"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which is its biggest advantage. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The downsides are that the bathroom light is motion-activated, so it would suddenly turn off while showering. The 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo came in a tiny bottle. The food and drinks in the mini-fridge cost extra, and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive. For both days I stayed, it wouldn't turn on automatically, and I had to go to the front desk to get it working. On the first day, it was too cold, and on the second, the airflow was very weak. The soundproofing was decent, but I could still hear noise from the hallway. Overall, though, I was satisfied. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was a double."

"The family room was excellent, with plenty of space. The two beds were cleverly converted from a sofa, which was very practical. The mattresses were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast was plentiful. This hotel offers great value for money, especially for families with two children."

"We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!"

"This hotel seems pretty good. I was here for a business trip during Fashion Week, so the price was a bit high, but it was still a better value compared to other options. The breakfast was excellent, and it's very close to the train station, which was super convenient."

"I could write a thousand words complaining about this hotel. Honestly, besides the great location right across from the train station, it has absolutely no redeeming qualities, haha. But seriously, the service and hygiene were terrible. We booked a twin room, and when we arrived, they just told us they were out and we'd have to take a double. Then, the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and it would constantly flood – even changing rooms didn't help. The room was tiny, and the bathroom had a persistent sewage smell. There was zero service to speak of. Avoid this place at all costs! Milan itself is really dirty and chaotic; I honestly wouldn't recommend coming unless you absolutely have to depart from here. The night view during the Winter Olympics was the only thing remotely worth seeing."

"Wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and good facilities. Check in was quick and straightforward. Room was perhaps a little dated in terms of decor, but beautifully clean and had everything I needed. Shower was amazing with instant, powerful hot water, handheld and rainfall heads and lovely soft towels. TV has Chromecast as well as international channels, so you can use your normal streaming services from your phone. WiFi was great and free, even in the lift. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the city, with food that tasted fresh and of good quality. The main tourist sites are some distance away, but the metro is just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and the streets around the hotel have everything you should need."

"This hotel perfectly embodies the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a kettle, which is a must-have for Chinese travelers. Tea bags and slippers are also provided. It features an en-suite bathroom, a safe, and a refrigerator. All necessary amenities are available. The absolute biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location, right next to the train station. Catching the airport shuttle is super easy and convenient – it's just downstairs, truly saving a lot of time and hassle. The value for money for a hotel in this location is exceptional."

"The room was great, and the service was excellent. It's only a three-minute walk to Milan Central Station. It was also very quiet in the room at night, and I felt quite safe. Breakfast was good too, with a wide variety of items in the restaurant, especially the different kinds of cured meats and cheeses, which had a very Italian feel. The staff were enthusiastic and proactive, always serving with a smile. We asked for disposable slippers once, and they brought them twice!"

"Location was great. Just across Milan Central Train Station and it was easy to navigate. 4 metro stops to the Duomo. Room was ok, big enough for 2 person but I’m travelling solo so it’s’more than enough. Room view was the offices next to our building. The only downside was the AC was not adjustable. It was kept between 24-25 degrees the whole time which was stuffy at times."

"Wonderful hotel. Felt great in the shower. Loved the hair dryer and luxury feel of the room. Staff were kind and helpful. Great value. I suggest not staying on the block that the hotel is on because it felt dangerous at times with people loitering across the street at all hours. Check out the Main Street or across it, there is a 24h place next to the square. Management should consider posting the “mini-bar” prices near the snacks to avoid surprising guests with a bill for €3.50 per bottle."
