"When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple managers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good."

"Everything is wonderful, except noise, but it is Jaipur and from noise here nowhere to go. The location is convenient - next to the airport - on the clean 200 rupees, next (15-20 minutes walk) a beautiful central round park"

"Pros: Again,staff are excellent,for example, the ones at resturant are sweet and thoughtful; a room service guy called us back right before we getting into the lift as he found money left on our bed. Cons: -Placed an online order of a delux room that says 2 single beds, however turned out to be one king-size bed, had to pay more than it stated online to get the 2 separated beds. -only one shower cap on the first day we checked in, no supply of that since then. -One of the quilt cover was actually kinda ****ty, not to mention some stains on the sheet, not exactly noticeable, but it was just there."

"requested for early check in and twin bed room but waited for 45 mins at the reception as room was not ready even at 1 pm and at last they jusr seperated the king bed into two parts and make it twin bed with a gap of hardly 2 inches"

"I had the best experience in Jaipur started my stay at Jaipur Marriot Hotel! Location was better and the hotel is very clean. The hotel staffs are helpful and very friendly, they do everything I need in the hotel. So far amenities was completed! I spent in jaipur for 3 days plus went to TAJ MAHAL🤍 and look at my photos! they are so nice!! 😍😍😍 I will go back to Jaipur again! soon xx"
