Its near piccadilly station, there is the piccadilly and bakerloo line, very convenient. Walking to buckingham, trafalgar, big ben, oxford street, westminister, national gallary, chinatown is very fast and easy. Stayed at the piccadilly zedwell the last time i came, but this time came alone so booked this. Security was quite strict, he needed to check your card before letting you in. I would not encourage but i left my stuff in the capsule without locking and went out. They do sell lock there but i just forgot to bring mine ans didnt want to buy, nothing was lost. The place is nice and clean, the ventilation in the capsule is also good, i thought it was going to be hot, but turns out i was a little cold in the middle of the night. The toilet was clean, except the water in the shower or sink are both very hot, i could even see steam. They have soap in the shower and sink, but i brought mine instead. They dont provide towel, so do bring one. Overall the experience was good and nice, will definitely be back again when i visit london again.

The location is excellent, very quiet and safe, but transportation isn't very convenient. It's quite far from the train station, with only a bus stop nearby. There's a pier, Milebank, about a 5-minute walk away, but the RB6 service is infrequent and ends early. There's a Sainsbury's also within a 5-minute walk.
The room is a bit small but not cramped, and the design is nice; you could even call it a suite. It has a modern feel.
However, the amenities are truly lacking. For a price over 2,000, there are no slippers or toothbrushes. Many of the front desk staff are Indian, and the service feels very stingy. On the positive side, the hygiene is good, it's very clean, and business seems to be doing well. The rooftop gym is unique; although small, it offers great views.

We stayed for one night at the Wellington Hotel and everything was absolutely immaculate from start to finish. It was a special trip for our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it memorable. We were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful cake and a lovely card waiting for us, which was such a kind and personal touch. On top of that, we were generously given a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special.
The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The service throughout was excellent—professional, warm, and attentive.
A special mention has to go to the male receptionist who arranged everything for us. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. His attention to detail and kindness did not go unnoticed, and he truly made a difference to our experience.
We can’t thank the team enough and will definitely be staying again. Highly recommended!

This review serves as more of a suggestion piece than an actual review.
Due to a plumbing issue, we were relocated to the sister hotel in Earls Court, approximately 3 miles away from this one located in Victoria, and as such, the only experience we had was the very apologetic young chap on the desk who informed us of an upgrade awaiting us at the next hotel, and also ordered us a taxi (a proper one, not an Uber) which the company would pay for.
We were meeting friends in Victoria so this did change our ETAs by about an hour, and probably could have been avoided had someone from the hotel got in touch with me to inform of our new location. But regardless, plumbing issues happen, and the gentleman and the hotel did us good.
The sister hotel was a great place, quite sophisticated and modern, a lovely, clean room, and it was a pleasant stay.

The receptionist are very friendly and warm, we checked in at 2am and they still kindly invited us into our room.
The room was spacious with water, cookies and fruits, and these were refilled every day. Free buffet breakfast offered every morning, with toast, cereals, juice and even a machine for coffee. The hotel was very generous in every way. The AC was warm enough and the temperatures could be easily adjusted. It was sensitive and the room temperature was changed within minutes.
We asked for bowls at night to cook our instant noodles and the hotel generously provided us with bowls and utensils.
The location was not the best, but it’s within 1 hr walking distance to most of the tourist spots, but there was a bus stop very close to the hotel that which linked to most of the tourist spots. We had no difficulties in travelling around London was the most minimal transport cost.
This is like the best hotel we’ve ever been in Europe. Clean rooms, adequate amenities with high quality, friendly staff, warm water, we will definitely stay in this hotel again next time when we are in London.

Overall verdict: We didn’t have any housekeeping until morning we were due to checkout even though we had our cleaning light on for 24hrs. Seemed to be limited in staff other than down at reception. Gin and lemonade with a wine £37 in restaurant (pretty pricey) One of our bedside tables had a crack in probably 12inches long. Dirty piles of towels alongside plates that was left in corridors for over 8hrs. Our fridge had a massive spill of some sort of liquid that had been there for a while. There’s a before and after picture of dust in cupboard above our fridge 😷 The coffee machine had water left in from where if had been washed out or not cleaned from previous use made it smell of moody stagnant water. Otherwise the stay was quiet, the beds were nice big and very comfortable. Hand wash etc smelt amazing plenty provided. Quick response when we phoned reception for more tea and coffee. Overall the stay was ok, we both thought it had gone downhill since we last stayed and probably take our custom elsewhere. Not all bad but can get better for similar value
We look forward to welcoming you at The Best Western Victoria Palace hotel in Central London, for a modern and cozy break in the capital. Whilst staying with us you will enjoy a prime location in the very heart of London, within walking distance of many of the citys most celebrated attractions. Buckingham Palace is less than a 20-minute walk away, so why not head there for 10:30 a.m. and get a good spot for the changing of the guard. You’ll also be a 20 minute walk from the London Eye, for some breath-taking birds eye views of the city. Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square and Downing Street (to name a few) are also close by, meaning you’ll be able to tick off all the biggest points of interest. For something a little more obscure – we’ll have plenty of recommendations. Visit the night time food market Street Feast, Kayak down the Thames, or visit Jumeirah Carlton Tower for a spectacular 1960’s afternoon tea. If you’re visiting London for a weekend of spending, Carnaby Street and Oxford Street are both just 20 minutes away by tube. If you feel like a more extravagant splurge, London’s highly exclusive Mayfair is also 20 minutes away.
You’re sure to work up an appetite during your day of sightseeing or shopping, so check out Time Out’s listing of the best restaurants in London for some incredible - yet still very affordable – food spots.
If you wish to venture away from London, were proud to be a hugely convenient London hotel just five minutes’ walk of Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station.

