"The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away. For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them."

"The check-in process was very easy. Friendly check-in staff behind the counter. Clean room. Nice location however, room was very cold (no heating although there are central heating available in the rooms. Hot shower, clean towels and beddings. Only 1 pillow. TV in room. Only 1 lift in operation."

"Good value in general and the room was clean and comfortable. There was however no coffee/ tea facilities in room and no toiletries except for a very small amount of multi purpose hand soap, which wasn't refreshed during the stay. Whilst the charge for left luggage was only £2 per bag, they charged even for a couple of seperate plastic carrier bags, which seemed a bit unreasonable. Apart from that, the overall cost of the stay was inexpensive."

"This hotal was lovely we had to do a late check in after 9 clock as we got hear late but the staff service was fantastic very helpful and very polite would definitely stay hear again breakfast was a buffet breakfast help your self the only thing they didt have was fried eggs but they had scrambled egg thy had tea coffee hot chocolate machine and also help your self to apple juice orange juice lots of staff around clear area were people had been ready for other people to sit as have breakfast area was nice clear room was clear and tidy nice shower and toilet room beds comfortable had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed ."

"The one bedroom suite room is spacious for 2 to stay for few days. The kitchenette has the basic items and cutleries for simple cooking. Daily complimentary breakfast has all the basic breakfast items. Location is very close to Birmingham New Street Station. Lots of shops and restaurant nearby and easy access to China town too."

"First time staying at a B&B and it was a great experience! The train station is close by, as is the city center, and the surrounding area is really convenient. Especially handy for Moor Street Station, where you can catch the train to Shakespeare's birthplace – don't go to the wrong one! The large shopping mall has a fantastic design too! "Conveniently located near New Street Station, just about a 10-minute walk away. Close to a market and large shopping malls, making it super easy to stock up on food and do some shopping. The front desk staff were friendly. The room facilities were well-equipped, though it's a shame the kitchen didn't have an oven. Great location, but it can be a bit noisy at night."

"Nice tidy and clean. Good for solo travellers and also close to the station and the city centre."

"Staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was alright considering we stayed for couple nights only. Me and my daughter came back to hotel late in the evening. It is only 10 minutes walk from the railway station but we took a taxi as one area near hotel didn't feel completely safe as there is a spot where some homeless people spend their time. I wouldn't expect anything extra from budget hotel."

"The hotel was very good, quiet, located on a university campus, and the staff were very friendly. The gym only had cardio equipment, but the pool, sauna, and Turkish bath were all excellent."
