I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Saint-Malo. It is a perfect choice for those who want to experience the authentic charm of the walled city. It is located right in the Old Town. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the city’s best creperies, ice cream shops, and the historic ramparts. The room features a lovely balcony which was a great surprise. While the elevator is small, it is functional and sufficient for the stay. The staff at the front desk are exceptionally warm and welcoming. I was even gifted some Easter chocolates, which was such a thoughtful and professional touch. Considering the location and the quality of the stay, the price is very reasonable and affordable. I am very satisfied with my choice and would definitely stay here again!

In the city, there is food across the square

Located in the center of the old town, it is convenient for walking around. The staff was kind. The room we stayed in was small, but the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub. There is heating but no air conditioning, so the room may be quite hot in the summer. (It was a little hot even at the end of May.) There is a kettle in the room, but no refrigerator.

Accor Group hotel chain. Near the entrance of the old city gate. The facilities are better but the building is relatively old. The commercial street in the old city is more convenient, and the Carrefour supermarket is cheaper.

Очень приятный отель с прекрасным расположением. У меня был угловой номер с красивым видом на гавань — это большой плюс. До пляжа примерно 5 минут пешком, до старого города около 10 минут. Кровать удобная, есть блэкаут-шторы, поэтому спать было комфортно. Отдельно хочется отметить великолепный персонал: очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные сотрудники. Также понравился welcome drink — очень вкусный сидр. Из минусов: в номере не было чайника и холодильника. Персонал на ресепшене по просьбе наливал горячую воду в термос, но часто просить было не очень удобно. Также мебель в номере уже не первой свежести. В целом отель оставил очень хорошее впечатление благодаря виду, расположению и персоналу.

L'hôtel dispose d'une literie très confortable et les chambres d'une bonne isolation phonique. Les salles de bain manquent d'étagère pour y poser les trousses de toilettes et les serviettes ne peuvent pas être plus fines... Dommage. Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais je déplore le fromage épais comme une feuille de cigarette emballé dans du plastique. Comment en est on encore là ? Saucisses et bacon sont présents, mais pas d’œufs brouillés ! En revanche, le pain et les confitures sont délicieux. En résumé, bien, mais peut améliorer quelques détails pour être au top.

The reception can speak some English in the room. The only downside is that the bedding can only be said to be clean and not very satisfactory. The hotel is generally not bad. Bed and towels are clean, water is hot, it's the most important. Overall the apartments are clean enough. Only the floor was a little dusty. Staff is kind, location is good: near the supermarket, to the center of minutes 10-15 on foot. To the station is also close, too near 10-15 minutes. The instructions in the room are written to throw away the garbage. We sorted everything but it was not clear where to throw. It turned out to be a room on the bottom floor. It was difficult to find: no signature.

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes walk after getting off the bus. The room facilities are complete and the service is good, and you can store your luggage. There are many choices of restaurants downstairs.