Good location, very close to Victoria Station, and there are many shops in the area. Our room was in an annex building in the basement, and it was tiny. The worst part was the sewer smell we had to endure for all four nights of our stay. I expected something much better from a Best Western hotel. Poor value for money.
A fantastic location in the heart of London.
Best Western Buckingham Palace Road Hotel occupies a prime spot close to the capital’s top attractions. Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Hyde Park and West End theatres are all within walking distance, so there’s plenty to tick off your must-do list!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from Victoria train station and about ten minutes from the Tube station. To the right, just a short walk away, is the long-distance bus station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel's layout is quite compact, with many twists and turns inside. The front desk staff, perhaps seeing I was traveling alone, gave me a room on the first floor. Although small, the room had everything I needed and was very clean. I could even open a standard-sized suitcase after closing the bathroom door. According to the fire escape plan, this room was in the middle of the first floor, so while there was some train noise, it wasn't too loud. However, other guests closing their doors late at night were quite noisy! The internet in the room was good; I could play Honor of Kings and Genshin Impact without any lag. The 9 AM breakfast was quite mediocre, and the towels were a bit old. They do offer free luggage storage.

Very Good
WWonderwanderWe have had some hiccups during our stay, ie microwave not working, but the staff has been helpful and wet out of the way to resolve the issues. Nice to have cooking facilities. Good location
GGuest UserStaff were really lovely, the room was very clean and housekeeping changed our sheets and towels after the first night. Bokan was amazing. The gym only had weights up to 10kg so wasn’t of much use.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and the environment was comfortable, highly recommended. Overall, the experience was great, and it's not far from the city center, so it's definitely worth recommending. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic, making for an excellent experience.
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserThe staff's service attitude was excellent, but the facilities left much to be desired. The bathroom fixtures were quite old, and the shower, in particular, wasn't designed for Asian heights, making it difficult to control the water flow. Washing was a real struggle, and there were several clogs, impacting cleanliness. Overall, it was a very inconvenient experience.
Additionally, the hotel room faced the street, so the constant noise of passing cars was unavoidable. If you're a light sleeper, it would be extremely hard to fall asleep!!
LLiyaniuThe room was incredibly small! I couldn't believe how tiny 10 square meters felt. I was genuinely shocked when I opened the door. It was even difficult to open my luggage. The table was pathetically small, and there wasn't even a chair. Storage space was extremely limited. The bathroom was even tinier, comparable to an airplane lavatory. Overall, my stay was very uncomfortable. The only positives were the comfortable bed and the breakfast, which at least offered some variety. After a difficult two nights, I decisively moved to the Hilton across the street, and the experience was significantly better. What baffles me is that this place was even more expensive than the Hilton. On the whole, dining and getting around were very convenient, with various UCL colleges in the vicinity. There's a Nero Cafe right next door, so if you don't want the hotel breakfast, you can grab something there. Heading south down the street, you'll find quite a few Chinese restaurants, which is very handy.
MM.AshalThe reception team were friendly at check in, and I was given a beautiful tin of truffles and some drinks vouchers (maybe as a diamond member?). This was really a special touch and appreciated.
However the room itself wasn’t great. I’ve stayed in quite a few London hotels so know you don’t get lots of space and for 1 night you don’t need much, but this room was so small it was a struggle to move about.
The air conditioning was on but it was weak. Thankfully the window opened slightly but it remained warm in the room.
Bathroom was dated, quite small and felt cheap.
Minor point but the pillows and duvet didn’t feel like the usual Hilton ones, they seemed thicker…
Overall, it was clean, relatively quiet and had great service which is all that’s really needed, but it felt more of a budget hotel with Hilton price tag.
I do think they are doing everything they can to make stays as good as possible, since they can’t really do anything about the room sizes.
GGuest UserIt is a proper old-style purpose-built hotel, with 12 floors, large lobby and corridors and other relaxation, dining (Chinese restaurant, Irish pub, café) and entertainment areas (tea room), many lifts. The Superior room (an upgrade offered by reception from Stabdard for £10) was spacious and had nice panoramic views towards Albert Hall and BT tower. It was, however, on the train track facing side of the building. The tube may be audible from lower rooms, and such rooms probably have the view obstructed by surrounding tower buildings, but on the 9th floor the train noise was not intrusive, and trains do not run at night. It may also be down to the external soundproofing. The internal soundproofing is not as good, in fact around midnight I could hear a group talk and laugh. I used a higher air conditioning volume for white noise and it was not a massive problem. The bathroom could be revamped (the grout could be revived, silicone reapplied), but there was nothing to detract from the overall enjoyable experience. Good shower pressure and temperature, toiletries included conditioner. Convenient USB port for charging.
SSvetlana….The location is great, walking distance to Oxford street, very close to the metro and Hide park.
We booked a standard double room but we were upgraded and got a renovated room on the 4th floor.
It was very warm and we didn’t use AC.
Wi Fi was good
The bed is a bit small, but for 2 nights ok.
We had coffee and tea bags.
It was clean
The staff was very friendly
The only thing we didn’t like is the lift. It’s very old and it was stuck several times, so I had to take steps
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is great- just a 5 minute walk from Paddington which in turn is just two stops on the Tube from the west end. You are also less than a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Kensington Park. Service at reception and in the restaurant was excellent. The continental breakfast is really good with a wide choice that includes boiled eggs, cold meats and cheese. The rooms are spotless in terms of cleanliness but be aware that if you wake up just before 9 and want a shower the water may not be hot due to wider use but at other times is hot.
Some top places to stay in London are near popular attractions like The British Museum, Hyde Park and London Eye—so you can quickly get to top landmarks and amenities you need.
