Very good hotel, only a few rooms, very design, very beautiful. Going out for a minute and going to the beautiful bay, this is a great place to watch the sunset. The rooms are fully equipped, but the electric kettle and toothpaste toothbrush need to be provided. The breakfast variety of the hotel is not so delicious, but the taste is very good. The hotel service was in place, the room was cleaned up in time, the hotel owner met us with a warm handshake and asked about the feeling of staying. When we arrived and left the hotel, the waiter sent us to the bus station with a battery car. Every service link can be professionalized. In addition, free travel requires basic oral English communication skills, which is very important.

Amazing little Villa turned into a hotel/ house with a lovely Seaview, Dining and living room which reminds me of nona’s time- personalized home made breakfast- and lovely staff! Renovated Rooms and modern bathroom with Seaview and balcony! And with fancy L’Occitanne products. I’ll go back for sure!

The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and recommended some fun places nearby. Unfortunately, I had a fever the next day due to drinking 🥃and couldn't go. The owner kindly gave me a thermometer and fever reducing medicine, and when no guests made reservations the next day, he helped me extend the hotel time for free to rest. They are great and very friendly. I will book this hotel again if I have the chance next time

The location is very good. This group of hotels are all Maistra Collection hotels. It is very convenient to the ancient city of Luo** and can be reached on foot. Among this group of hotels, Eden Hotel is a hotel with a more obvious business nature, not a special resort style; but its advantages are also obvious, that is, the cost performance is very high. Our overall experience is that the hotel is very good, the infrastructure, service, and cleanliness are all satisfactory. The breakfast is a little weak, after all, it feels like a business hotel, but the cost performance is too good, it is worth a 5-star recommendation.

advantage: 1. The location of the hotel is very good. The old town of Rovinj can be seen from most places on the island, and the angle is excellent; 2. The breakfast at the hotel is great and the variety is abundant; 3. The service is quite satisfactory. Disadvantages: The rooms are very shabby and the facilities are old.

Before check-in, the hotel staff were very welcoming, asking for my email and phone number. I added them on WhatsApp. They initially asked me to let them know 20 minutes before I arrived at the hotel, then later said we'd meet at the hotel directly, mainly because the reception areas weren't in the same location. After arriving, I waited for about ten minutes before they came to the hotel. I paid the city tax and received the room key, which also opened the main door. Then I asked how to store my luggage when I checked out. They told me to leave it in the room with the key in the door, and that someone would come at 10 am to collect it and store it at the reception. Later, when I tried to retrieve my luggage, they were probably busy and didn't reply. I was worried about missing the bus and was a bit anxious. Luckily, I met another staff member at the hotel who let me walk to the reception to retrieve it; it was only a 5-6 minute walk. Aside from this inconvenience, everything else was fine. The single room was on the third floor, the top attic. Tall people might bump their heads. It had a refrigerator, air conditioning, and everything else I needed, and was fairly clean. There's also a supermarket nearby for convenient shopping. The town is small, so it feels convenient to stay anywhere.

The landlord lived nearby and called him in advance. He said he would contact him after arriving. The room is the same as the picture. On the third floor, it is relatively tidy, but there is only a coffee machine, two cups of coffee are provided for free, no kettle and hair dryer. The landlord collects a deposit of 50 Euros upon check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out. The residence is about 15 minutes' walk from the old city, and it is relatively close to the bus station

Very helpful and friendly staff. Around 10 minutes walk to city centre. If you are driving, you can just park the car right in front of the hotel and the staff will park the car for you.

Very clean, right downtown. Hot shower in a quiet location. Check in went smoothly once I read that the check in is not where the room was located, my bad.

Great reception in the peninsula in front of Rovigno, connected to the city by a boat taxi (5€ per track) or a tourist train up to about 8 a.m. (maybe in summer even later). The accommodations are mini apartments in green, with bedroom, mini kitchen (complete of all necessary) and private balcony/terrace (see photos). Majestic, rich and varied breakfast, both sweet and salad. The hotel offers everything, pool, beach volley spaces, tennis camps, bars, restaurants, a supermarket and reserved parkings Notes negative, the structure is really large and this means that at the reception, despite the many staff, check-in can be quite slow if you arrive at a high-flow time. Many people also mean: walks in the breakfast room (however very well managed) and possible noisy neighbors (with dogs as noisy), but this is independent of the hotel management.
