"The room is amazing and the amenities are my favourite part. They also have a yukata provided in room and for sale. Cleanliness overall is good but my shower filter was super black after a shower and sheets were abit stained but not a big thing. The team service is good but could take more initiative with bags or directing to room. Love the spa and theres lounge and pool area on 2nd floor . Will still be back to stay but definitely with shower filter haha"

"We had a pleasant stay at Luminor Hotel Legian Seminyak. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel also offers convenient services such as motorbike rental and spa facilities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, although the nasi goreng was a bit dry and could be improved. The main issue during our stay was the elevator. Only one lift was operating, which caused long waiting times, especially during peak hours. This was quite inconvenient, and the hotel should prioritize fixing or maintaining the second elevator to improve the guest experience. Overall, the service was excellent, the facilities were good, and the location was fantastic. With the elevator issue resolved, this hotel would be an even better place to stay. We would consider coming back in the future."

"We really enjoyed our 5 night stay in a pool view room. We had friends come and stay as well for a few nights and our concensus was the oolside service was quite delayed. We had stayed at the stones prior and they had staff members walking around the pool asking if they could get you anything but this hotel you order via a qr code which works through whatsapp. Not great as often they would then send out a person 5 or 10 minutes after ordering to ask what you ordered and say they are just confirming. Would be easier to just order with a person the whole time. Also bed was hard and pillows sank to flat once you laid on them. Resort pool very clean and peaceful. Staff were very friendly but a few standing around poolside that could be serving people instead of the app. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices."

"Great value for money. Stayed here for 4 nights, and it's a convenient 10-minute walk to Bintang Supermarket. There's also a small convenience store right outside the hotel. Very handy! The front desk staff spoke English, and they were all friendly, helpful, and polite. Just a heads-up, the hotel doesn't provide combs, so you might want to bring your own."

"My husband and I stayed at Kanishka villas for a week for our 30 Year Wedding Anniversary. First time in Bali and we loved it.The location was great walking distance from shops & restaurants.It was very private & we felt very safe.The villa had there own security. We stayed in the 1 bedroom jacuzzi (room 20) & stayed in the pool villa (room 10).Both rooms were amazing.Breakfast every morning to our choosing.We had a choice to choose what food & what time set up in our room.It was fresh & delicious.We also had a floating breakfast in the pool..They offered room service for lunch & dinner.Bottled water everyday.Air conditioned roomsThe rooms were spotless very clean.Mosqito nets & daily mosqito treatment of the rooms.Hosekeeping every morning The staff were very polite,friendly and lovely to deal with.They were very professional and very helpful.The service they provided was exceptional.The staff made us feel so special..They accommodated to all our needs.Reception was open 24hrs a day.I would definitely highly recommend Kanishka villas for couples & families.It was an unbelievable experience.It was perfect.If you want to stay somewhere with comfort, privacy and style Kanishka villas is the place to be."

"recently stayed at Kampi Hotel in Bali and wanted to share my experience as a disabled guest. Overall, the staff were very kind and welcoming, which made a big difference during my stay. The team were polite, helpful, and always willing to assist when I needed something. That level of warmth and hospitality is something I really appreciated. However, as someone with mobility challenges, accessibility is extremely important, and there were some difficulties. Certain areas of the hotel were not easy to navigate with mobility limitations, and it would really help if accessibility features were improved so disabled guests can move around more comfortably and independently. Despite these challenges, the friendliness of the staff stood out and helped make the stay more positive. We had amazing breakfast selection each morning , and staff were very friendly and helpful . I hope this feedback is helpful, as greater accessibility would make a big difference for future guests with mobility needs."

"The only good things about this hotel are its location – right across the road from the ocean – and its lush garden. The rooms are incredibly run-down; the linens and towels are dingy and stained. It's incredibly humid and very dark in the room, and the air conditioning is extremely noisy. The body wash and shower gel are some kind of unidentifiable liquid. I'm not a picky traveler, but I've never seen rooms this worn out, especially for a hotel that claims to be four stars. On the first day, a cockroach crawled in, and every day there were many small flies buzzing around the room. The children's playground is squeaky and rusted. The staff are polite. Breakfasts are very modest. The dishes were dirty and streaky."

"This is my second time staying here. I booked the same hotel when I was in Bali last year. Pros: Opposite the hotel there’s a convenient store and within few walking distance away there’s massage and beauty parlour. There’s also a shuttle service to the beach at 4 timing. Overall a very quiet neighbourhood so travellers who enjoy a quieter location may prefer this. Cons: sound proofing is bad and if your unit face the street it can be quite noisy. Another bad thing is the hotel corridor has no air condition so there can be quite a fair bit of mosquito that can fly into the room. Also the towels are thin and the toilet looks like it can do some renovation"

"The room was fairly small but sufficient for one or two people. The bathroom was very large, with good pressure in the shower and beautiful hot water. The room I was in was a single room in a villa, with a lovely outdoor lounge / dining area. The fridge in the room was stocked and kept the drinks very cold. The pool was small but lovely, and was kept very clean. There were also lounge chairs available. The breakfast was fairly limited, but sufficient for me. The staff were willing to cook eggs to my liking each morning. I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful."
