This hotal was lovely we had to do a late check in after 9 clock as we got hear late but the staff service was fantastic very helpful and very polite would definitely stay hear again breakfast was a buffet breakfast help your self the only thing they didt have was fried eggs but they had scrambled egg thy had tea coffee hot chocolate machine and also help your self to apple juice orange juice lots of staff around clear area were people had been ready for other people to sit as have breakfast area was nice clear room was clear and tidy nice shower and toilet room beds comfortable had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed .

Hotel was in great location for conference at millennium point. Easy access to city but nicely located in slightly quieter spot in Aston university campus. Room was nice and even could have a range of pillows . Bathroom nice , with good fluffy towels . I did think the products were likely watered down and the loo roll was the brown scratchy sort . I was on the second floor and only real complaint was that from 7am the main door slams, it’s like one of those sound cannons waking you up. Maybe a quiet shut be an easy fix. Otherwise the staff are all really polite and helpful. Free swim/ gym pass for the university pool is a real nice touch. All in all excellent . But a soft close on that door would be amazing .

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a modern and stylish feel throughout. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Its location right in the city centre was perfect, everything was easily accessible, making it a great choice for convenience and comfort. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, and close to the library and canal area. The room was quiet and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the window was nice. The air conditioning in the room couldn't be adjusted, which made it a bit cold. Free coffee and tea were available all day. The stay included a standard English breakfast, which tasted good. It offers good value for money. The front desk service wasn't very enthusiastic.

appalling pressure emails to check in on line - which I ignored- cheerful efficient receptionist booked me in despite emails received a day or so before indicating that not checking in on line might cause difficulties. still only one lift working (seems a long term problem). allocated room on 5 th floor - corridors well carpeted, clean, and rather posh! room clearly upgraded and very nice with posh bathroom, huge tv which was easy to negotiate, kettle & lots of t, coffee & milk - appreciated. efficient heating, comfortable bed but only one pillow & no spare. took 7 minutes to reach reception in the morning as only one (very slow) lift. fabulous vfm, but they need to get lift sorted permanently & stop threatening that not checking in on line could cause difficulties! - actually recommended!

Fantastic place in the city centre. No complaints. Great room, huge bathroom, squeaky clean and just perfect if you are on a budget

Located within the city centre. A few minutes to the Christmas Market so we managed to get back there twice. Also, it’s very near to Bullring, New Street Station, Metro and Grand Central. There are also loads of restaurants around. Clean room, no odd smell anywhere, spacious and well- lit. Air-con and TV worked well. Has a fridge and microwave. The kitchen is well-equipped including kitchen towel and dish soap. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets and pillows were clean and smelled fresh. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were helpful. It was a lovely stay. 👍💗

The staff was so welcoming and down to earth ,you could ask  them anything and they’d help you out.Their room was so clean and the room had everything including heating ,Tv and sockets near the bed .In a nutshell ,I’ve got nothing to complain about.

No hot water on arrival this was promptly sorted by staff however they left the room door ajar when the left. Thankfully nothing was stolen as my room was in a corner so no one likely noticed but this was a very bad experience to have. There is building work from 9am onwards this is completed on scaffolding right outside the windows so even though it is only completed in working hours the noise is incredibly excessive. Windows are blurred so unable to see out, also near to a bus stands to often woken up by buses indeling.
