"The room was great and the room service was prompt and friendly. All the staff were cool and really nice, especially the assistant front office manager on duty on the morning of 2 May and the front office person who spoke a bit of Japanese. The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us."

"The hotel is very close to Düsseldorf train station, and the room was clean and spacious. However, for some reason, when I checked in, they didn't assign me a standard room. Instead, I got a special room with an extra bed that looked very much like a hospital room. I had to go back to the front desk and request a normal room again before they gave me one."

"The room was predictably small. When I first arrived, the white door wasn't opening, and I wasn't sure how to get in! 😂 Turns out, the door right next to it just pushed open. The breakfast was nothing special either, just cereal, milk, bread, and various cheeses. The location is quite convenient for the train station, making transfers easy. I think for Chinese travelers, this would generally be considered a very ordinary hotel. In China, hotels nowadays usually have pretty good decor and a modern feel, whereas European hotels are generally smaller and older."

"We booked room with breakfast. The hotel located in very convenient area, Immermannstraße. The surrounding was busy but we didn't here anything from outside. The front lady was also very friendly, check-in when so smooth even she couldn't find our reservation. Breakfast was not good. They served very standard breakfast and burnt sausages. Coffee did taste horrible, more than dark roast but burnt even you try to dilute with milk still leave you unpleasant after taste. I wouldn't suggest to waste money on breakfast here."

"The service was tip top from the check-in till the end. The service of Lucas and Hedric was attentive, meticulous and very helpful to my needs. I was exhausted and jet lag due to the trade show business plus it was my first time staying in the city centre. So rhe clean room and warm sincere treatment from the staff brightened me up. I appreciate the lovely loft room view of the city and also the great roof top bar. Thank u."

"The Leonardo was perfect for my business trip to Drupa. All of the events and dinners I attended were within walking distance as was the central train and U tram. I could not have found a better location. The room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable. A.little small but similar to normal European hotels. I didn't have a desk though to work on either."

"The hotel was okay overall. I checked in quite late at night, and there was no staff present for manual check-in, so I had to use the self-service machine. It was very slow, and the machine even had issues. The room was tidy and clean, but there was no bottled water, toothbrush, or toothpaste. The front desk was unstaffed, so the service was a bit lacking."
