"The room was okay, but the air conditioning would suddenly make a loud noise and wake me up, which wasn't great for my jet lag. The city tax has gone up again, it's almost 10 euros a night now. Everything else was good, and you definitely have to try the breakfast, it's pretty decent."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right across the street from the main train station, and having a subway entrance downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient. There are also tons of dining options nearby. I stayed for three nights, and the convenience of getting around was a huge plus. I booked a balcony room, and the view was great, plus the room was spotless. The service was also very good. My only real complaint is that the in-room facilities and amenities were quite inconvenient. I could overlook not having a kettle or coffee maker (though room service could bring a kettle if needed), but there weren't even any regular drinking glasses – only two small mouthwash cups on the sink. For a triple room, there was only one stool... Overall, it's a great spot with good hygiene and a nice view; just don't expect much else from the amenities."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which is its biggest advantage. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The downsides are that the bathroom light is motion-activated, so it would suddenly turn off while showering. The 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo came in a tiny bottle. The food and drinks in the mini-fridge cost extra, and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive. For both days I stayed, it wouldn't turn on automatically, and I had to go to the front desk to get it working. On the first day, it was too cold, and on the second, the airflow was very weak. The soundproofing was decent, but I could still hear noise from the hallway. Overall, though, I was satisfied. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was a double."

"The hotel is in a great location and is very close to Chinatown, with a metro station nearby, so it’s really convenient. However, it was extremely noisy at night. There was partying right below the hotel with very very very loud music, and I couldn’t fall asleep at all. You can also hear noise from the corridor, so the soundproofing is horrible!"

"The hotel is super close to all the attractions, and getting around by public transport is really convenient. You can even use your Mastercard linked to Apple Pay on the subway, which was a breeze. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. I actually ended up canceling my trip to Rome just to stay here longer! I think I stayed for 4 nights, kept extending, and only left because I had to go back to school. Definitely bookmarking this place for my next visit! PS: The nearest Shuyi Shaoxiancao (a bubble tea shop) was delicious! It's a shame there isn't one in downtown Shanghai; I can't get it back home."

"This hotel perfectly embodies the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a kettle, which is a must-have for Chinese travelers. Tea bags and slippers are also provided. It features an en-suite bathroom, a safe, and a refrigerator. All necessary amenities are available. The absolute biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location, right next to the train station. Catching the airport shuttle is super easy and convenient – it's just downstairs, truly saving a lot of time and hassle. The value for money for a hotel in this location is exceptional."

"The family room was excellent, with plenty of space. The two beds were cleverly converted from a sofa, which was very practical. The mattresses were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast was plentiful. This hotel offers great value for money, especially for families with two children."

"Location was great. Just across Milan Central Train Station and it was easy to navigate. 4 metro stops to the Duomo. Room was ok, big enough for 2 person but I’m travelling solo so it’s’more than enough. Room view was the offices next to our building. The only downside was the AC was not adjustable. It was kept between 24-25 degrees the whole time which was stuffy at times."
