The location is indeed convenient. However, the hotel has no air conditioning, and the front desk queues were long and slow, making me sweat profusely. The original room they gave me was tiny, and worse, it was right above a bar. Even with the windows closed, the noise was unbearable. I managed to request a room change at the front desk, and luckily, they moved me to an inner room, which was much quieter! The only odd thing was that the front desk wouldn't immediately give me a new room key (even though I still had my old one); they insisted I clear out the old room first and come back to the front desk with my luggage. After some discussion, they agreed that only one person needed to go down to pick up the key, which was strange. The room's cleanliness was very mediocre; the water from the kettle was still milky even after the second boil. The windows were also covered in stains.

The room was clean and tidy, much better than expected! It was also very quiet at night, which made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was quite tasty too, I had two bowls of milk! đđ

I chose this hotel because it was close to an event I was attending. The location was perfect for me. The breakfast wasn't the most varied, but I never left hungry. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but perfectly fine for a couple of nights. A nice touch was having four hangers for clothes. Overall, I was happy with my trip and the hotel. The photo was taken upon check-out, but of course, everything was clean when I checked in.

Last week I was in Manchester for a conference, and next week I'm visiting Cambridge. On my way, I decided to stay a night in London near Euston train station, choosing this hotel with a colleague because of its proximity. The location was decent, the room facilities were quite basic, but the breakfast was good. The weather was lovely, so I wandered around London a bit. It's truly a huge and very international city, with all sorts of people on the streets. The restaurants offer cuisines from all over the world; I was surprised to even find Lanzhouæéą (lamian) and éș»èŸŁç« (malatang). I went to the Thames, saw the famous London Eye and Big Ben, and on my way back, I spotted the Churchill statue and Horse Guards Parade. I'm off to Cambridge today. I hope to come back and explore London properly someday, it's just so vast!

Its near piccadilly station, there is the piccadilly and bakerloo line, very convenient. Walking to buckingham, trafalgar, big ben, oxford street, westminister, national gallary, chinatown is very fast and easy. Stayed at the piccadilly zedwell the last time i came, but this time came alone so booked this. Security was quite strict, he needed to check your card before letting you in. I would not encourage but i left my stuff in the capsule without locking and went out. They do sell lock there but i just forgot to bring mine ans didnt want to buy, nothing was lost. The place is nice and clean, the ventilation in the capsule is also good, i thought it was going to be hot, but turns out i was a little cold in the middle of the night. The toilet was clean, except the water in the shower or sink are both very hot, i could even see steam. They have soap in the shower and sink, but i brought mine instead. They dont provide towel, so do bring one. Overall the experience was good and nice, will definitely be back again when i visit london again.

I had requested lock view for husbands birthday. Do donât get this but was overlooking a building site so asked to move. They charged ÂŁ80 to do this. I really did think as a gesture they would have moved us complimentary considering the hotel was undergoing refurbishment which I wasnât aware of so all amenities not available. Was a nice hotel but disappointed they expected us to overlook a building site for a special birthday. Noise between 8-5. Lie n out of the question

Libere Hotel London is in a fantastic location in the middle of Edgware Road, right next to Edgware Road Underground station and bus stops. It is within walking distance of Marble Arch and Oxford Street, which makes it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing.
I booked a family room, which was excellent. It consisted of two spacious double rooms connected by an internal door, and each room had its own toilet. Both rooms were fully equipped with all necessary facilities, including an iron, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning, smart TV, and a coffee corner. The setup was perfect for a family and offered great comfort and privacy.
Overall, it is very good value for money, especially for a family room.
I also appreciated the safety and convenience of the hotelâs system. There is no physical reception, and check-in and check-out are done online, with building and room access codes sent by email, which worked smoothly.
I did not try the food at the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes surrounding the area.
One small drawback: there was a noticeable noise coming from the air-conditioning pipes during the night, which could be disturbing for light sleepers. I would encourage the Libere team to look into this.
Despite this minor issue, I really liked the hotel and would happily stay again.

When booking this hotel you known itâs not going to be the Ritz so this review is fair for the type of hotel. The location is super central yet the hotel is a zen of calm. Itâs a little strange having no windows anywhere but the design works to minimise the effect. Rooms are what you expect, incredibly simple but clean and decent bathroom with toiletries and fresh towels. Decent wifi means you donât miss a TV and this is not a hotel for lounging, itâs a bed for the night which is comfy enough if a little low to the ground. The gym is an additional fee which the website doesnât make super clear - ÂŁ10 a day.
Despite the positives, the bedding was bad! Blood stained sheets and bed bugs! I was biten all over during the night and awoke to dozens of red blotches all over my body. It really puts me off returning despite everything else. It is good value for money but you donât expect bed bugs!

