広々とした綺麗な部屋、親切なスタッフ、美味しい朝食、すべて素晴らしかったです。朝起きたら部屋の外のドアノブにささやかなプレゼントがあったのも嬉しかったです。1泊だけでしたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。次回ドレスデンを訪れることがあれば絶対にまた泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt an der Elbe und kurzem Fußweg zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und haben eine riesige Fensterfront mit Blick auf die Elbe. Leider ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden und im Sommer wird es im Zimmer sehr warm. Ein Standlüfter verschafft aber etwas Erleichterung. Das Frühstück wird in einem großen Pavillon serviert und ist sehr reichhaltig und es alles vorhanden, einschließlich Eierspeisen.

The kitchen is small, but very clean. There is also free section in the refrigerator and shower. I think it is particularly good. You don't have to waste anything you don't want. In order to activate the mobile phone card, the front desk staff helped a lot and the attitude was very good. The only dissatisfaction is that my mobile phone has been connected to WiFi for many times in this youth hostel but shows that I can't surf the Internet. Both mobile phones are like this, and other youth hostels have not encountered it. I don’t know if it’s the phone or the WIFI.

The hotel is connected to a very luxurious hotel near light. At the arrival I was supposed to check in because the hotel was unmanned that afternoon. All facilities are in the other hotel. The hotel was very good. A great bed and beautiful bathroom. As a base to the centre of Dresden very suitable. after 5 minutes walking over a bridge you stand your heart center! Parking is possible on the street or in a underground garage under the corresponding hotel. The breakfast was very wide and of high quality, very rarely seen so many good things together, unfortunately I had not reserved for dinner the evening before. A friendly barman took me and could eat in the bar / lounge. Very good with excellent local wines.

The room is nice and tidy, but when I stayed for 2 nights, I can't clean the room and refill the towel. If you want, you have to pay 10 euros towels and 1 euros to clean.

We found the location ideal for exploring the city. All amenities (tram, train station, shops, restaurants in the city center or Neustadt) are within walking distance. The hotel is located on a major main road, where many emergency vehicles also pass. The train tracks are across the street. We didn't find the traffic noise particularly disturbing. The room was clean, but there was some dust. At first, we thought the interim cleaning, which only took place on the second day after arrival, would be sufficient, but we recommend requesting daily room cleaning (at no extra charge). The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed with the amenities at all. The Wi-Fi is fast, but the connection is unstable. The TV must be turned on for the Wi-Fi to work. We don't think this is sustainable, and the bright screen bothered us. Every time the TV is turned on, a new Wi-Fi password is generated, and you lose the connection again. We don't understand the room layout. The safe is very small, and there are no practical shelves for suitcases and bags, nor a closet/coat rack that doesn't hang in the middle of the room. We also missed a shelf and hooks in the bathroom. On top of that, the entire bathroom floods after showering. In the public areas, we were particularly disappointed by the quality of the materials used. It looks chic today, but will it be in two or three years? We think it's a shame that a hotel wants to present itself as sustainable but then implements it only mediocrely.
