite & courteous at all time. The reception staff even have the record which I stayed before. There is also a waiting area with seats & table for guests with relaxing music being played. A small area for younger kids too. A good choice for hotel accommodation if you plan to visit Taichung.

The room was clean and tidy, and quite quiet. The front desk staff patiently guided me through the check-in process, which was a great experience. It's super close to Taichung Railway Station, and the 7-Eleven downstairs is very convenient.

Everything regarding this hotel is perfect. Did not expect to have a nice view of Taichung Rail and hidden from busy main road. Honestly, the room have a good soundproof system and they clean your room well. Free breakfast at cafe right next to the lobby and need to select before 11am. Hope can make it here again in Taichung!

This hotel is directly across from Taichung TRA Station, making it super convenient to catch a train in just a few minutes. Miyahara Eye Hospital (famous for its ice cream and souvenirs) is also just a short walk away. You can easily catch a bus right outside to Rainbow Village. It's incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are great too. The front desk service was reassuring, and they offer complimentary lemon juice and snacks in the lobby. The king-size bed in the room definitely felt wider than 1.5 meters, probably closer to 2 meters wide. Both the bathroom and toilet were clean. Breakfast is served on the second floor and it's absolutely fantastic!

When check in, the staff was busy, It was confused me to rush for check in, apperantly the room was on the other building, so I need to go out and enter the other building. Not sure about the security, looks like no security on the other building. For breakfast I have to go out to the front office building on the 2nd floor. They give coupon for breakfast from 7-10. The breakfast was okay, and same type of menu. The room quite big, the bathroom okay, with full amenities. It seems the the room wasn't clean properly, there some small plastic rubbish on the corner when I check in, I wouldn't bother. Light in front of bathroom wasn't good enougj, since the mirror there you need when you getting ready to go out. They provide water bottle and tea bag. Free store luggage service upon check in and check out. Location is near the train station, walkable to Miyahara and around train station was really nice at night.

Hotel was modern and clean, but beds were slightly hard. Triple room was supposed to be a queen bed and a single bed, but the ”queen bed” was actually 2 single beds combined together with a single bedsheet draped over both of them. The room was overall clean and practical, parking was offered for 400NTD/day, though costly conveniently located right downstairs.

We are very satisfied with our 4D3N stay here. The photos I shared are taken by yours truly. The room size is big for me and my mom. The staffs were nice and can speak English. I’m really sorry that I lost the baggage tag 😭😭😭 We will definitely stay here again and I’ll make sure to double check my things especially whenever I go out so I won’t lose anything again 🥹 I highly suggest adding bidet. That would be perfect if ever we comeback to Taichung next time! 😁 Just a heads up if you ever need to go out and the lobby door is locked, look on the right side of the door and there’s an instruction there haha no one told us about it and we end up using the back door to get out until the next day, the back door was also lock and good thing my mom noticed something on the right side of the door and when I pressed it, the door unlocked 🤣 it’s my first time to experience that for a 2 star hotel (according to google maps) so I really find that experience silly, embarrassing and unforgettable ~ 🥹 but the next time we come here, I know what to do 🤭

Best hostel ever! This is the 'wow' hostel I ever stayed. The location is very near to Taichung Station (even I can see it from the lounge! great view btw feel like in high end hotel) and several bus stops. The interior is very clean, unique, homey, and made me reconsider to just stay at the hostel instead exploring the city! The dorm itself is not in classic bunk bed style but you got standard bed so no more climbing to the top or hear squeak from above bed. Restroom? clean and smells good. The lounge its spacious and kitchen utensil is very completed. I highly recommend this hostel for you stay in Taichung
