Title: Fantastic stay at Primus Hotel Xuzhou – clean rooms, great amenities, and wonderful service Review: I had a wonderful experience at Primus Hotel in Xuzhou. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the overall hotel environment looks great. As soon as you enter, you're greeted with a lovely, pleasant smell, which makes a really nice first impression. The outside environment is beautiful, with a big pond and a nice, spacious area to walk around. It's perfect for a morning stroll. There's also plenty of space for children to play outside, and they can even feed some of the animals — a lovely touch for families. The hotel also offers small activities like DIY crafts for children, which kept the little ones happily engaged. The service is outstanding — the staff is very friendly and always quick to help with anything you need. A special mention to Manager Jet, who is very welcoming, helpful, and conducts himself professionally throughout our stay. I also really appreciate that if there's a Chinese holiday during your stay, the hotel will give you thoughtful gifts based on the festival. It's a lovely cultural touch that makes the experience even more special. The food is another highlight. Everything I tried was high quality and tasted great, whether it was breakfast, dinner, or a snack. The hotel also has a gym and a spa, both of which are very good. Whether you want to stay active or relax, they have you covered. Overall, Primus Hotel Xuzhou is a very good hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This home is full of cost-effective, the front desk check-in speed is fast, and the attitude is gentle. The room was cleaned clean, the bedding was soft, the hot water was stable, the WiFi was smooth, the sound was very good, it was close to the subway, it was convenient to travel and eat, and the first choice for business trip accommodation.

The location is absolutely unbeatable. Yunlong Lake is just a few steps away, literally right next to a 5A scenic area. You can walk out the door and stroll along the lake, enjoying the breeze. It's about a ten-minute walk to Yunlong Mountain and the Han Portrait Stone Art Museum, and Xuzhou Museum isn't far either. No need to rush in the morning, perfect for a relaxed trip. Parking is free for drivers, and there are plenty of spaces, so no worries about finding a spot. The hotel also upgraded our room. The huge floor-to-ceiling window offered a direct view of the entire Yunlong Lake. In the evening, the lake shimmered with golden light during sunset – it was incredibly therapeutic to just sit by the window on the sofa and relax. The bedding was just right, with both soft and firm pillows, so even those who prefer firm pillows can sleep soundly. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, with both a bathtub and shower. The toiletries had a subtle, high-end scent, not a cheap artificial fragrance. After a day of sightseeing, a bath was perfect for unwinding. The cleanliness was impeccable, with corners and the vanity sparkling. It was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast deserves a special shout-out! It wasn't the usual generic buffet. All the local Xuzhou specialties were available! Freshly fried dough sticks, 'laomo juan sanzi' (pancake rolls with crispy treats), and handmade 'jianbing guozi' (savory crepes) were all there. No need to wake up early and queue for local breakfast outside. The freshly cooked rice noodle station was super popular, and the beef bone broth was incredibly fresh. Western pastries and freshly ground coffee were also available. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. The constant-temperature indoor pool was super relaxing after a tiring day. The gym had enough equipment. The view from the executive lounge was absolutely stunning; enjoying a drink while looking at the nighttime lights of Yunlong Lake created an amazing ambiance, perfect for couples or friends. The Chinese restaurant served authentic local dishes, with delicious 'digou ji' (pot-stewed chicken) and Huaiyang cuisine. It was great to have the option to dine in the hotel instead of going out. The service was warm and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was quick. We requested a high-floor lake view, and the staff did their best to accommodate. Special thanks to Bree at the front desk; she was very responsive to our needs, and her attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful.

Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately soothed by its Zen ambiance! The overall design is a modern Chinese Zen style, with the dry landscape garden, water features, and architecture blending seamlessly. Every step offers a new beautiful view, and you can get a great shot just by snapping a photo. The lobby bar directly overlooks the central courtyard's water feature, with light dancing on the ripples – you could easily spend an entire afternoon just staring out there. The biggest surprise was the room's private courtyard, with garden landscaping right outside the window. There's even a tea set by the window, perfect for brewing a pot and relaxing in the courtyard. It really makes you slow down. The hotel is nestled at the foot of Yunlong Mountain, right next to the thousand-year-old Xinghua Zen Temple. You can hear the morning bells and evening drums every day, and this sense of tranquility is truly priceless. It's genuinely a wonderful retreat for the soul hidden in the city center, and I'll definitely be back!

I was traveling for work and had a layover at Xuzhou East Station, so I booked this hotel. Coincidentally, they were having an event and I couldn't get a king-size bed room initially. However, the front desk noticed I was alone and proactively switched me to a king room. The service was really thoughtful!

HOTEL REWARDS This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

It is close to the Guishan Han Tomb Scenic Area, and the food around is very economical. The two young ladies at the hotel front desk are very nice. They knew that we brought our children here for exams, so they extended our check-out time. The room is also economical and clean, and the accommodation experience is very good!

The hotel is located in a great place, not far from the railway station. There are many shops, shopping centers, banks around. Tourist areas are located relatively close: Yunlun Lake, parks, cable car, zoo, etc. The hotel room windows offer a beautiful view of the city. However, the room itself was quite dirty, the furniture was old, which left a bad impression. Therefore, the pros are excellent location, views, low price, the cons are poor cleaning and the condition of the rooms.

I arrived in Xuzhou at midnight and was looking for a cheap place where I could take a shower and stay for one night. This place was very cost-effective. It was very close to the railway station, only a few hundred meters away, and I could walk there. It was also very convenient to eat and drink around it.
