"Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning."

Just a few steps away from the city's main historical attractions, as well as various bars, restaurants, markets, and pharmacies — all easily accessible on foot. The bed is excellent, and the room, although medium-sized, is relatively modern and comfortable. Ideal for those planning a short tourist stay, using the hotel primarily for rest and sleep after sightseeing."

The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. "We stayed at the Hilton Dresden for five days and four nights and were thoroughly satisfied. Our stay met all our expectations in every regard. The location is simply outstanding – you can't get more central in Dresden. The Frauenkirche, the Old Town, and many other attractions are all within easy walking distance. The breakfast each morning was delicious, varied, and left nothing to be desired. We especially appreciated the additional lounge access, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The wellness area, with its 1.70m deep swimming pool, whirlpool (Jacuzzi), and 24-hour fitness studio for hotel guests, was a real highlight. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and invited us to relax and work out. Big praise also goes to the entire team. All the staff members were consistently friendly, polite, helpful, and competent. We felt welcome throughout our entire stay. Thank you for the wonderful time. We would love to come back again."

"We found the location ideal for exploring the city. All amenities (tram, train station, shops, restaurants in the city center or Neustadt) are within walking distance. The hotel is located on a major main road, where many emergency vehicles also pass. The train tracks are across the street. We didn't find the traffic noise particularly disturbing. The room was clean, but there was some dust. At first, we thought the interim cleaning, which only took place on the second day after arrival, would be sufficient, but we recommend requesting daily room cleaning (at no extra charge). The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed with the amenities at all. The Wi-Fi is fast, but the connection is unstable. The TV must be turned on for the Wi-Fi to work. We don't think this is sustainable, and the bright screen bothered us. Every time the TV is turned on, a new Wi-Fi password is generated, and you lose the connection again. We don't understand the room layout. The safe is very small, and there are no practical shelves for suitcases and bags, nor a closet/coat rack that doesn't hang in the middle of the room. We also missed a shelf and hooks in the bathroom. On top of that, the entire bathroom floods after showering. In the public areas, we were particularly disappointed by the quality of the materials used. It looks chic today, but will it be in two or three years? We think it's a shame that a hotel wants to present itself as sustainable but then implements it only mediocrely."

"The location is fantastic and very convenient; it's just a five-minute walk from the main train station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is great, with clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also quite nice, and the price is reasonable. Plus, there's a church and old town nearby, and a Christmas market to explore. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. However, the toilet was a bit on the smaller side, which might be slightly inconvenient for some guests. Overall, it’s a great choice for its location and cleanliness."

"The hotel is connected to a very luxurious hotel near light. At the arrival I was supposed to check in because the hotel was unmanned that afternoon. All facilities are in the other hotel. The hotel was very good. A great bed and beautiful bathroom. As a base to the centre of Dresden very suitable. after 5 minutes walking over a bridge you stand your heart center! Parking is possible on the street or in a underground garage under the corresponding hotel. The breakfast was very wide and of high quality, very rarely seen so many good things together, unfortunately I had not reserved for dinner the evening before. A friendly barman took me and could eat in the bar / lounge. Very good with excellent local wines."
