"First off, I have to say the hotel's location is excellent. It's just across the street from MixC, which has tons of luxury brands for clothing and a wide variety of food options. Cross another street, and you're at Dongmen Street, which has absolutely everything. There's really nothing you can't find near the hotel. Plus, there are two convenience stores right downstairs, so ordering late-night food is incredibly convenient. The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally nice, beautiful, and gentle. Even though we checked in very late, they upgraded our room for us. The hotel's soundproofing is good, the water pressure is great, and the bath towels were clean and of good quality. The bedding was also very clean. The room rates weren't too expensive and were quite reasonable. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen. This hotel will always be my top choice."

"Upon arriving in Shenzhen and exiting Shenzhen Station, I immediately spotted this Atour Hotel (MixC branch) in the distance. Stepping into Atour, a strong sense of 'home away from home' washed over me. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Considering we were traveling with a child, and since I'm a Ctrip Gold member, they proactively upgraded our room. We also enjoyed services like 'late-night congee' (a buffet available from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM in the restaurant) and laundry/drying facilities. The fatigue from several days of travel just melted away. The amenities are complete, the environment is clean and tidy, and the service is attentive. We initially planned to stay just one night, but ended up extending for three more nights, booking all our subsequent stays at this hotel."

"You *have* to choose this hotel! I was visiting Hong Kong and staying in Shenzhen, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's super close to customs! Plus, it's right near MixC shopping mall, and ordering delivery is a breeze with so many options. The best part is how clean the rooms are. We upgraded our room later, and it honestly blew away other chains like Ji Hotel – even better, I'd say! I especially loved the separated shower and toilet area, and the huge projector screen. The TV and QQ Music both had VIP access, which was awesome. I kept playing music while my friend and I were getting ready – so relaxing! And the front desk lady was absolutely lovely. I had a lot of unexpected things come up during my stay, and I felt like I was bothering her, but she was always so kind and helpful. On our last day, we planned to go for dim sum at Fan Lou, and when we navigated there, it turned out to be right downstairs from the hotel! I'm so, so happy with this hotel."

The hotel is right by the metro entrance, and it's just a few minutes' walk to MixC shopping mall, making getting around and shopping super convenient. The lobby has a stylish, book-themed design that's great for photos. My room was spacious and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. A special thanks to Ella at the front desk – she checked me in efficiently, was incredibly kind and attentive, and even thoughtfully provided welcome fruit. The robot delivery service was also a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. This is definitely my top choice for business travel, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"For those who enjoy peace and quiet and love watching movies, this high-floor suite is a must-book. The entire room was spotlessly clean, with no dust anywhere. The audio-visual equipment was wiped down and maintained daily, showing no smudges or fingerprints, and even the crevices by the bed were thoroughly cleaned. The staff were knowledgeable about how to use all the in-room devices, patiently guiding me on screen mirroring and sound adjustment. If any equipment had the slightest issue, they promptly came to fix it. The large windows offered stunning panoramic views of the city at night, and when the curtains were drawn, it created a perfectly private and tranquil space. The hotel itself seemed to have few guests, so there was no noise or crowds. The bathroom was well-designed with wet and dry separation, and all the fixtures were sparkling clean.
