"Hotel is 10 min walk from Zoologischer Garten and Kudamm. The building and the interiors could use some renovation, but I don't mind these details, so I was fine with those. My room was really small, yet I was travelling alone, so it did not make much of a difference for me. Important things are, I had clean sheets and towels, hot water, pretty good breakfast, decent Internet connection for work. Also in the plus side, there is air conditioning in the room, which is not very common in Berlin. As a side note, when I asked the front desk if they could pick up my Amazon delivery, the very friendly receptionist told me that they were not accepting deliveries anymore, so I had to use the Amazon lockers in the next street (which totally worked fine by the way, just remember this in case you need to order anything). "

"The room has excellent natural light, and the location is fantastic. The service attitude is also top-notch. I'll definitely choose to stay at SANA again when I come back to Berlin! It's about a five-minute walk to the subway station, and it's very quiet at night. The in-room coffee machine is also super good."

"Very good city hotel in a central location very close to the Zoologischer Garten train station. The hotel is small but nice. The rooms are clean, modern and have comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can look forward to a rich breakfast. We can recommend the Indigo with a clear conscience."

"The price was good, and the TV was big and new, with English channels available. It's located near a shopping district with lots of stores and restaurants. It's also close to the subway and bus stops, though it's about 3-4 bus stops from the train station and a bit far from the city center. We walked back from the Brandenburg Gate through the woods, and it took us 45 minutes, not the 30 minutes mentioned in some reviews! The free croissant and coffee were delicious, and the front desk staff spoke excellent English. There were many international guests, and the area felt safe with no homeless people around. The only downside was a bit of trash in the neighborhood that wasn't cleaned regularly. The room was a bit small and dusty, but it didn't bother us too much, and some of the facilities were a bit old. Also, my friend and I had requested two single beds, but we only got one. The pillows were also too soft."

"We booked this hotel in advance for our Bruno Mars concert at The Olympiastadion and to explore the City of Berlin. The location is amazing for couples, solo travelers and families. Everything is at walking distance, and there is always bikes available to rent. Using the bike every monument, restaurant and shopping mall was reachable in 15 minutes. I also was pleased that during our stay they put the World Cup on the big screen, was a lot of fun. Definitly worth its price!"

"The stay was really comfortable, clean, and quiet. There's also a bar downstairs that offers a complimentary drink. The room had a fridge, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather for chilling water. They even left a bottle of water and an electricity card while I was out, which was a thoughtful touch. The transportation nearby is very convenient. It's really close to the zoo, about a 5-minute walk, and I had a great time seeing the pandas! I forgot to take pictures of the room though, so I'll use a panda picture instead! 😂"

"Good location with easy access to everything. However, the hotel was hard to find on the first day as it has no reception, which is part of its concept. Unfortunately, construction work was ongoing in the entrance and corridors throughout our stay, with no prior notice, apology, or compensation. Room amenities were minimal—only 2 small bottle of water for the first day and no slippers provided."
