"Having read some reviews booked this hotel with a few nerves. However staff on reception were lovely. Room was clean. Fan had been left on to coolrom, it was a hot room but in middle.of a heat wave. Perfect location for us to parkrun in Battersea park on Saturday. We only stayed 2 nights did not expect room serive but room was cleaned, bed made, pots washed. Would stop again next time. Only thing I would say watch the shower ours was red hot!"

"The room location was good, and the facilities were standard. The value for money was quite decent, and the front desk staff were friendly. I booked two rooms, one for myself and one for my daughter. The next day, we were in a hurry to leave for a visa appointment, and I accidentally left behind my daily medication, while my daughter left her nightgown. After my visa appointment, I returned to the hotel to retrieve my medication. At that point, my daughter hadn't realized she'd forgotten her nightgown. What's more, when the hotel gave me my medication, they didn't even mention any other forgotten items. We only discovered the missing nightgown after we got home and then called to confirm. When I went to London for the second time to pick it up, for some reason, the front desk staff couldn't just hand it to me directly and had to wait for a colleague to arrive. This is my first time losing an item in an overseas hotel, so I'm not sure if this is their standard procedure. In hotels back home, they would definitely call to inform you if you've left something behind, so I could have picked everything up at once."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which makes getting around super convenient. The staff's service attitude was really good. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, not 6:00 AM as stated online. When I asked a staff member if I could have breakfast a bit earlier, they immediately accommodated my request."

"Lovely little guest house. Fresh and clean and just what we needed for our stay. Would stay again and recommend for others. Stayed for the embassy for my 17 year old and was in walking distance. Tv was mega high on the wall to watch when we settled down for the night and would hit our neck but was good all in."

"Really genuinely brilliant hotel. Amazing location with good links into central and obviously brilliant shopping at the power station. Great rooftop bar and amazing pool. Room was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again."

"To be honest I like the hotel but my trip has been marred by a very rude employee that demanded that I have my personal breakfast outside and not at one of their many available tables in the lobby. I ended up spilling yogurt on a very expensive scarf and ruining my meal as well as having very limited time to consume some calories before my flight. I think he was a manager and he was very rude and unprofessional. Other problems with the hotel is that there's no refrigerator in the room. To be honest I thought the room was okay make sure you get a room on the higher floor. Do not take one of those below ground level rooms and they have a lot of them.. do not take a room on the ground floor either. Request a room on the second floor or higher. My understanding is that the single rooms are very very very very very small. I actually thought my two single beds was an okay size a little cramped with luggage but doable. Location is excellent. So this hotel is a mixed bag. Had I not had that encounter with that substandard manager I probably would have given it a four stars as opposed to three. I would probably stay there again. They will hold a few refrigerator things for you in their refrigerator if it's very small. Breakfast did not look appetizing at all. Basic continental breakfast for 12 lb 50. You could go down the street and eat any little bakery or a supermarket for half the price."

"Stayed here recently and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful, which immediately set the tone for the stay. The room was spotless, modern, and really comfortable, with everything I needed and more. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I slept brilliantly every night. The facilities were excellent too – great amenities, a relaxed atmosphere, and everything was well looked after. Location was perfect, close to everything important but still quiet enough to properly unwind. Breakfast was also a highlight with plenty of choice and really good quality food. Overall, this place delivers on exactly what you want from a hotel: comfort, cleanliness, great service, and a really pleasant stay. Would 100% stay again and happily recommend it."

"During this trip to the UK, I stayed at this hotel the longest, purely because of budget constraints – nearly a whole week! My main reason for choosing it was that the hygiene was acceptable. Specifically, for my stay from July 17th-18th, I booked in a hurry and accidentally reserved a double room instead of a triple. I immediately contacted Trip.com for help with coordination. I have to give a huge shout-out to Trip.com for this UK trip; they were a constant companion. Due to language barriers, I reached out to them whenever an issue arose, and thanks to their help, problems were quickly resolved. Their efficiency was superb! I must thank them and give them a big thumbs up. For my upcoming 30-day domestic tour, I will definitely continue to choose Trip.com. Now, back to the hotel. After tripartite negotiations, Trip.com informed me that the hotel would upgrade us to a triple room for free. However, I later found out the hotel still charged a £27 difference. I contacted Trip.com again, and they quickly reimbursed the difference. Trip.com's efficiency and integrity made the trip worry-free – they absolutely deserve 5 stars! My impression of the hotel, however, has been somewhat tarnished. The extra 15% service charge was the worst experience of this UK trip."

"The hotel service was excellent. The concierge offered complimentary luggage storage, and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and amenities provided. The room itself was fully equipped with everything we needed. This year, the UK has experienced unusually hot weather, so having air conditioning indoors was a huge plus. The transportation is very convenient, as it's only about 300 meters from Shepherd's Bush, and the Westfield shopping center nearby makes shopping super easy. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"This is the best hotel I've stayed at in London, and I've visited many times! This hotel just opened in 2026, and I boldly booked it because I'd previously stayed at another hotel from the same brand in Hangzhou. The hotel environment is exceptionally good – it's only about a 5-minute walk to a subway station, and there's a huge shopping mall and supermarket nearby! All sorts of restaurants are also available! The room was super clean and comfortable! I highly recommend it! Even if you want to visit major attractions, it's only a few subway stops away! All the front desk staff were young, vibrant, and very friendly! Since my flight was at 6 or 7 PM, I asked if I could have a late check-out. The hotel staff kindly extended my check-out until 2 PM, and my children and I had a wonderful stay here! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London!"
