"The hotel's location was excellent—absolutely amazing. The cleanliness was good, but it would have been perfect if they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. The room was small but sufficient for two people. The bed was comfortable. There was Wi-Fi and a hairdryer. The shampoo and hand soap were nice; they smelled lovely and didn't make my hair stiff. However, it would have been great if they provided a toothbrush and toothpaste. Also, if there were slippers, it would be a flawless hotel."

"The room was tiny, old, and there was nowhere to put my luggage. The hotel entrance had steps, which made it very inconvenient to carry my bags up myself. The elevator in the side building was extremely small and old. When I checked out, the elevator wasn't working, so I had to carry my luggage down from the second floor. The carpet in the hotel hallway was so old it smelled. The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk service was quick and helpful with luggage storage. Other than that, there's nothing much to praise."

"The hotel's location and staff were excellent, and our room was great. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Copenhagen. My wife and I loved it. The only downsides were the lack of a minibar and the fact that the bathtub hadn't been cleaned sufficiently."

"We just completed a 2nd time stay within a month and we were glad to come back to this service apartment styled hotel. Kitchenette with the NETTO supermarket in the bldg plus a top bakery around the block makes it always convenient. Same goes for the gym, pool and sauna. Bikes to rent are very solid. Also you have plenty of jogging kilometers waiting for you which you can start straight from the hotel doors. Reception was extra flexible this time."

"Good stay in this hotel. Great location for us. Nearby city center and main attractions( including the football stadium). Clean room, standard. Maybe improvement can be made on the shower (water doesn’t go through smoothly) and the plug socket on right side of the bed isn’t easy to plug in. Except these great help from night shift staff"

"Great location but keep in mind in Copenhagen, everything is walkable. so many reasonable options within walking distance. Basically, at this place you pay steep premium for staying within a stone's throw distance of the main street. Nice decor... but many things were dated. Carpets in lobby were dirty almost all the time. Cleaning crew was good, but had to remind the reception for simple things such as refill hand soap, towels, tissue paper etc... Another disappointment was HVAC. Hotel team locks the temperature at 21.9C so the room does not cool as much as it should. and the HVAC seemed dated and very noisy for comfortable sleep. I suppose they know most guests are one-time visitors so charge high rates but no need to make any effort beyond the basic. overall average experience."

"The hotel rooms were really nice and lived up to expectations. Unfortunately, our stay started off on a less than great note. Even though we arrived after 3pm, we had to wait about 20 minutes to get into the hotel. The reception was unmanned, and we had to wait for a security guard to come and lock us in and give us a key. We did receive an SMS with information about this, but only when we were already standing at the hotel. As we were going to a big party, we needed an iron because our clothes had become wrinkled during the trip. Unfortunately, it was not possible to borrow one, as there was no receptionist present to whom we could turn. Overall, the rooms were good, but the lack of staffing and service upon arrival detracted from the experience."

"Seriously, folks, choosing this hotel for our honeymoon was the best decision ever! 😭 From the moment we stepped inside, we were completely captivated by the Nordic aesthetic and thoughtful touches. 📍The location is right near the Central Station. We could walk there in just a few minutes with our luggage, which is super friendly for travelers. But the biggest surprise wasn't the convenience; it was the 'youthful vibe' that permeated the entire place. 🛏️Since it was our honeymoon, the hotel upgraded us directly to a suite! Anyone who's stayed in Europe knows rooms are generally on the smaller side, but the space and bed size in this suite were truly generous. We could literally dance around the room! 🎨The decor was textbook Nordic style – minimalist but not cold. Every detail was aesthetically pleasing, and every snap looked like it came straight out of a home decor magazine. It was stylish and sophisticated. 🛁The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation. The bathtub and shower were separate, which deserves a special shout-out. After walking 20,000 steps exploring Copenhagen during the day, coming back to a relaxing bath in the evening really elevated the honeymoon experience! 🧖‍♀️ 📸And now for the detail that truly touched me the most – the hotel actually provided us with an instant camera (Polaroid) to use!! They said we could take as many photos as we wanted, and they just needed one for their keepsake. I thought it was just for their archives, but it turns out they display guests' photos in the elevator! Seeing a wall full of smiling faces from all over the world when we went to press the elevator button... how do I describe that feeling? It was like being embraced by a warm community. Our own photos became a part of that wall, and it was truly so innovative! 💛 I've stayed in so many hotels while traveling, but the ones that put thought into these little details are the ones you truly remember for a long time."
