Exceeded expectations! I was a bit worried when booking that the hotel might show its age with outdated facilities or subpar hygiene, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The lobby greeted me with a lovely fragrance, truly showcasing the enduring charm of a seasoned five-star hotel. You can really feel the thoughtfulness and grandeur that went into its construction. I noticed that every room seems to have a balcony, which adds a fantastic outdoor space and brightens the mood considerably. It felt like a scene right out of 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' – imagining pulling open the curtains in the morning and enjoying a cup of coffee. Definitely a strong thumbs up! Both cleanliness and service were top-notch, and the 'Deluxe View' room I booked even came with a bathtub. Plus, the location is unbeatable; you can even see the Deji Plaza right across the street from the balcony. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for one night with my sister, and after experiencing the accommodation, food, and service, I decided to extend our stay for another night. Had to stay in Nanjing for a night to catch Xue Zhiqian's concert, and after a long search, I picked Novotel Nanjing Suning. The value for money was outstanding! The location is perfect, right across the street from Exit 14 of Xinjiekou Metro Station. In my room, I could easily enjoy all the famous Nanjing网红 (viral/popular) foods by ordering delivery: Xiao Pan's duck blood vermicelli soup, cheese fried chicken, Xia Ji's sesame balls and glutinous rice dumplings, Shanxia Dairy, Xu Ayi's pastries – just lay back and wait for the robot to bring it up to my room! 😋 The service was excellent too; the front desk lady understood I wanted a high floor and even upgraded my room! The room was clean, tidy, and soundproofing was great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

The facilities are brand new and very smart, located in a central area – I was really surprised a hotel could be this good. It's spotlessly clean, with no hidden dirty spots anywhere. The cleaning staff provided great service, and the front desk lady was both beautiful and gentle, softly explaining all the check-in details. Big thumbs up! The mini-bar drinks were good and complimentary. Overall, highly recommended!

The Tianfeng Grand Hotel boasts an excellent location with superb transportation links. It's just over 200 meters from Exit 24 of Xinjiekou subway station directly to the hotel lobby. Several large shopping malls are within 500 meters, and there's a bus stop right outside the north entrance. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded my room. It was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and housekeeping was prompt. Despite the hotel being a bit older, the bedding, lighting, toilet, and shower worked perfectly fine and didn't feel outdated at all. My initial worries about things being old, moldy, or unhygienic were completely unfounded. For a typical business or leisure traveler, I found it perfectly adequate. Around 5 PM, the hotel restaurant sets up an outdoor takeaway stall by the north entrance, offering a wide variety of affordable dishes. The small shop at the entrance also serves great breakfast, with delicious large steamed buns and millet porridge. There's a good selection, it's hygienic, and it's another excellent breakfast option! One minor downside, despite being in a commercial center, catching a taxi right outside can be tricky. Drivers often complain that they can't make a right turn onto the main road, leading to bad traffic. 😂 Overall, the hotel has a prime location, convenient access, well-equipped rooms, attentive service, and offers great value for money! I personally feel it surpasses typical budget chain hotels and is a fantastic choice for the average traveler. 👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹 Highly recommended! 😂

Located in Xinjiekou, the hotel boasts an excellent location. You can order all the recommended Nanjing local specialties for delivery, and there are plenty of food options downstairs! The room is also very spacious, and there's a laundry room available with great service. Although it's in a mixed-use building, the hotel is on the top floor and has key card access, plus security guards, so it feels very safe. Getting to the subway is a bit inconvenient; you have to go through an underpass, cross the street, and then walk through the subway's commercial area to reach it. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience!

Great location and the staff was really nice and helpful! The room was really simple and the bed was not the best, but that was not a problem for us. However, we had an unexpected surprise when in the middle of the night while going to the toilet, I saw a cockroach on the floor…it ended up hiding inside the lavatory/vanity and we just blocked the way out. It did not ruined our stay but it was not nice at all. I guess it can happen at any place so I am never sure if I should blame the hotel.

Nanjing Lvjian Hotel is located in the bustling heart of Nanjing, near Exit 21 of Xinjiekou Metro Station. You can spot it immediately after turning left from Exit 21, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all of Nanjing's attractions by metro. The popular Deji Plaza is also within walking distance. Just a heads-up, Nanjing has many underground pedestrian exits, so be careful not to get lost. Take Exit 7 to reach Deji Plaza.

Ten days at Jinling Hotel gave us something more precious than just good service – it gave us friendship. Through this platform, I want to sincerely express our family's gratitude to Jinling Hotel Nanjing. Thank you to every staff member who offered us their warm assistance during our most difficult and helpless moments. We checked into Jinling Hotel on May 12th. On the evening of May 13th, I unfortunately fell and got injured. What followed deeply moved us. That night, Manager Guo, who was on duty at the concierge desk, personally helped me purchase medicine and crutches online and had them delivered to our room. He also proactively communicated with relevant departments to arrange all the necessary details for my orthopedic doctor's appointment the next day. It was past 3 AM by the time everything was settled. That night, though we were far from home, our hearts felt incredibly at peace. Early on the morning of May 14th, Supervisor Zhang, who was on duty in the lobby, specifically arranged for a young staff member, Xiao Guan, to accompany us to the hospital. He repeatedly instructed Xiao Guan on every detail of accompanying a patient: how to ensure our safety, how to assist with the medical procedures... That kind of family-like care instantly warmed our hearts. And Xiao Guan certainly lived up to that trust. He was enthusiastic, meticulous, and vibrant, accompanying us for the consultation, X-rays, queueing for payments, picking up medicine, and arranging taxis for our round trip. He was like our own child, giving us a sense of reliance in a foreign place. Li Hong and Liu Yan from housekeeping also provided meticulous help after my injury. When they learned the doctor required me to lie flat with my feet elevated to heart level, Li Hong immediately brought hard pillows to prop up my feet. Fearing I couldn't go out for fresh air, she promptly opened the small window for ventilation. She also thoughtfully provided hangers and patiently taught us how to use the equipment to dry clothes. To ensure we could recover in peace, they brought a fruit platter every day. Li Hong even specially got a tightening strap from the engineering department to reinforce the underarm pads of my crutches. All these tangible acts of care warmed and deeply touched us. I want to say that it is the excellent qualities of each and every one of you that form the most brilliant team image of Jinling Hotel. You are the best calling card for Jinling Hotel. I hope more people will know our story, and I also hope that more friends visiting Nanjing will definitely stay at Jinling – here, you will find the 'home away from home' experience you desire, and even more, a warm, family-like experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! It's right next to the subway station, and attractions like Deji Plaza, Xuanwu Lake, and Jiming Temple are all nearby. Plus, there are convenience stores and restaurants around, so you don't have to worry about anything. The room layout is well-designed, with all the necessary amenities, and it's very clean. For this price, getting such a hotel is truly great value for money! It's perfect for business trips or family vacations, highly recommended!
