"Had a pleasant stay at Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran during my biz trip to Jakarta. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed for a good night’s sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jakarta."

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The surprise anniversary for my wife is so so.. decorations only the tv screen for the wishes and the towel swan. I hope they can do better than this. Most other hotels have their own way to surprise their guests like welcome cakes or some dessert for the anniversary celebration. But I don't see this hotel having that. Only the couple for the welcome drink at the infinity bar which the time from 4pm to 10pm which I don't have that time to get to explore. I have been traveling around from the hotel to another hotel. To explore their beautiful scenery hotel. So this hotel is about 4/10. Staffs friendly and helpful."

"Stayed here because I was visiting PRJ (Jakarta Fair). The hotel is easy to find, and it's close to both the TransJakarta bus stop and the train station. The breakfast menu is quite varied and tasty. An additional breakfast costs IDR 150,000 per person. I got a complimentary upgrade from a King Deluxe to an Exclusive room. The view from the 9th floor is also nice. Thank you very much!"

"The rooms and all facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was satisfying, and I especially loved the large and long swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by buildings on all four sides, so it gets shaded after 3 PM, but the water temperature was perfect as it had been warmed up by the midday sun."

"The room layout and facilities were nothing like the pictures; the actual room was much smaller and lacked the small table and chairs by the window. It felt like a pure deception. The hotel breakfast wasn't good, and for dinner, the savory dishes were extremely salty, while the sweet ones were overwhelmingly sugary. Plus, their elevator wasn't working very well, having some minor issues. The only upside is its proximity to the JIE exhibition hall."

"Came here for a music festival that was happening right next door at JIEXPO. It was the PERFECT location because it's only a 3 min (I timed it) from the hotel to the entrance gate. The only reason I gave it low rating for the amenities is that they do not have an iron facility in the room, we can only iron our clothes in a dedicated place at the laundry room, that's a big hassle for me, esp as a solo traveller. Breakfast selection was also a let down but nothing big. Other than that, top notch in everything. Will definitely stay here, esp when attending music fests or concerts. Also there's a Starbucks adjacent to the hotel, so it'll fix your coffee craving if needed, but I didn't go the whole 3 days there."

"Complimentary cookie upon arrival: quite delicious! Overall, the stay was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The location is convenient for getting around, and the soundproofing is good. Great value for money, I would definitely come back if I have the chance. Highly recommended!"

"During arrival, staff handed me a cold towel, thats is a new for me. Staff name Dwi putro also really helpful and friendly during my checkin. He even upgraded me to a better room for my stay. Breakfast was excellent and there is a lot of choice of food to choose from. The swimming area was good. room was spacious and bed is comfy. Even it look a little old but it is still acceptable"

"I stayed for 5 nights. It was clean and safe, and I had no unpleasant experiences at all. The air conditioning, shower, toilet, and bed were all good, as was the service at the lobby. The location isn't far from tourist attractions, but I did get a bit frustrated with Jakarta's traffic and the GRAB drivers (they often cancel on you). Still, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and I think it's a very good hotel. I'd love to stay here again next time."

"The food served was delicious with a good variety of choices. All the staff were also friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location, integrated with a hospital area, is definitely a plus for guests with medical needs or visiting family. However, for a staycation or a more relaxed atmosphere, I feel the ambiance is a bit different. Occasionally, ambulance sirens can still be heard, which slightly affects the mood. Overall, the stay was comfortable with good service. I hope in the future the hotel can continue to improve comfort, especially in minimizing noise from the surrounding area if possible."
