"The hotel is on a one-way street. You have to take a detour every time you enter. It's a bit inconvenient. I don't know why the hotel has no security personnel. The vendors across the road look very unsafe. The lobby doesn't feel very warm. The restaurant's menu doesn't have many varieties. The price is reasonable."

"Choosing this hotel for my business trip to Quito was a fantastic decision! The hotel environment truly lives up to its reputation as a garden hotel. The front desk service was excellent and efficient, the restaurant food was superb, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and there was even a gym. The hotel is located in a safe area near a large park in the city center, where you can also exercise and take walks. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to visit Quito. Very satisfied! 👍"

"I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito"

"On the first day of check-in, I was a little disappointed that the front desk staff had a general attitude towards the room facilities. I was going to change the hotel the next day, but it was surprising that the front desk manager and the staff on duty that day reflected the pick-up fee for the hotel arrangement I mentioned earlier and gave a solution, which made me change the idea of changing the hotel. These were impressive."

"The breakfast is good, the room is clean, but the quilt is a bit thick, and the room has no air conditioning, so it's a bit hot to cover it. There are large parks, supermarkets and shopping centers nearby, not far from the hotel."

"The hotel gave me a much larger roon than last time and it was really fantastic with great views of the mountains. Breakfast is still a bit sad as not much hot food choices. Location is very convenient."
