"We really liked the hotel itself. It's clean and modern, and our room was well-maintained and had everything one could wish for, except for air conditioning. The room size was absolutely fine, and the hotel's location is also really good. Unfortunately, the positive impression was significantly marred by a receptionist. The lady was exceptionally unfriendly and unhelpful, both during check-in and throughout our entire stay – not only towards us but also towards several other hotel guests. For example, we inquired about a late check-out, and we were told by this particular staff member that it was generally not possible. When we asked another staff member later that night, a late check-out was easily arranged. Such contradictory information is, of course, very annoying for guests. We also found it particularly unpleasant that the staff member made fun of other hotel guests in our presence. Overall, she conveyed a very unfriendly and unprofessional impression throughout our stay, creating an unpleasant atmosphere for several guests. Since she worked mainly in the late afternoon all weekend, we unfortunately encountered her regularly. Overall, the hotel is definitely recommendable due to its cleanliness, modern facilities, and good location. However, the service at the front desk significantly negatively impacted our stay. In our opinion, there is an urgent need for improvement here."

"Good Location! Next to train station. Very convenient to visit Berlin. Room is large enough and comfortable. Have refrigerator. Haha it is very important if you visit Berlin's in summer time. Breakfast really yummy! Staff is nice and friendly. I will recommend my friend to choose this hotel."

"The price is very convenient, especially considering the central location and if you are traveling solo. The structure is well organized and functional. I appreciated the bathroom concept - even though it’s shared, you have your own individual space, which gives you privacy and comfort. I stayed for 6 nights and always found the bathrooms to be very clean. It was also surprisingly quiet. I was able to sleep well every night. For more sensitive sleepers, they even provide earplugs. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and well structured place to stay in Berlin."

"Excellent location! Central yet quiet. The staff is wonderful, very friendly. The room is compact. The beds are comfortable. The plumbing is in good condition. The room has a refrigerator and a safe. Cleaning is done every other day. Minor imperfections in the interior can be forgiven because of the location."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great hotel in a very convenient location, close to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. You can easily walk from the main train station, or take a bus if you prefer. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. The price was also very reasonable considering the location. Overall, a great choice for staying in Berlin. Highly recommended!"

"The amenities were basic and the room was quite small. The only pleasant surprise was the fantastic location right on the Spree River, offering lovely river views from the window. However, I was charged €5 for a €3.91 tax fee because my credit card wouldn't process it and they claimed they had no change, which I found completely unacceptable. (On a positive note, the female staff and a male staff member who appeared to be Latin or Italian provided excellent service and were very professional.)"

"Where to begin? First off, the bed system is very clever; we were comfortable. However, the room is small, the toilet is small, the bathroom is small, and there's no fridge. But thankfully, they have luggage storage. Our room was quiet and peaceful, with a lovely view of the garden. Lidl was very close by, and both the A and U metro lines were nearby. What more can I say? The price is reasonable…"

"Overall, my experience was mixed, but the first impression really affected everything for me. The staff weren’t very friendly or professional, especially the evening receptionist. At one point he almost charged me twice, which seemed to be because he wasn’t confident using their system, and that really set a negative tone from the start. I also hadn’t realised the bathroom didn’t have a door, something other guests had mentioned in their reviews. On the positive side, the room itself was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Some of the staff didn’t speak English, so we had a few small communication issues, but compared to the first experience, that was a minor issue."

"Honest review and opinion as a budget solo traveller. For me, the hostel is more than what I expected, especially the size of the room. I stayed in a 8 Bed Mixed Dorm, which at first I was concerned about how crowded will it be inside the room. But all of my concern turned to something positive because the room is surprisingly big. Not only the bedroom, but also the bathroom. I stayed in the 4th floor which has got 2 large bathroom and 1 WC. Everything was very clean (thankfully the other guest when I stayed was cooperative enough to maintain the cleanliness). There’s a metro access near the hotel. It’s not far enough from the Central Train Station (Hauphtbahnof) if you get there by metro or tram, but it will be a far enough if you walk. Access to the room was very good. There’s a proper big elevator. Every access to the room was equipped with card lock. There’s a dining area (with a refrigerator, sink, etc) for guest. There’s also a small restaurant. When checking in, there’s a €10 deposit that should be paid, which will be paid back at the check out (make sure to bring the bed sheets, etc when checking out to get your deposit back). You can also leave your luggage before or after checking in/out. Overall, recommended. But keep in mind that this is a budget hostel/dorm/capsules. Don’t expect something from a regular-styled hotel."

"Probably the best hotel I stayed in, overall, during a multi-stop trip to the area. Very helpful staff greet and guide you. A pleasant bar and superb, if a little pricey, breakfast. The room was very well done and comfortable except I couldn't adjust the A/C. Great location relative to the tourist sites, but a bit far from the subway; the bus can take you there."
