The first room we were assigned wasn't ready (beds unmade, used towels, etc.). In the second room, a cleaning rag was left behind the curtain. Otherwise, it was OK.

The room was very clean, three single beds, although there was shower gel (no shampoo, no slippers, no hot water bottle, hair dryer), very close to the train station (Kassel Hbf), the front desk was very friendly, check in was silky, and show your passport.
