The staff were friendly and helpful from the start, and the check-in process was quick. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything arranged neatly. The location is convenient too—close to major areas in South Mumbai, which makes it easy to get around. The food at the hotel restaurant was tasty and had good variety. "Situated at Nana Chowk, Grant Road, the establishment offers convenient access, being only 200 meters from Grant Road local station. The food was delectable, though the variety was somewhat limited and repetitive over the days. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. However, the gym features outdated equipment that is not well maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience."

"The location is perfect, near the metro. A few minutes and anywhere in Mumbai. Next to you can have lunch, whatever you buy. Staff is kind. All our wishes were quickly decided. The rooms are clean, no insects. The walls are under the plaster, so the guests are where the suitcase is locked or anything else. But the hotel is not guilty of this. Do not overpaint the same rooms after each customer. The room for us was close, but it is our problems. We knew what we were going on. The hotel is good for your money. Thank you!!!!"

"The breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site."

"All the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice."

"It is right outside the metro station of Mumbai's latest Aqua line - which saved my life on the day I depart as taxis won't ferry me to the airport at that speed. The provision of bottled water in the room also helps a lot. The room is clean, though the size is a bit small. The aircon feels cool enough which is also great given Mumbai's temperature."

"Male, 32yrs. Stayed here from 28th - 30th January 2026. From the moment i saw the entrance, security guard & Bellboy, I knew this was going to be a place of safety, peace & rest from the hustle & bustle of Bombay. It is a hidden gem ticked away given the surroundings it is located in. Staff were lovely, interior of the hotel is up-to-date, rooms were perfectly fine, even had British 3 pin sockets installed. Breakfast was included, limited selection. Location of the hotel is quite good to explore the south of Mumbai, however I found it to be a little challenging getting a taxi to this area but with some patience managed. There is public transport including the train station & buses in walking distance, many variety of shops and market in the area. The hotel does have a roof terrace which appears to be only used during events however you do get an almost 360 view of the city as there aren't any tall buildings blocking your view close by so is quite a good vantage point for pictures etc. Overall I would gladly stay here again."

"Wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet, with everything you need. They let me check in early and extended my stay until 2 PM for free. You can also store your luggage. The staff are very attentive and caring. Any issues or requests can be sent via WhatsApp, and they respond quickly. You can use the pools at both this hotel and the Oberoi hotel. The spa offers excellent massages. Breakfasts are delicious. The hotel is located on the promenade, and you can walk to the Gateway of India, which is about 2 km away, or take a taxi for 120-150 rupees. Highly recommend!"
