They have a clean room. The breakfast was local food. For first timers in Indonesia it could be a good starter to prepare your palate with Indonesian food. They can also deliver breakfast in bed upon request.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Ambiance: Elegant. Service: Excellent. Great value for money, and it's relatively quiet. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a convenience store is also very close. Being near the road makes catching a taxi easy. I personally really like it.

Very good location, with tonnes of lovely cafe and eateries nearby. Just next to the central library complex and 10-15 walk to Cikini station.

I was here during the weekend, overall cleanliness is good, hotel located close to train station. However, i was not expect to have breakfast meal in a meal box. The staff said that the buffet breakfast only serve if i book more than 10 rooms. That was so bias to me. I suggest that next time better to inform to the guest very clearly what tipe of breakfast they will get, so it is not create false expectation.

The hotel is perfectly located between the cultural and modern centers! The rooms are spacious, and the view from the window was stunning! The staff is very friendly. There are water coolers, which is very convenient. There was no hairdryer in the room, and the safe didn't work, so if this is important to you, please check immediately! There is a kettle, two large towels, and slippers. Soap and shampoo are provided. There's a rooftop pool and a real observation deck! A Family Mart store is nearby. The price-quality ratio is excellent!

Can somehow smell someone smoking even when the window and door is closed. But great service and polite staff.

What we liked was the location and the food. We needed to visit the Indonesian Government office in Jakarta and this hotel was right there. The price of the rooms is good. The pool is nice and the outdoor pool area also is beautiful. What we didn't like was the road noise. Food at this hotel is good fresh quality but expensive.

The room is old but we are okay with that. The old vibes does mean anything spooky. I've encountered old hotel with spooky vibes. This Lumire hotel are old but warm and nice to it. Here are main problem that we encountered in this hotel. 1. the room is not clean enough. We could feel dust on the floor and on the table. 2. We could see the AC ventilation is very dirty and might not be cleaned for a long time. I am not sure whether the dust coming from this dirty AC. The sofa is also felt dusty and rough feel on the skin. 3. The pillow sheet, bed sheet is have bad smoke odor, not strong enough but very noticeable. As parents who love to stay in hotel with my kids, this is a BIG NO NO for me. I am not sure where this smell came from. I ensure I ordered non-smoking room, yet I encountered this. 4. The sink is clogged. When we washes our teeth, the water on the sink not fast enough to be drained, indicating clogged problem. 5. The hallway carpet is very dirty and felt humid. Lots of dirty plates, towel etc being put there for long time but not cleaned directly by staffs. 6. My kids and me felt itchy on our body parts after spending a night on this hotel. Ok points: - Bathtub. We encountered the problem in the afur (drainage) that can't be open. It was solved after calling the service person. - Foods. They are just ok. They provide I think around more than 20 menus for breakfast but only like 3-4 of the menus are outstanding in term of flavor for me. - The breakfast for dining is too small for non-smoking area. - No pool for toddler. This was ok since I can swim together with my toddler, but a pool with toddler heights will be very nice. Plus points: 1. The room has old vibes but warm feeling to it. Nothing spooky. 2. The pool is not wide, yet quite deep and felt clean enough for me. The water inside is also feel very refreshing. 3. The pool is located near the kitchen, so we can order food while swimming. 4. TV already using Smart TV.

I gave bad service because when I stayed there suddenly someone knocked on the door very loudly repeatedly as if they were going to break it down when I opened it I saw a hotel employee in a blue uniform on the phone not far from my room door with a friend of mine who I never gave my room number to, especially the floor of the room... so my friend must have known from the hotel employee the room number I was staying in... what happened when I opened the door and my friend entered the room I thought I could talk to my friend but what happened was my friend tried to harass me and wanted to ********** me I managed to fight back and kick him out yesterday but I was traumatized.. I had time to tell the male receptionist on duty that Friday morning that it was the wrong room and there was no apology from the hotel employee who knocked on my room that morning and disturbed my comfort while I was still sleeping... how could an outsider enter until the front of the guest room which was clearly clear. I stayed there and couldn't go to other floors except with the help of someone in the hotel... how is the privacy of the guest room if so.....finally I decided not to stay at Cordela Kramat Raya again...it was really disappointing

Everything is okay, I can check in earlier as long as the room is ready. The front desk staff is so kind and helpfull. The food is great.
