"The amenities were basic and the room was quite small. The only pleasant surprise was the fantastic location right on the Spree River, offering lovely river views from the window. However, I was charged €5 for a €3.91 tax fee because my credit card wouldn't process it and they claimed they had no change, which I found completely unacceptable. (On a positive note, the female staff and a male staff member who appeared to be Latin or Italian provided excellent service and were very professional.)"

"We were checked in by a tall, well-built gentleman who, with a big smile, first asked if we'd like a glass of lemonade – he was very friendly and approachable. The hotel breakfast was quite generous. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to both bus stops and subway stations. The soundproofing was a little lacking; we heard an argument from another room in the morning. However, being able to open the window for ventilation was a huge plus. In the family room, the extra single bed was placed right next to the main bed, and the sheets and pillowcases were spotless. The bathroom was a bit small but still perfectly functional. Disposable slippers were also provided in the room. Overall, it was a great stay!"

"pod was clean and decently comfy, yes the mattress is abit thin but it was still alright! noise level was minimum apart from the guy in the pod below snoring one night.. but if you are a light sleeper hostels arent for you anyways! toilets were amazing, i loved that there was a combined toilet+shower which felt very private 🙏🏻 mirror in the pod was really useful too. would 100% go back 👍🏻"

"While the stay was good, it didn't quite meet the standards of a 4-star hotel overall. The staff still has a lot of room for improvement, both in terms of friendliness and dress code. Additionally, the 'breakfast room' is located in the lobby, which, of course, constantly creates a noisy environment with guests checking in/out, waiting for their bus, or simply passing through to their rooms from outside."

"The hotel is very close to the subway station. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were also very kind and constantly checked in on us, which was a nice touch. I'd definitely like to stay here again."

"Ideal location very close to train station, wifi wouldn’t reach the bedroom though and only worked in the bathroom and we had a member of staff walk into our room without knocking. Buuuut the front desk staff were beyond amazing and helped us immensely. Sauna access is also incredible for tired exploring feet!"

"This is a massive hotel, so expect long walks. The facilities are okay, but definitely not the newest. The location is a bit out of the way, so you're pretty dependent on the hotel, or you'll need to take the train or drive into the city. As I mentioned, the walks are not only long but also complicated, as some doors close at different times and can't be opened with your room card. For example, after a workout in the gym (the sauna also closed earlier than advertised, unfortunately), I had to go through the restaurant, up the stairs to reception, and then take the elevator back up to my wing…very inconvenient. All in all, it's good value for money if you're just staying for one night or attending an event here."

"The most unforgettable thing is the warm service everywhere: the turndown service not only provided lavender aromatherapy eye masks, but also handwritten weather reminder cards; upon learning that I had stomach discomfort, the housekeeping department delivered ginger tea and hot water bottles overnight; when I checked out, the manager took the initiative to hand over a customized travel guide, and even the surrounding niche photo-taking spots were clearly marked. I still received birthday greeting messages after checking out of the hotel - this is not a hotel, it's clearly a home far away!"

"The hotel is new and the room is average. The bed is small, but the mattress is of a big brand and I slept very well. The price of the hotel is a bit expensive. It costs 5 stars for 3 stars. I will change the hotel next time I come to Berlin for business trip"

"The traffic is very convenient, the train station is quarantined, the waiter is good, the city is suitable for backpackers business guests. The price does not need 1,000 Hong Kong dollars, it is a good travel choice."