Our room number is 11. It is on the top floor, which is very hot. There is a fan but it does not help much. We have to open the window but it is very loud. We could not sleep. The  bathroom is super small. You cannot imagine how small it is. But we can use the public bathroom. The building is old. Breakfast is good and the staff are nice, friendly.
Although some limitation, but i think it is acceptable because you cannot find any place with this price in the very good location like this in the expensive city like London. As a budget traveler, i am satisfied.

Been to a lot of Holiday Inn and the hotel was amazing. The only little issue was the bathroom that was so narrow and almost touching the door from the toilet bowl but I can say that the toilet and batch was still good as they had this non slip mat for safety. Very Good
WWonderwanderWe have had some hiccups during our stay, ie microwave not working, but the staff has been helpful and wet out of the way to resolve the issues. Nice to have cooking facilities. Good location
GGuest UserStaff were really lovely, the room was very clean and housekeeping changed our sheets and towels after the first night. Bokan was amazing. The gym only had weights up to 10kg so wasnât of much use.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and the environment was comfortable, highly recommended. Overall, the experience was great, and it's not far from the city center, so it's definitely worth recommending. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic, making for an excellent experience.
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserThe staff's service attitude was excellent, but the facilities left much to be desired. The bathroom fixtures were quite old, and the shower, in particular, wasn't designed for Asian heights, making it difficult to control the water flow. Washing was a real struggle, and there were several clogs, impacting cleanliness. Overall, it was a very inconvenient experience.
Additionally, the hotel room faced the street, so the constant noise of passing cars was unavoidable. If you're a light sleeper, it would be extremely hard to fall asleep!!
MM.AshalThe reception team were friendly at check in, and I was given a beautiful tin of truffles and some drinks vouchers (maybe as a diamond member?). This was really a special touch and appreciated.
However the room itself wasnât great. Iâve stayed in quite a few London hotels so know you donât get lots of space and for 1 night you donât need much, but this room was so small it was a struggle to move about.
The air conditioning was on but it was weak. Thankfully the window opened slightly but it remained warm in the room.
Bathroom was dated, quite small and felt cheap.
Minor point but the pillows and duvet didnât feel like the usual Hilton ones, they seemed thickerâŠ
Overall, it was clean, relatively quiet and had great service which is all thatâs really needed, but it felt more of a budget hotel with Hilton price tag.
I do think they are doing everything they can to make stays as good as possible, since they canât really do anything about the room sizes.
LLiyaniuThe room was incredibly small! I couldn't believe how tiny 10 square meters felt. I was genuinely shocked when I opened the door. It was even difficult to open my luggage. The table was pathetically small, and there wasn't even a chair. Storage space was extremely limited. The bathroom was even tinier, comparable to an airplane lavatory. Overall, my stay was very uncomfortable. The only positives were the comfortable bed and the breakfast, which at least offered some variety. After a difficult two nights, I decisively moved to the Hilton across the street, and the experience was significantly better. What baffles me is that this place was even more expensive than the Hilton. On the whole, dining and getting around were very convenient, with various UCL colleges in the vicinity. There's a Nero Cafe right next door, so if you don't want the hotel breakfast, you can grab something there. Heading south down the street, you'll find quite a few Chinese restaurants, which is very handy.
SSvetlanaâŠ.The location is great, walking distance to Oxford street, very close to the metro and Hide park.
We booked a standard double room but we were upgraded and got a renovated room on the 4th floor.
It was very warm and we didnât use AC.
Wi Fi was good
The bed is a bit small, but for 2 nights ok.
We had coffee and tea bags.
It was clean
The staff was very friendly
The only thing we didnât like is the lift. Itâs very old and it was stuck several times, so I had to take steps
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is great- just a 5 minute walk from Paddington which in turn is just two stops on the Tube from the west end. You are also less than a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Kensington Park. Service at reception and in the restaurant was excellent. The continental breakfast is really good with a wide choice that includes boiled eggs, cold meats and cheese. The rooms are spotless in terms of cleanliness but be aware that if you wake up just before 9 and want a shower the water may not be hot due to wider use but at other times is hot.
