"Not quite in the heart of historic Seville but it is close to it (less than 5 mins) and close also to the bus station. We stayed in a comfort room (no view as you can see in the pic) but it was clean and the decor made it not feel gloomy. The rooftop bar was worth a visit even if it’s just to catch the cathedral especially at night. After checkout, we left our bags safely in the luggage hold and when we returned, the staff kindly helped us to get a taxi. For the price it was a good stay."

"The hotel is rated 4*, but I would rate my room 1*. It was VERY OLD FASHIONED, the tiles in the bathroom were dirty and the bath was so old it did not have a shine on it. I have never been in a hotel room (4*) that did not have tea/coffee facilities, or paper tissues. I asked for a change of rooms but was told there weren’t any available. I did not want a superior room or a suite, but I certainly didn’t expect a room like the one I was given. The one feature which was ok, was the air conditioning."

"Hotel very clean. Reception staff very good, after arriving at 12:30 our room wasn't ready so we went to the toilet to change and freshen up. When we went back to reception another member of staff said your room still isn't ready but moved us to a higher floor to a room that was ready, she seemed to go the extra mile ! Swimming pool on the small side and was cold but we managed a swim and had a cocktail by the pool in the sunshine, what more could you want."

"Pros: The room was spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Toiletries and toothbrushes were provided, and the breakfast spread was generous. Cons: The elevator didn't require a key card to operate, which felt like a security lapse. There were no tissue boxes in the room; after several calls, they sent small individual packs of tissues. Also, no complimentary bottled water was provided daily. The worst aspect was the cleanliness – there were stains on the sheets and duvet cover. When I brought it up with the front desk, they just looked blankly at me and didn't offer any solutions or apologies. Location: It's about an 18-minute walk to Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar, and roughly a 12-minute walk to Plaza de España (assuming 'Spanish Cathedral' meant Plaza de España). A popular Korean restaurant is about a 7-minute walk away. Getting to Plaza de Armas bus station by taxi takes around 12 minutes."

"1. The hotel's location is good. I booked a king room with a large terrace. 2. There was only one small 500ml bottle of complimentary water. 3. Breakfast was 17 euros, quite plentiful, and tasted good. 4. There were tissues and hand towels, but no bath towels. This hotel still doesn't provide amenities like disposable toothbrushes or slippers. There are wall-mounted toiletries."

"The front desk staff were very helpful. Rooms are well-equipped with disposable amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes, which was a pleasant surprise as most hotels we stayed at during our trip didn't provide them. The location is excellent, allowing us to walk to all major attractions within 20 minutes. There's also a supermarket and plenty of restaurants conveniently located right downstairs. For laundry needs, there's a laundromat conveniently located about a 7-minute walk away. Parking is available in the hotel's underground garage. The entrance ramp to the garage is quite narrow, requiring careful maneuvering, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us in smoothly and without incident. The €18.50 charge was also a significant saving compared to the €32 parking options outside. Upon checking out, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had even cleaned our car's front windshield – a truly fantastic and thoughtful service! Highly recommend staying here 👍"

"The overall service was just average, not as good as some earlier reviews suggested. I had to wait quite a while to check in; the front desk staff kept chatting even though they clearly saw other guests waiting. However, they did helpfully mark attractions on a map during check-in. Other service staff were also rather stiff, not everyone was very enthusiastic or helpful. The room itself was great: good hot water, sufficient heating, and a comfortable bed. It's very close to attractions, almost all within walking distance. You do need to walk a bit from the main road as taxis can't enter the alley. Overall, I'd still recommend it if you don't have too much luggage."

"It was okay. The room was quite spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. The 24-hour front desk was a nice touch. The pool was a bit small, and it's a little far from the attractions, but the facilities are all quite new. Breakfast was just average."
