Guest UserLovely room on the third floor, which we think had just been refurbished. It looks as though there is a refurbishment programme ongoing as you could see new mattresses and furniture on each floor when using the stairs, so the top floor had already been completed. The only issue we had was with the air-con as the room was a little warm. Breakfast also wasn't especially palatable, so wouldn't bother with that again as there are lots of lovely patisseries close by (including one next door to the hotel). Great location and you can park for free on the surrounding streets between 7pm & 9am.

Guest UserThis hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Colmar Station, so no need to haul heavy luggage far. It's newly renovated, so everything feels fresh and clean, and all the facilities work perfectly.
The shower has great hot water pressure, and the heater works well too. The staff are friendly, and the lobby on the first floor is comfortable and spotless. I also appreciate that the toilet in the room is separate, which adds to the cleanliness.
The breakfast spread is decent, but it would be even better if they added some warm options like eggs or sausages.
My only minor complaints are that there's no fridge in the room, and the shower door doesn't seal properly, so water tends to leak out onto the floor, which could lead to a small flood if you're not careful.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the famous Little Venice. The lobby is cozy, and the rooms are comfortable. Plus, the minibar drinks are complimentary! The breakfast is also quite good. 👍

The hotel is located in the heart of Colmar, at the town's entrance and exit, making it easily accessible. However, parking in the town is extremely difficult. I was incredibly lucky; a car was just leaving its spot, and I immediately pulled in. The hotel itself is a famous Colmar landmark and an antique. The rooms are small, but the furniture is classic and exudes an aristocratic atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is a Michelin one-star restaurant; we had venison for dinner, and the wine was also excellent. The hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions, with flowers in full bloom. The hotel is very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' walk away.

Chang-Pin, TohI had a really nice stay at this hotel and honestly, the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely stunning—you get a clear look over a charming little town, all surrounded by huge, dramatic mountains, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and almost postcard-perfect. Waking up to that scenery each day was definitely something special and added a lot to the overall experience.
The service desk staff were consistently friendly and polite, which made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary sparkling and still water provided—it’s a small detail, but it does make you feel a bit more taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and had some really nice features, especially the bathtub with a built-in jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day.
There were a few minor downsides, like the heaters not working, but surprisingly it never felt too cold at night, so it didn’t really affect our comfort. The safe also wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, these were relatively small issues compared to the overall experience. Between the incredible views, comfortable room, and friendly service, it was still a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

Guest UserThis hotel is amazing, seriously, is it an Ibis Styles property or something? The room was great, and it felt like it was set in a historical building; I even saw tourists peeking in from the back gate. It's super close to the main tourist area, just around the corner. The mini pastries at the front desk were delicious, and they even had fresh-squeezed orange juice at breakfast! I walked through the park to get here, was impressed at first sight, and even more satisfied after staying.

Anonymous UserA perfect stay. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, and there is a coffee machine in the room. The front desk has good English and the service is very thoughtful. The only drawback is that because the hotel is very new, their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened, but there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect the quality of accommodation at all. Because the hotel is in the city center, it does not have its own parking space, but there are parking spaces around and on the main street nearby, and the price is very cheap. We just caught up with the olive picking season, and the hotel also thoughtfully arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive orchard and experience picking in person, and arranged their own olive oil tasting picnic in the olive orchard, and then participated in the whole process of making olives picked by themselves in the olive oil extraction workshop. It was my first time to experience olive oil making in my life, which was very memorable. It happened to be the birthday of my companion in the middle, and the hotel also arranged a surprise bouquet and red wine, which was really thoughtful.

Do note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace.
The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead.
The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own.
You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear.
Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.
